Really nice hotel and great customer service. Tim at the front desk took great care of us and we will definitely stay here again if we get the chance!
Lovely place to unwind and convenient to all eateries. Nice staff. Check in was fast. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. We were a little disappointed that Starbucks wasnt open.
An absolute life saver when the Hilton failed to get us our rooms. Abigail was a total god send, our trip wouldnt have worked out if not for her. Rooms are amazing, staff is super nice, and the quality of our stay was amazing. Ultimately, we ended up getting more for a better price. I absolutely could not recommend this hotel enough.Shoutout to Abigail for being awesome.
Clean and updated room- very appreciative of being able to check in early and catch up on sleep. Its in a great location, across the street from a mall and many great restaurants
I dont know where to begin so much has happened during my visit, but let me first say this. I was so upset with another Marriott location that it wasnt their fault, the issue was reservation & I was charged 2 times over 600.00 for my stay at a hotel I never booked, not being from North Carolina I was very upset. What really made my day and ease the pain was Jeanette Starling came out the office when she saw the frustration on my face. Her reassurance ease my level of stress, she was so proactive in this situation even though it wasnt the Courtyard Marriott in Fayetteville error. I was being charged in Arkansas, when it should have been her location Fayetteville NC. Her team knew my experience & Maryann omg when I tell you sweet as a button she represented the brand well & I cant forget Abby during my night check ins she make sure I am well taken care of. I absolutely love this team. Tim is like the father to the team he is so knowledgeable & I appreciate all that they do to make my stay pleasant. I will always visit this location I love the atmosphere thank you all!😘😘😘😘
Some of the best staff I have ever seen in a hotel. Crowd so friendly that it makes me feel bad to ask them for assistance. Special shoutout to Abigail, who very much needs a raise for all of the work she put in. Location is wonderful for Fayetteville as well, putting you well within reach of everything. Will be back some time!
The Hotel cleanliness was great the service and amnesties were good but the hotel noise barriers between walls and floors are real bad. So if you looking to rest after a long day of traveling or working this hotel is not for you. To noisy the building structure.
Good solid Marriott Courtyard experience. Room was nice. Bathroom could use an update.
Quite nice. Asked for extra towels and the guys came out with unfolded towels. Really?
Would have been a 5 star, but there is no reason to have to wait 10 minutes to check out at 6:30am while holding my bags, so that the clerk can be polite to prior guest.
We stayed for one night. Checkin was easy and we had a room on the third floor with a balcony. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower was great. The room was very small but if served its purpose for an overnight stay. There are very limited amenities and only one elevator that was quite a haul from the lobby. The Bistro did not open in the evening and had limited function in the morning. Overall we had a good stay.
Outdated appliances, poor layout, no mobikey or streaming services. Keep hitting my elbows on the dispensers in the shower because they are poorly placed. I especially appreciate the microwave sitting in the middle of the desk area blocking me from placing my laptop there.
We had excellent service from Abigail at check in and throughout our stay, she made it a delight to come and stay for the week.
Cool lil spot, carpet smelled funny.
Very nice folks and very clean.
The rooms were very nice and clean however none of the common areas were open. The courtyard and pool area was closed so you didn’t get to see any city views. The bar was not open the whole day, which is strange because you would think on a Saturday night the bar would be available. Location is great and there are many attractions and restaurants in walking distance..
This place is definitely worth every penny. The rooms were decorated nicely and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and personable. The location is ideal and close to multiple restaurants. Dont hesitate to book here.
Mistake to stay here. Will not go back-EVER
Very pleasant and calm customer service and a pleasant stay.
Great stay and clean rooms and lobby 👍🇺🇸
Very clean. And the staff very helpful .
Clean hotel with great rooms had fun thanks
Friendly service but needs updating, specifically regarding the bathroom. Felt motel-ish.
Excellent staff and facilities
Stayed at nicer Courtyards. First room was still dirty and had to move. All amenities are locked down due to COVID so its basically a place to sleep.
