If I could give 0 stars I would. I planned to pay off the couch I got in 90 days. I tried calling for 2 months and was on hold for over an hour multiple times. I even left a call back request multiple times and never got a call back. And now that it has been more than 90 days the price had doubled that I owe. I would have actually went to the store, but they were closed due to covid- 19, but they still should have answered on the customer service line. Never buying from here again and I recommend that no one else does either.

Excellent company to lease furniture through, do they 90-day payoff it will save u the most amount of money and still get a nice boost to your credit as well.

I have been trying to get ahold of someone for 2 weeks to pay ofd my loan and it seems impossible to get anyone on the line. I wait for hours on hold and then i leave a call back number and still nothing!!!!

These people are snakes. Called twice and got payoff information and was told prices and of course they didn’t put it in the system and now it’s over $1000 more than I was quoted. Zoe is the biggest snake of them all saying she never told me a price. Never do business here.

Keep getting calls from these people an I have never once been here someone gave them my number an they wont take it off file

Dont buy they change employees over like almost every month. Say one thing to your face then do exactly the opposite behind your back. There not to be trusted
