Friendly staff and members. The training is intense but well directed. There are plenty of rowers and assault bikes, so they have room for more people.

Great atmosphere on the patio!

Was in Fayetteville visiting family. There aren’t many gyms to choose from, so I hit a couple. Found this one to be my favorite. Plenty of space and gear for whatever workout is thrown at you. I would send my own family here if I lived in town.

Great coaches and great community at Commence. They have succeeded in getting me addicted to working hard in the gym. And it’s always fun!
