Experience, knowledgeable and very helpful. When I had problems I went into the office and the problem was solved. I was told if anything change and I felt I was not hearing as I should to just call. Im thankful for the service i received.

We both enjoyed the Doctor and Staff, they are Amazing people, its not just their job that makes them that why its who they are as a person. They work with their Heartsnot just their minds. Everything was explained in full details, and if you had any questions they took time out to answer them to make sure you fully understood. My husband Kelly Ammons can hear now after many years of not being able to. Dr. Frank sure made a difference in his Life as well as our familys, he cried when he heard Dr. Frank speak to him in a normal voice. Very professional and kind. The audiologist personally called me to see if I could come in at a later time be Aust there had been an emergency. I truly appreciated that. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely recommend and will be back.

Staff was nice and friendly. The hearing test for my husband was very informative. In not having dealt with this medical need before we learned the following from our visit. You are receiving a complimentary hearing test. This is in hopes you buy their products. Not unheard of, its just that we were not made aware of this at the time of service. We thought it was being submitted to insurance. Because it is neither submitted to insurance or paid for; you will not receive a copy if the test results. If a promotional price is quoted it will void should insurance be applied leaving the original price owed.

The staff was pleasant and professional. I was seen on time. Dr Frank explained in a way that was easy to understand. I was taught how to use my prosthesis. I learned a lot from the teachings.I would recommend her services to those in need.Thanks for helping me hear what I had been missing. Kudos to you and your staff.

Dr. Frank and Nikki are very professional and kind. I was here about 2 months ago and bought a new set of hearing aids and I could not be happier with my experience.

Though I am not one whom uses, needs, nor desires the services I decided to stop in because Google twice asked me about this place. As I walk in without noticing that they were closed for the day I still was greeted and spoke with concerning the services, although the young lady was to the sight a bit preoccupied and also not open for operation, she made time to answer the few questions needed to cover the review. . I give it five stars only because of her adaptability, throughout the course of the whole verbal exchange, and though they werent open and she was there to fix and issue, when approached Gave an ear.
