My purchase at Badcock was very interesting and satisfying purchase. The employees that work there were very patient with me and helped accomplish what at I was looking for. It was as though I knew these ladies for many years but it was only a couple hours or less. It was an easy transition as far as getting what I needed. Thank Ramsey St Badcock!!

If there was less than one star I would have picked it. Im a long time customer and I recently made four purchases. THEY screwed up my delivery three times!! Now I have to wait longer for something that was supposed to be here last Monday and something that was supposed to be delivered on the 15th is now the 19th!!! They say I understand but if they did they would compensate my horrible service!!!

Warning stay away from the Ramsey Street location, in fayetteville nc unless you like being lied too, by the manager sharon. Very unprofessional and rude environment, for any customers whos looking to shop or pick up. I highly recommend the cliffdale store location, if you want to be met with professionalism. From the time I walked in the door nothing but great service. Right down to the very professional and polite gentlemen that came out and delivered our new Double recliner sofa. They came out on Friday May 10th at the end of the business day to make sure that we had our sofa today and would not have to wait until Monday. Received an ad in the mail advertising a free TV with the purchase of the mattress set. So thought I would take advantage of this and see what it was all about so requires that you purchase certain mattresses in order to be eligible for the Free TV period being a smart Shopper I decided to research the mattresses that they needed to sell in order to get the free TV so I went into the store knowing how much the average price of these mattresses were. The Imperial Paradise that Badcock is selling has a list price of $2,199. The average sale price for this mattress at every other location is 699. I wont do business with a store that tries to rip customers off.

Well I bought some furniture and decided to go back for a washer and dryer. You have to pay for delivery but they dont install just put in your house. And Mike he will tell you anything to make a sale. Not going back again. The guys who deliver are not rude (company works them for their pay).

First off the manager Sharon was rude and extremely loud with my husbands personal information and when he asked for his info back she refused and still opened him an account. She was so rude and horrible that after we walked out everyone in the store with us proceeded behind us because they heard and seen the entire exchange and also let us know how unprofessional she was. I’m so glad we kept our cool and that I didn’t give that lady the cussing out she deserved because we left and went to Badcock on Cliffdale and had the all around best experience with Christian and Courtney!

The table we ordered is beautiful! I saw it and loved it! We purchased it several months later from the first time I saw it. My friends even suggested the Ramsey Street location to purchase furniture from! However, the experience we had was far from satisfactory. This store location assemblers really need to go through another training because they don’t know how to install furniture correctly. It took more than TWO attempts to get the kitchen table installed properly, the first table delivered was damaged in three places, employees did not documenting information properly in their system about our dilemma, assemblers installed the table incorrectly by creating holes in the table for screws, information from employees was given then we followed up management stated otherwise, and assemblers didn’t have necessary equipment to install the table EVERY TIME they came to correctly install the table! The store manager is kind however, I believe all staff need more training. Unfortunately, my husband and myself will not purchase anything else from this company again.

Wow well Im not sure were to start this one, the store front looks very messy as in the windows are really nasty. The staff basically sat towards the front of the store and were very UN-helpful. When I found a couch I liked I asked to pull up the exact dimensions ect about and when it could be delivered. Its almost like the lady acted as if I were a nuisance and I was bothering here. I promptly left.

If you purchase an item from them. They WILL NOT ASSIST in loading it unless they are delivering. Usually staff is friendly however there was one young lady that was very rude. Not the front desk person she was in the back. I feel if there are 2 ladies 1 was disabled that the young man there could have assisted. I understand liability and suit issuse. However Badcock where did your customer service go. Ive purchased items from you for 40+ years. Ive never been treated this way.

Just received our table set we ordered from Badcock today. It arrived with a big chip on the top of it and 2 scratches on the side. Kind of sad because we really looked forward to having a new table set in our new home.

I went to this store because I cancelled my order with the Badcock store on Cliffdale because they were very unprofessional, rude, and had bad customer service. I still wanted the bedrooms sets, so I went to the Badcock store on Ramsey St. Mrs. Sharon and Mrs. Kathy were amazing. They helped me with the order, and made sure that my furniture would come in, in a timely manner. The did everything that I needed help with and more. I would highly recommend this store to anyone that needs furniture. The Cliffdale store needs to be retrained on how to show better customer service to their customers.

Ordered a bedroom set and 1 month goes by and still dont have the complete set I ordered, made my 1st payment already and doing my part. My wife called up there and they took her name and number down in reference to the dresser I have not received and she gets no response. I call today and same thing occurred, no response. The set that got dropped off is still in the same spot the delivery guys dropped it off at. I had company since then and it is embarrassing to say to all who come to my house that Badcock didnt do their part. Very displeased with the type of service that was rendered to me. I will be speaking to a manager tomorrow and will ask for my $ back!
