I used Mr. Turf for almost 2 years, during that time I had to have them come out repeatedly to treat for weeds, whatever they were using did not work. Well they finally took care if the issue by killing my grass. My yard looks awful! They asked to come out and spray again to get the grass to regrow but wouldnt do it for free or at a discounted price. Their job is to know what will and will not work on weeds and it feels like they were just guessing at what to put on my lawn. The only asset they have is their customer service rep Caleb, he was always responsive and nice and was the only reason I kept giving them a chance to correct the issues. If you want a beautiful lawn DO NOT USE MR. TURF!

This is at least my forth year of using Mr. Turf and I am beyond amazed at my lawn. Clearly the greenest yard of the neighborhood and its lead to jealous comments. And due to the word of mouth 5 of my next door neighbors are now using them. And I have used the other imitators with nowhere near the same results!! Plus my main issue was winter weeds and now I have darn near zero and my front yard is huge... appx 12,000 sq feet.So thanks again for the fantastic job!!! Your new moniker should be Mr. Beyond Fantastic Turf!!! If you want excellent results check them out, I assure you they aim to please and they do!!

I have been a faithful customer now for over six years. They have great customer service as well as my yard is always one of the best looking in the sub division. I highly recommend Mr. Turf for your yard.

Mr. Turf is on point! The Technicians are awesome. They always let me know when they are coming so I can put my fur babies away. Our yard has never been greener, and the mosquitoes have never been fewer!

I called about the cabbage looking weeds in my yard and explained that I wasn’t sure what they were but I knew that I wanted my grass to look better and healthier and Mr. Turf had been serving my property for a few months. They told me that Robbie would call me to come out. When he did he stated that the spots would turn BLACK he never said that my grass would die and my yard would look like this. Once I called back and spoke with Caleb we exchanged emails and he basically said it wasn’t their fault and I was told this would happen which was a lie. So then Robbie called me and stated that anyone with “common sense” would know that the grass would die. And screamed at me. DON’T use this company they have no respect for your property or you all they want is money. If I could give them a zero I would 😡😡😡😡

The technician went to the wrong address ( next door ) I wanted to check with him to see if he was supposed to be at my home and he saw me at the fence and just kept going like he did not want to be disturbed. I thought maybe my neighbor was getting the same service on the same day by the same company. However, when he was finished with their lawn front and back he loaded up and left. Glad he went around the corner to turn around and when he came back down my street I stopped him and ask what address he had on his work order. He showed me the work order then I showed him my mail box number. He had made the mistake and no harm done. He did more than we bargained for by aerating even the no lawn part of my back yard. He was either overly consciences or not paying attention to any detail. Again, No harm done just carless.Larry P.

Bought a home with a terrible lawn which was mostly red clay. Started with the treatments and in one year was amazed at the difference. I’ve been with them for over 5 years now and have not been disappointed. Very professional and knowledgeable and always there when they say they will be. You and your lawn will be glad you called!

We chose Mr.Turf for our mosquito treatments this year! We got started a little late, but it was no issue to them. We saw instant results in our treatment. We were able to walk outside without being swarmed and the kiddos were able to play outside again without being coated in bug-spray. We also have three dogs so the treatments helped for them also. Scott treated our yard each time and each time he was super punctual, friendly and very good at making sure every area was taken care of. With us having the dogs, he would call the day of to let me know how far out he was so that I could have the dogs taken care of. The treatments are well worth it and I look forward to using them again this upcoming season and seeing what else they can do for our yard!Robbie Rogers in the office was also great to work with as well.

I just spent the last 45 minutes hand pulling weeds in my backyard and didn’t come close to getting them all. Second time this year having issues with weeds all over my yard. If you want your yard covered in weeds then give these boys a call, but I wouldnt recommend.

This company has been treating my yard for 8 years now and my yard always looks absolutely beautiful and I never have any issues with weeds in my yard. We also have them spray for mosquitos, ect in the summer months and it works really well and I never have to worry about me or my family getting bit while we enjoy being outside!!