Just checked in and settling in for the night - the room is super clean, the courtyard out back is beautiful as with any Courtyard property, and the lobby is modern and refreshing. The BEST thing though was my check in experience. I completely forgot her name, but the night auditor that checked me in was super friendly and inviting, answered all of my stupid questions, and was eager to help when I needed a drink from the market. After a 12 hour drive up I-95, this service is very welcome. Definitely my go to place now each time I pass through Fayetteville!
Wonderful. Very clean and nice room.
This was a last minute reservation since the hotel we originally booked was very dissatisfying. I am so glad we were able to book this hotel. The location is very good and is within walking distance to multiple restaurants. The purpose of our trip was to go Zipling and to see the botanical gardens. Both are located within 20 minutes or so of the hotel. The hotel staff (especially Mrs. Theresa) was very good. Welcoming, clean, and friendly. My hotel of choice!
Rooms have faint smell of smoke and need updating. Covid affected clearly...staff was very welcoming despite situation/conditions.
The exterior of the hotel was clean, yet a little dated looking. The interior was nicely appointed. Room was clean and nicely furnished. Bistro was a nice touch although I would have preferred a more diverse low calorie breakfast menu. Two options didn’t really give me many options. Had an unpleasant encounter in the lobby for breakfast. Not sure if the person was homeless or an unsavory individual looking for mischief. I’m thinking the latter by the fact of the full gold upper and lower fronts in his mouth and the fact he wanted to buy a apple with a $100 bill. Just didn’t like being asked if “I was worth a lot of money” as I’m trying to eat my breakfast and prep for a morning presentation. But overall a good hotel.
Very nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The only downfall was due to the pandemic there was no food service only microwaveable items and snacks.
Had the opportunity to stay at this location and the people were great. Very warm and friendly. The location is close to restaurants and shops. got dinner and groceries without getting into a car. Enjoyed my time there.
The room was very nice and clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and polite. Gave 3 stars because of 2 things.... 1. The shower, it was more like a trickle. They have water saving shower heads that restrict the water, it was barely enough pressure to get the shampoo out of our hair and it felt like it wasnt rinsing the soap off our body,,,,very annoying.2. No free coffee. Every Hotel Ive ever been in has at the least a free coffee bar where you can get a complementary cup of hot coffee. Well not here,,,,they have a Starbucks and thats where they want you to spend your money (Sorry, I dont do Starbucks!). Yes theres a coffee pot in the room, however experience has proven those to be difficult and messy, and besides,,,theres never enough sugar, AND its powder non-dairy creamer, not the real stuff. Is it to much to ask to be able to get a fresh cup of basic coffee w/ cream & sugar in the morning without having to pay for it ???We didnt eat at the Bistro (Yeah, no free breakfast here either, they want you to spend more money at the Bistro after youve bought your coffee) so cant review it. Got the room on Expedia at a good price and I really didnt do my homework like I should have, so it really falls back on me, but personally, we wont be staying there again because of what was previously mentioned.
Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.The man at the front desk was terrible.Sleeping in my car would have been a better option. Don’t stay here.
My family and I traveled for long 14 hours, exhausted. We booked Courtyard Fayetteville in advanced through third party and there were some mistakes made by that third party company that almost jeopardized our much needed rest. However, the professionalism and excellent customer service saved the day!!! We were able spend the night at the beautiful comfortable hotel. We would like to say thank you!!!
The front desk servant Tim is wonderful. After booking a room online and booking it for the wrong date he was able to help me change it. We had a family member in ICU at CFV. And needed to stay in town for the night.Tim made it happen!
