I needed this in an emergency on vacation. I forgot to cancel. I called and in under 5 mins I was refunded, before I could even ask! I was so happy was not expecting such good treatment.

They sent me a car history report that showed absolutely perfect car with no accident no lien but later I got another report from ICBC government based insurance in Canada showing same car had 5 accident over $14000 total repair plus almost $9000 lien. Unfortunately PayPal refused to remove this fraudulent company from their list of sellers. And more people fall into the trap. The only reason I was deceived was because they offered payment via PayPal.

If I could give negative 3 stars then I would give Safecart that much. They give a false money back guarantee! The product that I had purchased was nothing but a scam. I had emailed them three times and never once received any reply. Tried to get a hold of a living human being by phone to get a refund and nothing has been resolved. This has been going on for about three weeks now.

I am not sure who perpetrated the fraud, Safecart or the merchant that was using them for payment, but within hours fraudulent charges were being charged to me. DO NOT USE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS SITE. IT IS A FRAUD. The merchant charging the service is AMERICAN VIN who supply vehicle history reports.DO NOT USE EITHER ONE OF THESE. IT IS A PHISHING SCHEME.

I sent them an email cancelling. They charged paypal anyway. I notified them and paypal asking them to reverse and cancel. Today they have charged my checking account which is fraud. I am irate and they will be getting an irate call today. Scam!

The charge showed up on my PayPal. I went to their website and called the number under customer service. Explained that I did not order it. The rep explained they dont sell products they are a payment processing center and the product I previously purchased was set for autorenew through PayPal. I told her I did not recall ordering much less agreeing to autorenew, and I didnt want whatever the product was. She politely said no problem and that she would return the charge and cancel the autorenew.In my head I said yeah, right anticipating a long drawn out battle of calls back and forth to SafeCart and PayPal -- but within 5 minutes I had emails confirming SafeCart processed the refund, an email from PayPal confirming the refund, and an email from SafeCart confirming the subscription will not be automatically renewed.I am so surprised but have to admit that is great customer service!

Watch out people, this is a major S C A MI ve been charged without permission for a product or service i never asked for or ordered.Dont sign-up or give personal or account info anyway !!

Product does not work nor do anything. they will keep charging a credit card and when you try to stop it the front page says they dont recognize your email address.
