So we decided to buy our first home. I contacted Leslie on Tuesday and she set a lunch meeting with Emily and herself the following day. we showed Emily four houses we wanted to look at and Emily set it up for the next day (Thursday). Incredibly unsatisfied with my experience in this company. I closed on my home 6 weeks ago and I have yet to receive the keys and garage door openers. Every time I’ve asked about this I get told to ask the home seller, who also doesn’t respond to me. I had multiple issues with the home that were supposed to get fixed prior to close that weren’t and I do not feel like my realtor advocated for me to see to it that those issues were resolved. I did not enjoy my home buying experience.
