Ryan has been extremely rude since we 1st spoke. I rented a truck with Penske that broke down on my driver twice and on of those two times were miles away from home. In the beginning Towanya was consistent but once the issues started with the truck the office really did not take my business into consideration. The truck was returned on a Friday afternoon and by Monday morning Ryan was trying to pre charge me another week for a truck that I did not have. This is by far the worst business rental I have ever experienced. Ryan’s attitude showed me today that he can care less for me as an upset customer or even my business. I can go further into detail but my point it I was treated like I was not a customer trying to resolve an issue today After multiple attempts via email and phone I was ignored.

If you need to rent a truck in Fayetteville NC THIS is the place to go. I rented a 16 ft liftgate truck from them twice in10 days. Their sales/ customer service people over on Murchison make the whole experience a breeze.(Thanks Ryan and Tawanna) To me, their trucks are cleaner..have great heat (especially with the 30 degree weather weve been having recently) and are more affordably priced for what you get than the other competitor ( Home Depot ) especially if youre doing an in-town move.AND youre getting a hydraulic liftgate..not those old slide out rickety ramps Home Depot has.

Showed up the first time late afternoon and the service was great. Came back this morning and I stayed an hour and a half at the gate because they said they open at 8am, I guess they dont because its 930 now and Ive got to leave.

Employees were very polite and helpful.