Very clean and nice
I had to travel to Fayetteville for a day-long interview process. I drove four and a half hours and checked in around 9:15, and despite the later hour, there were two friendly personnel who got me checked in and on my way to my room in about four minutes. They even gave me a room upgrade! I appreciated the speedy check-in after my long day of work and driving. The bed was super comfy with lovely soft sheets and multiple pillow options, and the light-blocking curtains actually blocked the light. The next day the staff was super helpful in giving me a late checkout to accommodate multiple appointments. Check out was super quick and I was on my way. The lobby and bar area looked super fun and cozy, I only wish I had a chance to hang out there, or use the gym, but I was only there for the one night. I will definitely book this hotel for my next trip into town! Also great location for multiple restaurant options, including a TON within walking distance.
Positive: The cleanliness and location Negative: No. It was great
The rooms are clean, beautiful pool and well equipped gym.The desk top for guests at the reception doesnt work as we wanted to check our mails .Why keep it, if its out of service?
First class hospitality
Clean and friendly staff. Nice seating area with fire pit to enjoy some beer next to.
More than anything, the front desk staff were amazing. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and had nice pillows. Great pool area. Fitness center is small with weights only up to 25 lbs. Restaurants are close by, but the city of Fayetteville has no sidewalks and no crosswalks anywhere in this area so run for your life when you cross. The hotel itself was very nice.
Had an interview there. Hotel is not visually appealing on outside. Walking into the hotel was a surprise & delight. It is very modern, warm and visually appealing. To add to that, the associates working were polite, professional and welcoming. Starbucks coffee served there, in addition to some limited alcoholic beverages. The hotel was located in an area very close to a variety of restaurants and the Cross Creek Mall is about a mile away. Great location, some government contractors headquarters located right next door to hotel. Marriott brand is definite plus...quality hotel.
This a very nice hotel! The décor is up-to-date, property is clean and safe, our room was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable which was a concern because the last 2 times I stayed at a Marriott hotel this year, the beds were extremely hard and I had difficulty sleeping. The king bed room is a little tight for 2 people. Maybe the room with 2 double beds would work better. We liked being able to have breakfast at the hotel instead of having to go out. The food and coffee were good! Recommend staying here.
My recent stay at the Courtyard Marriott Fayetteville was nothing less than excellent. I was surprised by the room size and bed size, which was a king-size bed. My only complaint is that there should be a microwave located in the rooms.
Loved our weekend stay in Fayetteville. We traveled for a family reunion and were happy we picked the Courtyard over the other hotel where the family was staying. The rest of the family was very displeased with their choice but we were thrilled with ours! Check-in was super-fast and friendly. We loved our comfy and well-decorated room on the 3rd floor overlooking the courtyard and pool area. We enjoyed a peaceful and comfy sleep and ate a delicious healthy breakfast in the courtyard patio area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and at times engaging. It felt very homey and comfortable. Lobby is upscale- beautifully decorated and parking is plentiful even when we arrived late at night. I would recommend this hotel. We travel often and stay at very nice (sometimes pricey hotels) but this Marriott was very reasonably priced, in a great location and lacked nothing. It was a great stay for a great price!

The Staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. Laundry service is coin-laundry, I have stayed at other hotels where it is of no expense to the guess. Breakfast was a bit pricey, leading me to eat off-site. Overall good experience and prime location to restaurants. I would stay there again.
We are from eden north carolina and make frequent trips to Fayetteville for the night life. I love how close the hotel was to a lot of the night clubs that we love to visit! The staff at the hotel were not as friendly as I would have liked them to be. However the overall stay was very pleasant
Had a great experience and would stay here again. Was close to multiple shopping and dining options. The reception staff was friendly and charming. We were treated like we were old friends. Accommodations were some of the best Ive ever stayed in. The room was clean, no weird odors and well laid out.
Hotel is definitely in need of updating. Rooms are nice and spacious, BUT housekeeping only do the minimum to keep your room clean. Hotel offers only ONE washer and dryer, so plan on waiting a few hours if they are backed up (this has never made sense to me; full hotel, one washer/dryer). Lobby is nice and new with friendly staff. Check in/out was a breeze and took less than a minute each. Hotel also has plenty of parking so no worries about trying to find a spot.

