Always professional and quick. My brows are always on point after and they and if I ask to fix anything, they do so without hesitation. Most importantly they are always happy even when something needs to be fixed which is almost never. Highly recommend.

I have to get my eyebrows done monthly and this is my go to. Always a quick and easy experience. My eyes typically water from the speed and pressure but not with Suganya. She was very professional, gentle and accommodating. I highly recommend her service.

DO NOT BE A FOOL LIKE THE REST OF US!!!! If you value your eyebrow shape I repeat do not get your eyebrow threaded at any booth!!!! Horrible eyebrow tenting and threading your brows will look like the red bird from Angry Birds! They hire anyone off the streets to thread. Please bring back the threader with the purple glasses everyone else sucks!!!!!

I’ve been getting my eyebrows done here faithfully for at least 4 years, and never had a problem until earlier today. I usually go to to the kiosk in the Macy’s wing, but no one was there so I went to the other one. I have naturally thick, nicely shaped brows so I only ever get them lightly cleaned up so I can keep the thickness and shape. So, when I sat down I communicated to the woman that I would only like for them to be cleaned up a little and asked her to please not thin them out or try to arch them at all. I don’t know if she purposely ignored me or if she didn’t hear me because she was having a phone conversation (which continued the entire time she was doing my brows). When she was finished and handed me the mirror, I was so heartbroken. She completely thinned out my eyebrows, rounded the left one so it’s no a totally different shape and made it an entire inch shorter at the front than it was. She ruined my eyebrows and all I could do was pay her and cry because there was no way to fix what she did. I’m scared to ever get my eyebrows done here again, or at all for that matter because what I wanted was completely disregarded. I feel terrible and I have to walk around with these eyebrows for at least a month.

I am highly disappointed. I always go here to get my eye brows done but today Me and my boyfriend did our eyebrows here. We both were seated at the same time. The lady who did mine definitely rushed mine. I had nice arched eyebrows....now one is literally not arched while the other one is perfect. The other lady tried to fix it but honestly there was no “fixing”. I’ll let my picture do the talking. I left in tears.

Okay so I have thick eyebrows and i love them that way. I told this lady word for word “please just clean them up.keep them thick. I don’t want an arch at all”. This lady gives me pencil thin eyebrows with a high arch. I wanted to cry. Please don’t go here.

I cant speak for everyone but Sita is the best IMO. Once I had another lady that also did a good job and then I think I had a newbie, the shape was good, (they never mess up my brows completely) but with the latter lady I saw that a lot of brow hairs right under where she the shaped my brows were still left on my eyes, so I plucked them when I got home. She seemed a little intimidated, which is why I think she was new.Usually I do my own brows but sometimes I need someone to correct the shape. Ill just let them grow out and let them shape them.Im only deducting one star as Ive caught a few eye rolls when I ask to want to wait for Sita instead of whoever is at the workstation with her.

I absolutely will never go back. I had been growing my eyebrows for 3 months to get a more natural brow shape. I showed the artist pictures of exactly what I wanted and explained to her that I wanted them to maintain their thickness but just shape them more square. She completely disregarded my request and now they are thin and round, even though I asked for thick and square?! I will NEVER go back, they give horrible service and clearly cannot comprehend the idea of serving your customers need before their own. She had the audacity to tell me I was too picky... Never again in my life. And no they didnt get any money from me. So upset right now

Idk if it’s just me, but I think it’s super inappropriate that they stand over you while you swipe your card, ask you if you want to tip them, don’t even let me enter the tip on my own, and then breathe down my neck while I enter my pin!! I’ve never experienced someone looking me dead in the face asking “do you want to tip me”? It’s just too weird and uncomfortable. Specially when the customer service sucked and my eyebrows were not threaded well. I’m definitely not coming back.

Ok, so I usually do my own eye brows at home but I decided to let my eyebrows grow out and have them threaded at the mall. This was my first time ever getting someone else do my eyebrows. I go up to the place and I see a line and two people with clients. I go to the back of the line and ask the person if front of me if this was the back of the line, if I needed to sign in etc. So I wait...my turn is almost up and I’m sitting in one of the chairs that wasn’t reclined waiting for the last person to pay. The lady finishes her transaction and walks to the reclined chair she had done her last client in. I give her 3 seconds to see if she would call me over...she didn’t call me over. I walked and sat in the chair she was standing next to. She had a straight face, didn’t say a word. I tell her this is my first time. I told her how I would like my eyebrows done. She had a straight face and slightly nodded. Like that “yeah yeah” nod. Threading was done quick. She didn’t tell me she was finished. If it wasn’t because I opened my eyes I wouldn’t have known. My eyebrows did look good. One of the ends was slightly thinner then the other. I said I didn’t want thin ends but besides that that it looked good. So again I didn’t know she was done until I realized she was going to the cashier. So I got up and went. She didn’t say how much it was but thankfully from a review I saw it was $12, plus I looked at the iPad.. She pointed to the pad showing me if I wanted to to tip or not ( I gave a $3 tip which I regreated afterwards. I wasn’t thinking, I was being nice). She pointed that I need a signature..I signed. Receipt was printed and given and that was that. I said thank you I received no thank you back. So that was my experience....customer service could have been better.The person who did my eyebrows was an older woman if anyone wanted to know. I didn’t get her nameWhen I walked around I saw another area in the same mall with the threading being done inside the area they had their stand (if that makes since) I’ll probably give that place a try.Update when I got home I saw some hair was left so I had to take away a star. Explains why it felt rushed.
