I struggled with finding just one category from the top to write about. My experience with NuEra was amazing! It truly is what you make of it. If you do not have the time to be responsive you will need to work it in your schedule. My score was not low but I just could not get it higher. I received so much great information to educate me on why my credit wasnt growing. I would recommend this service to ANYONE interested in repairing or growing thier credit. More than worth every dime I paid.

I know she got tired of seeing messages from me, but while in the program I just wanted to be sure I was moving properly and not to quickly. When I started in March my scores were in the mid 500s. Well, now were in Sept and they are in the upper 600s. She has given me the tools needed to not only maintain my scores but ways to increase them! She just doesnt know how grateful I am for answering all my questions and all her hardwork! I must admit I was a little skeptical. I tried a credit repair company last year and wasnt pleased! The communication was horrible! However, I read her reviews and said, why not! Im glad I gave her and her company a chance! My only regret is not selecting the deluxe package to have those inquiries removed, but I am pleased with all that was completed on the starter package! I appreciate this companys willingness and dedication to assist the community by revitalizing and repairing credit but unfortunately that isnt my review.I began the process on 24 June- She gave me instructions on how to register/pay through their secure online portal, walked me through the (5) negative marks on my credit (4 doctor bills and a small loan) and gave me an estimated time line as to when I should expect progress. Following the first call, I would reach out to her right before the 30 day, 60 day and 90 day mark for updates and I recieved very vague replies. She did share with me that due to COVID 19, bureaus were given 60 days to respond to the disputes opposed to the 30 days before COVID.In the meantime, she did send various mass emails concerning different credit topics ( information on loans for buying a house, legal credit topics, credit management etc) I shared with her at the onset that this was my first time using a credit restoration service and was doing so because I was looking to get a car in the near future.So, lets just say as I am at my 90 days- and no change to my credit but more importantly no concrete clarity as to what the delay is.