Maintenance at the location was not fully up to par. One of the light fixtures in my room was not functioning, which would have been a simple check between visitors. My request for privacy was outright ignored. My room was entered by hotel staff twice during my visit despite having the do not disturb sign up. I called after the first visit and instructed them to leave my room alone. I was promised that I would not be bothered again, yet when I came home the second day, they had outright ignored my request and entered my room anyway. The best they could do at the end was Sorry. If you want your requirements to be ignored and have a desire to be bothered during your stay, this is the place for you.At the very least, there are a few decent restaurants nearby, but the same could be said for the other hotels on this road.
If you are going to Fayetteville, this is the hotel to stay at. If you havent stayed at a Courtyard in a while you need to check them out. They have remodeled and everything is excellent. The lady that checked me in was extremely nice.
Excellent Comfortable modern. The staff was amazing. The room was pristine. The beds were extremely comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was immaculate loved the shampoo, conditioner, body soap dispensers in shower tea tree and lemon grass fragrances.
Courtyard Marriott has always been my go-to hotel when I am traveling. Their rooms are always clean and rates are reasonable. They are very accommodating to meet your needs. I will always try to find one in the area where I am visiting.
I stayed one night on my way back from Florida to DC. Made hotel arrangements on the fly while driving and had never visited this property. The staff was friendly and efficient at check in and offered dinner discount cards to local restaurants when I told them we had been driving all day. The room was very clean and roomy. Beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. We did order breakfast, and the meal was good. Overall the experience was wonderful, and I would stay here again if in the area.
Enjoyed the stay. It was not to far away from the Crown Complex where I took my Dad to see WWE Smackdown Live. I will stay here the next time I am in Fayetteville for an event. Thanks
This was a nice, clear and friendly hotel, but they was doing construction during the daytime only. The rooms was a nice size, no microwave in the one bedroom guest room. The microwave is in the Lobby thou. This place had a small bar and eatting menu, the food looked and smelled good. The next time I will get a suite..

Great and clean. No questions
There were a few things that I did not particularly care for, like being told one thing and checking in and discovering thats not the case. Not taking ownership and rectifying the situation is very discouraging when Ive paid money to stay. But I am thankful they allowed us to use their lobby to get free as poets!
Didnt stay as a guest, but did visit a guest at this hotel. Quite nicer than I had expected. Weird elevator set up with it being so distant from the main lobby. The room was modern and clean, nice set up. Common areas were as well modern and well kept. Starbucks and decent sized bar in lobby area. The one staff member I engaged at the front desk was courteous and friendly. Overall decent hotel, I would recommend to friends and family
Crispy clean & comfy. Plenty of things close by like mall & food.
Overall our stay was great. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Our last night the fire alarm went off at 12:30am and stayed on for almost three hours. All the guest had to remain outside for that period of time until they got the alarm off. It was a cold uncomfortable experience for us all.
My First Time Visting And They Welcome U With Open Arms Very Nice And They Tell U About Everything Whats Around There Wow Just Amazing How Nice The Front Desk People Was Cant Wait To Visit Again 😊
You always know what you are going to get at a Courtyard - great place to stay at a good price. The bed was very comfortable and the staff is very accommodating. They are also very polite and efficient
The front desk hostess was super friendly (I think her name was Cassandra). Walking distance to numerous delicious restaurants. Our room had clearly just been updated, which was awesome! Everything smelled and felt brand new. Super clean and the area felt safe with our 2 small children. No complaints!
This is a great hotel. The staff was welcoming and kind. The room was comfortable and clean. Having a bar and restaurant is the cherry on top.
A Courtyard Marriott is a Courtyard Marriott...NOT. Some are well run and some are not. The Fayetteville North Carolina Courtyard Marriott is one of the best hotels weve stayed with. Service was great and staff were very accommodating. You could tell they liked working there and wanted to be there. Everything was in working order and well cared for. Great restaurants are all around the hotel...including Sweet Frog!
