This was the first place I googled for my hearing aids. And I was able to get in the next day and even walk out with a demo pair of hearing aids until my came in two later. I was glad I chose this place to allow them to help me with my hearing issues. I would highly recommend this place for everyone. I was able to put down a great payment and have really cheap monthly payments that follow, and I was so lucky to get my original hearing back. They help you every step of the way and are always there if you need something fixed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Very friendly, and they treat you like your part of that family as well. Great and amazing people.

Sandy here-I love this place. Dr. Brooks and Dr. Gold have been so helpful to us since we moved to Florida from New York 18 months ago. I needed help with my old hearing aids and discovered they were dealers, so I made an appointment. I have since discovered they are one of the best audiologists in the county. They have treated both my husband and I and are professional, helpful and spot on. I just bought new hearing aids 4 months ago and theyre wonderful. I would highly recommend them.

I am so pleased that I stopped by the office this morning. I have had gradual hearing lose throughout the years, (heavy equipment work) The care and time and consideration each employee took with me is without explanation of there care. I will refer any one with hearing loss to this office. Thank you for your excellent service and the speed in which my hearing aid was delivered to me.

They were extremely knowledgeable about their brand. Once we got our hearing aids, he explained the process for putting them on, cleaning the filter and ear tips as well as changing the battery. We also learned how to turn the aids up and down by demonstration and hands on. It doesn’t get any better than this.

Very professional and helpful. I came in armed with my own research and Sam, without knowing what I researched, suggested one out of three on my list. Rather than selling me the top model, after testing hearing, he suggested the mid model which has been above and beyond what I had before. The programs linked to my iphone along with the advanced technology in the hearing aid has been a phenomenal boost to my hearing capacity.

I stopped in the office a year ago to get some thin tubes for an aid that I had had for six years. They were able to get them for me when no one else could. I decided this year that it was time to upgrade to a more technologically advanced aid. Cindy and Sam are outstanding. I have never seen them other than smiling and happy to see you and to help. Cindy follows up with you and is always a joy to talk to. Sam listens to everything you say and answers any questions that you have and remedies any problems that may arise. Even their patients come out of the office smiling!! If you need to get a hearing aid or upgrade to a newer one, I highly recommend that you go to see them!

I’ve been working with Sam and staff for over 5 years now.. My hearing problem dates back to my years as a firefighter. It was and still is very bad.Sam has worked with me to obtain an aide that really helped me in all environments. If you have trouble hearing conversation call him. If you’re an ex firefighter or EMS worker call him !!!Oh.......GO. Duke. !!!

Great staff that cares

Terrible place, just there to rob you off. Better to go to a free hearing screening at Walmart or sam’s club. It’s free. Did not even discuss anything thing about money before the screening. we did just the normal hearing and got charged $48 for general screening.
