My oil light came on during a long distance trip. Jiffy Lube was an hour wait and this shop was a few blocks down specializing in European cars so I pulled in. I was promptly greeted by Arturo, explained my issue and without hesitation he said lets take a look, topped off my oil, reset sensor and did not charge me. Wow. I was so amazed at his act of kindness because there are GOOD people out there. Thank you Arturo.

Took our old Passat in here to see if it was worth putting any more money into it. Everyone my husband talked to was really helpful, down to earth and didnt try to sell us on anything. Told us what we could do to fix the immediate problem but said they wouldnt recommend doing anything else because it wouldnt be worth it. Definitely felt like it was a trust worthy operation! Thanks guys! Would highly recommend them!

These guys are top notch! Brought in my moms Saab,(its already super hard to find anyone to work on a Saab), they gave it an oil change and an inspection, didnt end up finding any problems, but they still waived the inspection fee!These guys are FAST and they do a great job for a very reasonable cost. I’ve been to many different auto shops. Some good most bad. This is by far the best place I’ve ever had to tow my car to. Arturo and Paul have been nothing but helpful to me. Every problem every question they were able to answer and estimate on the spot. My transmission replacement went smoothly, along with a cooling system repair. Beating out all the competition in customer service, price, and time. I take my cars here for every service. I will be coming back in the future. My Mercedes Benz is as reliable as my Toyota thanks to these guys. 10/10

I go to this shop whenever I have an issue with my BMW. They always take care of me and are very knowledgeable about European cars. The environment is welcoming and customer service is superb. It can be hard trusting people with your car but at European Auto Clinic your car is in good hands. They are great at explaining what is going on with your car, what issues are urgent and what others you can wait. Their prices are affordable and I would take my car to any other shop.

Best of the best. I was on a road trip 1200 miles from home. I got up on the morning to drive back home and once I entered the highway the vehicle went into limp mode (car lost majority of its power, but was still movable). I safely pulled off the highway and called the European Auto Clinic. It was about 8:30am and they answered promptly. I explained the issue and they indicated that they were fully booked though would find a way to slip me in to see if they could help me get this issue figured out. I took the vehicle there using slow back roads and finally arrived. The shop was very busy, though the staff took the time to really help me. The problem was identified, repaired, and tested in short order. I was able to get back on the road only a few hours later than planned and made the full 1200 mile drive with no issues. Thanks to the terrific team at European Auto Clinic! If I lived close to this shop, I would have them service / repair all my vehicles. Extremely knowledgeable, clean shop, personable, and most importantly: honest. All I can really say is: WOW... thanks again!!

They did good work but we had a small incident where some work didnt get done right the first time due to a failed tool on their end. Luckily no harm was done, which was really close to happening. Had they caught the incident before I noticed then they would be getting a 5 star. To be even more honest, Im still a bit freaked out by the whole thing, but their customer service is so good I dont want to ruin it for other people. I have another car that needs work so they will have more opportunities to earn that 5th star.

Peter and Matthew were so awesome! I stopped by at the end of the day with no appointment with my Audi, because my car said it needed oil. They went through some system checks and topped me off right away. When I asked them how much I owed, Peter said not to worry about it. That’s just cool. Thank you for being amazing when there was nothing in it for you!

The mechanics here offer very professional and courteous service. I come here to get my car inspected and serviced for the past 5 years and am very pleased. Definitely one of the best auto service locations in Federal Way and most of South King County.

I would honestly give 0 stars if I could. Whoever Paul sold this business to is rude and obviously doesnt want business. Instead of treating customers like dirt educate them, it brings them back. Im honestly devastated.Edit 2020: New owner has been commenting on my reviews almost a year later that I was never a customer there. Im now updating my reviews to include a photo of my last invoice from when Paul was there. I was a customer and my review not only stands but Im driving the point home. The new owner is not good with people and lacks basic customer service skills. Be nice and respectful and you wont scare away customers.