I arrived at midnight with no idea where to stay as i was here for my nephews funeral and had not made any plans other than to get here for my sister in law and brother as soon as possible.I was greeted happily and offered condolences. The staff the next morning were very kind to me and accommodating.I cannot thank Marcus, last night enough for his kindness. Thank you so much!
The nicest people work here!! We feel like we are meeting friends each time we stay here. The rooms are clean. Food is good. My only complaint is I wish the carpets were at little cleaner.
I have 2 stars because I liked the hotel nice rooms and furniture and amenities were satisfying. BUT, My sheets were not changed bed was full of crumbs that horror followed by morning horror. Check out was complicated. Young woman with baseball cap with sign LOVE on forehead, she couldn’t not separate room charge from water bottle charge, 30 minutes was not enough to do it. Our group of 9 was trying to get breakfast in the morning and we had to wait for 30 minutes because there were everything limited and only TWO people were serving, who were also making food taking order and pouring coffee. We were limited to a small cup of coffee(mesure by Starbucks cup sample) and after receiving one cup of coffee we had to wait another 10-15 minutes to get our breakfast sandwiches, which were packaged. When I opened little box I saw on the small bun mess of 2-3 scrambled eggs and taste wasn’t good besides that I was already dressed up, so before even bite into sandwich eggs were falling out. I had eggs everywhere on me on my clothes on the floor, horror. That was horrible bistro breakfast, besides that disgusting taste it was not packaged to eat without major mess. I think it would be better to have it done with fried eggs, and coffee pot could be set separately that people could serve themselves so servers could focus on talking orders and prepare food. Horrible Bistro, disgusting breakfast, horrible experience.
Great place to stay and a great location. The staff is professional and organized. The Bistro has a limited menu but what they do carry will satisfy a travelers needs/wants for meals, snacks and drinks. You will be surprised what the Bistro Bar carries and I recommend the Dirt Bag Beer local craft brewery selection. Thanks Heather!
Anyone visiting Fayetteville, NC for business or pleasure should book their rooms and or business meeting at the Courtyard Fayetteville at Sycamore Dairy Rd. The facility is spotless, the staff goes above and beyond in assisting and making ones stay comfortable and enjoyable. Its located near Ft. Bragg, and downtownFayetteville. Just a great relaxing place to stay.
What an outstanding place. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant. The rooms were well clean. The service was great. I am recommending this. You will be completely satisfied.
The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. Staff was great, breakfast was good and my room was recently remodeled and is beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, there is on-going renovations which I was not aware of before making my reservation or told at check-in. Once they are finished it should be a lovely hotel. During my stay I was not pleased to have to walk thru a construction area to get to/from my room. Lastly, there was a horrible squeaking in the floor in my room and the one above me...Likely something I could have overlooked for one day IF the person above me had not walked continuously ALL night!!
As an independent beauty consultant for Mary Kay, I visit the Courtyard Marriott at least once a month. I use their meeting room for pampering sessions. The staff are amazing. They are super friendly and accommodating. The lobby is gorgeous!
Very nice. Marriotts are usually very nice and this one is also. My room and bed were nice. The smoking area for my husband was right near our room as well as the pool. Very nice outdoor pool. Plenty of room for many guests to be there comfortably. Friendly staff.
The hotel was clean, the staff was pleasant, helpful and professional. The bed was nice and I got a good nights rest.I did like how the shampoo, conditioner and body was set up in the bathroom with dispensers. Only drawback was the conditioner was empty. I left they a nice note so the next person in the room hopefully would have some.
Clean, quiet room. Great location to most things youd need in Fayetteville. Good experience.
