Charge you for all they can. I was informed I could check-in the truck after hours on the app or call U-Haul to get it returned. So when I returned it on time the next day I was sure to call the U-Haul number he referred me to and was told I was good to go by the customer service rep. Before I returned it, I was filling up gas across the street like a good product consumer while my wife spoke with the man at the U-Haul. He told her he saw me getting gas, but said he had to go to an appointment and told her about the app and phone option to turn in the truck. A week later I get charged $150 because they decided to keep it on their lot for 3 days before checking it in their system and then they had the audacity to tell me there is no way the truck sat there all that time without getting check in. They also tried to charge me for gas after watching me fill it up . I called U-Haul corporate and sat on hold for awhile before speaking to a nice customer service rep an getting my money back.

Very difficult to get the order correct. No strong person available to lift tongue of the 12 ft trailer on to hitch. The tongue rests on the ground.. There is no crank. We( my 65 yo sister and I, 74 yo woman were not informed on advance that the entire hook up would be our responsibility). Normally there is a person available to do that. But we did it. It was good we have in our past a lot of trailering experience and some muscle left.

First time renting a uhal and was a horrible experience. Was not informed the correct I formation and did not send a link to my email for me to turn in my truck so I got charged for not turning it in online even tho I turn in the truck at the correct time. Was.mis lead and now I feel ripped off

Its permanent charge of station (PCS) time around every Army post on the earth. Over the weekend of 27 & 28 June 20 it was hard as Hell to find a U-Haul truck and I personally know two guys in the business! I finally got one at 5547 Yadkin Road in Fayetteville. Since trucks were so rare they could have legitimately charged me a premium price. They didnt. They gave me every break they could give and because of the time of rental my daughter and son-in-law got an extra day to move. These folks are great! Even though I know two guys in the U-Haul business the next time I need to rent a U-Haul Im going to the Yadkin Road spot! Plus, they could have overcharged me and got away with it but they didnt! These folks rock! The Long/Baker family says thank you very much!!

This place does multiple things well! ASE Tech on duty for work on your car, and they sell vehicles. There is a wide variety of moving accessories and vehicles, the best for me was the movers putting the house in the Uhaul, moving it to my new digs with no incidents all under two hours! Super professional, courteous, highly recommend this business for short and long term!

Rented a trailer from this location on the 15 of last month, called back less than an hour later and asked if we could return the U-Haul because they extended our move in date and we didn’t want to be charged for a day we weren’t going to be using the trailer. They told us “don’t worry about bringing it back, we won’t charge you for today” well we ended up being charged. I called back once the charge hit the account and asked them why and they said they would refund the money. Never did. Called back two times since then, even talked to the owner. Every time being told my money will be refunded and sorry for the inconvenience. It’s been almost a month and I still have not been refunded. I am livid to say the least and will NOT be returning to this location ever again !!!!!

The whole shop was very professional and very nice! Especially Lin! He gave us a block of instruction on how to hook up the car to the uhaul and said before we start our travels, to come back if we wanted to have him check it over again- which we did. He was happy to help and gave us good advice on our long travels. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The worst location ever. Ironically a lady with the same last name was there the same time I was. Due to this coincidence the other lady reservation was edited with my information and I was improperly charged. The trucks are rigged so you cant take a picture of the mileage to ensure that I was being charged correctly. Never Again.

Terry, the owner, was extremely helpful and professional! Quick and painless rental when we used the online check-in option. Office was pretty busy but it was primarily from walk-in rentals.

What else are you expecting from a u haul but to rent uhaul.

The worst place ever. The owner is extremely rude and I waited 30 minutes after the reservation time to pick up the truck because he closed the office. I waited 15 minutes after the drop off time because he wasnt there however this time the door was open and the office was unattended. I would definitely recommend another location to do business with. I wish I could give a negative star.

Service was good. Truck was a complete piece of crap. Awful to drive and made banging and thumping noises that engines and transmissions shouldnt make.