**UPDATE** 18 Feb 18: I recently scheduled work for my 2007 Audi A7 2.0T. The brake pads required replacement (Dashboard Caution Light). Paul + Team got me on the books for the following week. In short, European Auto Clinic service, customer care, upfront cost estimates, and overall customer satisfaction is second-to-none. These are the only folks I trust with my vehicles. Highly recommend!European Auto Clinic saved me over $2500 and the work was stellar. I needed a new upper oil pan seal and starter on my 2011 BMW X5 5.0. BMW Northwest quoted me a price over $5,000 for the repair. I brought my X5 in to the Shop and the team here had completed the work one day earlier than expected. My X5 is now fixed and 1 month later has not had any oil leaks or starter malfunctions. Top notch work!

Awesome, simply awesome. We had dropped off my e28 BMW and got an assessment on what it would take to repair the shift linkage. Originally my husband assessed it would be the bushings which is a common fail point. They discovered that there was a broken weld in a plate that holds the pivot point. They gave us an honest quote and worked with us and kept us informed. The first time we dropped it off he was not upset that we could not afford it and would be back, we returned the next month and they started work the minute the car left the trailer. We were very satisfied and the car performs better than when we bought it. Thanks a lot guys! You are amazing. This truly is a no pressure, customer first business.

These folks are very dedicated, knowledgeable, and fair. I was in real trouble with engine problems in my BMW and they worked out an extremely fair deal to get me out of a jam. How often does a mechanic say, come over now and Ill take a look at it. Really trustworthy.

Called for a quote, person on the phone was very rude, and they wanted my vin or license plate #, which was bizarre. So, I didnt go there. And that was the end of that. THANK YOU

A friend recommended this shop. I researched it before going, and saw that others had a high level of satisfaction with their experience there. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I have a 2000 Mercedes S430. My rear suspension stopped working, so I had it towed over to this shop. When I went in to drop the keys off, the guy behind the desk took my keys, yelled after me on my way out, go rob a bank. Im not sure how else to take that remark, except as an assumption made about my heritage. I waited and heard nothing back from the shop for five days, so I gave them a call. Paul said my car needs so much work, its giving five or six different codes and his scanner cant even read all of them. He said they needed to start swapping car parts to try to figure out the problems, and that I had an oil leak. It all struck me as dishonest, and a way to try to unfairly charge me for things my car doesnt need. I told him not to do any work on my car. He claimed 2.5 hours of work had been done on my car, and expected to charge me $200 for diagnosing my issues. Understandably, I was not willing to pay, as they did not truly diagnose my car, and I did not pay. All told, I wasted $250 towing my car to and from this shop. What a terrible experience. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PLACE!

I brought my 01 Volvo here for repairs and some tune ups. Paul took care of everything. Before he made any repairs he called breaking down cost and checked with me if it fits my budget. When I picked up my car it ran awesome and stayed within the quoted cost and nothing was unexpected. He also gave advice with what I can do to continue maintaining the life of the car. I could not ask for better service, very honest and real, I highly recommend going here if youre around the area.

Ive referred several friends to them and he treats them the same way. You will receive quality work, with OEM parts, at a fair price, and they will stand behind their work.

They were referred by a friend nearly three years ago. They seemed to do a thorough examination, fixed what was necessary, and wrote up what would likely need future attention, e.g. replace struts. I recently took the car back for this and new tires etc. Paul told me that significant rust was developing which was likely to be a big problem in the long term, suggesting that I might not want to spend a lot on it. So he lost the immediate business! Im trading in the car for another BMW which hell be servicing.

This is for Oscar Cruz from Paul they guy you spoke with...first of all the car just doesnt have ONE problem .. so stop lying to people.. when it came in it was sitting on its belly with MAJOR problems that would total!! the vehicles value.. The next thing you wrote is that I told you to rob a bank... there are these things we call Jokes and they break tension and make people smile ... apparently NOT YOU .. as far as HERITAGE you say.... YOU called me a RUSSIAN as I am NOT a Russian and I did take offense to that and did not get butt-hurt about it> I didnt mean it in that way at all .. but you take it how you want .. and I told you on the phone it will take several days .. As the battery was dead none of the modules were in working order.. at this point I went above and beyond the one few hours of time that you were NOT even charged for explaining the system to you but you are A MECHANIC or so you claim thats why you brought it in first place... and dont say you were NOT willing to pay ..YOU know that I didnt charge you very nicely because you know this thing had to many problems to list .. and I was trying to be nice to you -- I read all of your reviews and you dont have anything good to say to any small business witch is very very sad!! What goes around comes around..
