The staff was very helpful with explaining how to use the equipment. Unfortunately because of the landscape of my property I would have needed a boom lift to complete my project and it was out of my budget.

I called and told them that I need a piece of equipment ASAP and they were very accommodating.

This is one of the least helpful group of people I have ever had the displeasure to work with. They wont do cash rentals for a small farmer rrying to recover from hurricane Matthew, like the main office says is fine. Knowledge and assistance are not part of their work ethos.

Dont waist your time they only cater to buisness they dont want to rent for private use ... seems like you are limiting your earning potential. Oh well not my buisness
