Staff is petty nice always helping people its just good like the guys and grills with one starts the staff is try to help and be nice and that there helpful is the best thing ever!!!

Drive thru always takes soooo long. Due to COVID, if you do paycheck mobile deposit, they put a two business day hold on your check even after you receive an e-mail stating your deposit was accepted and will POST that same business day. All the while you are getting charge NSF fees. Truly Disappointed!!!!!
Went in to turn in quarters (national crisis and all), even if you deposit the money, they charge you 3%. The system didn’t state that and as a new customer I feel this should have been explained by the gentlemen who guided to me to the coins; he saw how many I had. Asked to get my coins back, denied. I tried to come back tomorrow to break up the tickets, denied. Needless to say I lost $12 by using this back. Don’t bring your money here... you won’t get it back!
Just opened a account there I have three check a month that are direct deposit and they hold them for five days before they go into my account I will not do that so I am changing banks
Great bank! All the tellers and customer service reps are extremely helpful and friendly. Getting in and out of the parking area is difficult enough to mention. Otherwise no complaints at all.
15 minutes per transaction at the drive through is unacceptable and ridiculous. I should have gone to my other bank.

This location is the absolute worst. Drive thru prior to pandemic was always 7-9 mins per vehicle now it’s the same or worse. Inside is closed and plan on waiting in drive thru for 45 mins at the least!Awful!!

The worst bank I’ve ever done business with! Not an exaggeration they lied to me and are very difficult to work with and can’t seem to resolve any issue I have. I will be closing my account it will be a huge relief to know I’ll never have to step inside this sorry excuse of a bank! My mattress is a better bank then Delta.
Even though the lines can be long, the staff is always courteous with a ready smile and willing to assist you. I find that refreshing. Plushette

Go bank with someone else. Long lines on drive thru, inside, and you have to wait if you want to actually speak with a representative, and then the representative I got had no idea what he was doing. Never will deal with Delta headache credit union, again.