I was greeted by a young woman named Averil, She was great and very welcoming at check in. I put my bags down and I set the room to a good temperature for me and called to request a new blanket. security brought the blanket to me. I left soon after that and I was greeted by a new young lady when I got back. It was fairly late when I returned. When I took a closer look at the room I noticed there was beer in the room that did not belong to me. The bathroom had a terrible smell and although this is a smoke free hotel, I could still smell cigarette smoke. I called to ask to get a room switch but I didnt get an answer. I went down stairs to go to the desk and the young woman that should have been at the desk was sleep in the lobby area. Again it was extremely late. Maybe around 4am, I did not disturb her. The first time I stayed in this hotel, there were insects in the room in the bathroom area and although the rooms and the lobby are beautiful, im not sure that the cleaning staff is doing there best. there is no reason I should find beer left behind!
Throughout my scheduled five night stay, I had repeated issues with room maintenance, low water pressure, and housekeeping. By the fifth day, those problems became so pronounced that I opted to check out and drive five hours home in the middle of the night rather than spend any more time in the hotel. The front desk staff is courteous and helpful, but they were the sole high point in an otherwise disappointing experience. If you have the option to stay in another Marriott property in the area, I would definitely recommend it. Avoid this one if possible.
So happy to have a comfortable bed, which seems to be rare. I have back pain, but this bed was perfect. The hotel is newly renovated or new and the decor was very charming.
Ended up staying here on the way from Orlando to Cape Cod. I needed an accessible room with two queen beds. Harder to find than you would imagine. They had one and it worked perfectly, with a generous size accessible bathroom. The bonus was the on location restaurant. It had everything we needed with excellent service! Thank you.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice but they didnt have microwaves in the room. Internet also went out halfway through my stay and took them 4 days to repair. All-in-all it was an OK stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Hotel staff is some of the friendliest and most helpful I have encountered in years. The hotel common area and rooms are impeccably clean and well maintained. I dont get down to Fayetteville too often but this is now my hotel of choice. Well done Courtyard!
Very clean and beautifully decorated. Its in a great location right off of the All American Express. Within walking distance to great restaurants or dine in the hotels bistro. Would highly recommend to anyone headed to Fayetteville/Fort Bragg.
Despite the construction happening the hotel has been great. Service folks are friendly and the location is in walking distance to several restaurants. They dont have free breakfast, but they make a mean breakfast burrito, will be ordering it again. Almost went 4/5 stars for the construction, but its not actually that bad.
The hotel is centrally located to major restaurants, shopping centers, shops with easy access to military locations (if you are military). The local entertainment is easily accessible but limited and caters to the type of clients around a military facility (gentlemen clubs). I did not find a neutral environment with relaxed ambience to cater to my need for entertainment.

We stayed as a late-night layover after 10 hours on the road. Finding the hotel and check-in were easy. Room appeared acceptable for the 15 minutes before collapsing. Then we realized it is across from the ice machine, elevator AND service closet. Extremely noisy all night, then louder when the cleaning staff arrived. Hotel may be fine but stay out of this room.
Such a lovely time at this place. The rates were reasonable, especially considering it was the weekend of the 4th of July. The hotel was nice and clean. Modern. The room was excellent. Clean and cozy with a splash of modernness. The shower was a delightful treat with the type of shower and great water pressure. Comfortable bed. Check out was a breeze. Overall, Id say this is my new favorite hotel in the area. Thanks yall. Ill certainly be staying with you everytime Im in town.
Loved it
Nice place to stay in Fayetteville for business. Comfy, stylish, clean bedroom. Quiet. Good service.
If staying in Fayetteville, this is a great location. Near downtown, restaurants are in walking distance, and staff are very friendly. I would stay again if back in the area.
Recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Fayetteville. The staff there is fantastic. They had a very friendly and warm presence about them. They went above what I would consider normal business interaction to ensure my stay there was a very pleasant experience. Kudos to the staff for an outstanding job.
This is a comfortable stay with a friendly staff that makes being away from home bearable.Good breakfast served by an awesome and friendly staffCourtyard and pool area are nice quite get away place.I enjoy getting up early and taking my morning walk in the neighborhood but in bad weather they have a gym.The free washer / dryer with detergent at the desk is great when I am on my 2-3 week stays.
