The entire process happened while I was gone and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the outcome. They even managed to drop their commission .5%. Far to many times so many words are used when just a few will get to the meat of the matter, simple said if you want to sell your house look no further then the Grullon Team, They sold my house in 7 days period!!!

Team Grullon is horrible. We listed with them (yes, they will deny it which is how they get around the horrible reviews) and had the worst experience ever. We hired them based on their reviews. Kevin once told me that our house will never sell, there was a new subdivision going in around our home with cheaper square feet. Just what you want to hear from your realtor, it will never sell. Communication was almost nonexistent. They would blame an email issue, not getting messages etc....I asked them to send me names of landscapers to mow our yard (we lived in another state). Never heard back from them. Two months later, after I had cold called landscapers and hired one, team Grullon called to tell me I needed to send a check to them for their landscaper. I had TWO people cutting my yard. Not one form of communication to let me know they had hired someone. They would not go to the home and make sure it was showable before a showing. I came to visit the home and give it a little TLC once and was devastated at how it looked....several newspapers smashed into the driveway, tons of trash in the bushes and on the front porch from solicitors, dead spiders inside of the home. It only showed twice, you would think they would have taken the time to go by and look in on the home, especially before a showing. Horrible team, dont hire them. Ive noticed that bad reviews dont show up under their name....interesting fact. I will keep writing them until they actually show up. Ive posted on several sites and they do not show? I would def recommend a sellers agent if you are trying to sell your home. Seller and Buyer agents are only interested in investing their time into Buyers, thats where their guaranteed money is.

I work in the real estate world and know many agents here in town. I chose Kevin and Shawn above all others because they have a great reputation, are professional, knowledgeable, and personable. As busy as they both are most would never know it. Shawn made a listing appointment with my husband and I to look at our rental property that we wanted to list for sale. As busy as Kevin and Shawn are most would never know it. They always answered any calls, emails, and text messages quickly. Both Kevin and Shawn came to the appointment, looked at the home, answered our questions, and offered suggestions on simple and smart things that could be done to quickly get the home ready for sale. Once the house was ready and was officially on the market, we received email updates when there was a showing and if there was any feedback from the showing. We did not have many however, as we had an offer in 4 days and went under contract the next day.
