Re/max Homeowners has been great to us. They use an online portal--any work order request I have submitted has been answered and I have received numerous phone calls to confirm appointments for repairs. At the 6 month mark, they do send someone by to take pictures of the house and to check up on the property. I was advised to document any wear and tear/damages in the house on the online portal when I see it so that it can either be repaired or just simply documented just in case. They have always been super helpful and polite and Ive experienced nothing but follow through on their end.

I wish I couldve read the reviews before I signed my lease. All of the above comments are true for me as well except for the one fake comment about Re/Maxx being helpful and are good people. They are the epitome of the term SLUM LORDS!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! HOMEOWNERS BEWARE!!!

Very attentive during my rent period (10 months); was able to fix issues quickly. However, they require a physical check in hand each month (No website to pay, venmo, ect). Secondly I received my security deposit back with over half the total amount missing. When we did the walkthrough I was told that all the place needed was a cleaning from a professional, no more than a couple hundred.

We have had a horrible experience renting a home from this company. The residence we live in has been having structural and internal issues since we moved in and we always have issue getting in contact with the landlord. It takes them and the home owners forever to fix the problem, and the lease we have only convers their butts and not have anything in there to protect or help the tenants. Wont be renting from them again. Beware before signing a contract.

All appliance companies in Raeford, Fayetteville and surrounding area never ever deal with this company. They had us go out after hours for a refrigerator and never paid a dime, will not return our calls nor respond to emails. Their extremely dishonest and dont deserve a star!!!
