I had my eyebrows threaded and my reaction afterwards was “outstanding!” I was pleased with the warmth, professionalism and the exceptional quality of the work done!

Lady who did my eyebrows left me with lacerations and scars. Picture attached. She refunded my money, but cant undo the damage. Strongly discourage going here. She wouldnt answer my questions on where she got a cosmetic license of if she even had any formal training.

Ms. Riya really changed my life today! I have hormonal imbalance that causes me to grow hairs on my neck and she was able to soft wax them all off for me and then even threaded anything that was left followed by proper cleaning. I mean she didn’t leave not one morsel of wax on me after the waxing was done!!! My neck and sideburn area has never felt this smooth in my life…and she was so gentle & sweet frequently asking me was I comfortable & making sure I was ok. I have been coming to Riyas since the end of 2019 when I first moved here. I took a hiatus because of the pandemic and then recently returned when I felt more comfortable with the world (😂 if thats possible these days). The place is incredibly clean with plenty of space to distance, and the quality of work is top notch. She takes her time and makes sure you are getting what you want. I am very particular about my eyebrows. I have only allowed two people to do my eyebrows. My main eyebrow tech had been doing my eyebrows for 10 years and she did it with wax. The only reason someone else had done them is because we moved out of state for a year. When we moved back I resumed going to my 10 year eyebrow tech. My eyebrow tech lives 2 hours away from Fayetteville and she is back in school. So it was hard for her to accommodate my schedule. I had to find someone else in the area. After reading the good reviews on Riya I had to take a chance. I was really nervous and she knew that. Riya was very patient with me as I explained to her how I wanted them and did not want them. Riya did a fantastic job. The threading did not hurt as much. She was very gentle. She kept the shape that I wanted and has executed each time. I have been to her three times and she has not disappointed. She is very professional and nice! I highly recommend going to her and she has definitely found a loyal customer. I went for the first time ever to this place and my eyebrows were amazing. The service great and I received so many complaints. The second time, which was yesterday, we waited for 45 minutes to over a hour for our eyebrow tinting and threading. Every service I received was not only rush but very below average. I spent over $30 and am very unsatisfied.I cannot believe I waited that long just to be disappointed. The point of this review is that when there is one person working and the wait time is almost an hour go to another salon because you’re service will not be up to par and it will be a waste of money.

At a crucial time as it is now during this pandemic, it is helpful when everyone can work together. I already get anxiety whenever I have to go out in public.The UPS Store is next door to this business and they are always busy. They are one of the businesses that are (THANKFULLY) enforcing social distancing and taking the proper measures to ensure that everyone stands 6 feet apart.The UPS Store always gets a lot of traffic as many people have packages that they need to ship off, check their mailboxes, etc. Riyas complained that the customers from the UPS Store should not be lined up in front of her storefront and has asked that they not stand in line in front of her storefront.I dont see the problem with customers that are just social distancing and standing in line to get into the UPS store. I was actually going to patronize Riyas to get my eyebrows threaded, but not during this pandemic.However, Im now reconsidering that. I dont see why Riyas could not try to understand that people are not trying to inconvenience her or any of her customers. Everyone is merely trying to adhere to the guidelines and social distance.We all had to move into a square formation as to not stand in front of her storefront. I think thats pretty rude to not try to be understanding during this time. I dont think I want to patronize a business that cant have some consideration that these are not normal times and social distancing is crucial. I wont be patronizing Riyas in the future.

What a wonderful place to go to. Riya was very nice and I first called to see if she took walk ins. I got there at 6:20pm and waited for about 3 minutes. It was a very fast and affordable place to go to! I absolutely recommend because it was MUCH more affordable than the malls threading AND you had more privacy.The only things I have to say that are cons (which aren’t even cons): The inside of the shop could use a tad more furniture because it is a little bare. I wish she wore gloves. That’s really it! Definitely will be going back!

I’ve been getting my brows threaded at the mall kiosk for about two years now but the results are inconsistent, I always have to wait forever and I hate having to park and walk into the mall. I was eating dinner the other night at Shogun and saw Riya’s and thought I’d give it a try.I am so glad I stopped in, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, I didn’t feel like I was on display and my eyebrows have never been shaped this well. Will definitely be back!

This was my first time coming here. I usually go to the mall but I decided to try it since I live on Ramsey. She was so welcoming and it is very clean. She even explained to me that one brow was fuller then the other and explained how she was going to correct that the next few times in come in. She very in depth. I LOVED the calling gel she put on after she threaded my eyebrows. I saved gas and money! Who can beat that? Its safe to say this will be my new brow place!!!! Thanks again!

Threading definitely lasts a lot longer than waxing and it’s better for your skin. They have great prices and an awesome system for their services. Normally I don’t have an issue with the staff but today I caught a little attitude from one of the girls. Noted, i will be going to the one on Ramsey from now on.

Made an appointment with Riya for eyebrow tint. Another girl ended up doing them and left the color on for 22 minutes. Needless to say it looks like she took a black sharpie and drew lines on. They are not only way to dark but two different shapes. Wont be going back
