Fisher Encapsulation aka Fisher Marx recently encapsulated our crawlspace in Carolina Trace in December and they still havent replace our crawlspace door. Now, we have water in our crawlspace and are overrun with millipedes. We have called, text and emailed repeatedly to no solution. They replaced our windows in April. They were supposed to be low e and are not. The grids on the front windows dont line up. Again, we have called, text, emailed and sent photos. They refused to fix this, too. Beware if you elect to use this company. Get everything they promise you in writing down to the last detail. Their estimator is a very slick salesman. Make sure their installers/subcontractors have valid drivers licenses. If you dont speak Spanish, make sure they have people on site you can communicate with. Dont believe reviews you read on them. They dont correctly describe them, their ethics or their work practices. We had too many problems, complications, and variances to explain here. They are trying to discredit me, by saying they did no work for me. They did the work on a house I own with my mother who mistakenly contracted with this terrible company.

Fisher and Marx did an encapsulation of the crawl space of our house, significantly reducing humidity both in and under the house, and eliminating all mold. They had a knowledgeable and professional crew and kept us up to date on all work. We really appreciated having both owners on site while the work was being completed. They showed how serious they took the job, and took great pride in the work that they, and their crew, did. We highly recommend Fisher and Marx.

We just had our kitchen cabinets sprayed/painted to match the rest of our kitchen along with the toe kicks along with a gap we had to fill which they did tremendous on doing! And what can I say I am in love with the work that’s been done! It came out so good we hired them same day to come back out to do more work. Very professional, done in a timely manner and I’d highly recommend this company for anything you need done with your home!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I contracted these men to do the job. When I did so they told me they were licensed and insured by the state. They came out, and basically covered up the work that was done without actually doing or replacing any of the things that was on the list. We had another contractor come out and say that almost 0 of the work was done and instead most was simply covered up by paint or other things. Come to find out Brian Fisher is not actually licensed and neither is Fisher and Marx. He admitted that he had been using his grandfathers license even when his grandfather was not on the job which is illegal I believe. I have contacted them asking for a refund for the work that was not done and they have refused to reply to me on either their Facebook page and through text messages as well. They also took out some insulation from my house and never put it back so now we are missing insulation too. The replies I did get before accused me of being a liar and a scammer and he called me names multiple times. I do NOT recommend this company to do any work. Edited to add proof in pictures since they are claiming that they weren’t made aware that we had issues when they were made aware through phone call through myself, my realtor, the buyers realtor, and another contractor.

The owners of this company are amazing. They are professional, as is their crew, from start to finish. There are phone calls to update clients on the status of projects. The crew shows up on time and works great. The quality of their work looks great. The owners show up to ensure the work is up to their high standards. I used them on two projects, both look great. I will be using them again on the next project as well. I cannot praise this company enough. Price and quality in a great company.

My husband and I strongly recommend Fisher and Marx. We originally had an insurance claim for a leak in the water line and they were the contractor we chose based on recommendations from other reviews. They did water mitigation and replaced everything. When finished with the work, we hired them for additional painting and they did excellent work in all areas. We also hired them to encapsulate our crawl space. This was the best decision I have made for my home as the humidity is under control finally! They have just completed another job for me for a small roof repair, saving me from filing insurance. These folks are always professional. They are on time. They are respectful. They are neat with every job. Always satisfied, and that is hard to find!

I recently hired Fisher and Marx to put up vinyl siding on one of my houses. The house looks amazing and they did an excellent job. Ive had vinyl siding done on houses before but these guys were did a great job without tearing up my yard and leaving trash and scraps all over the place.On a separate note, we had a bit of miscommunication on the amount of the house to have siding done on. These kinds of things happen but what made this different was how they handled it. They were extremely professional from beginning to end. We identified where the error occurred and then resolved it right away. They even volunteered absorbed a lot of the cost (I didnt expect that). I was truly surprised at how they handled the entire process. I wish more companies were like this.I would definitely recommend them.

Fisher and Marx recently installed my fence and they did a great job. They were the most affordable solution and they were prompt on getting my fence installed.

If I could give zero stars I would . These guys were the absolute worst and VERY unprofessional. I hired them to remodel our bathroom and was given a $3000 contract once old floor was tore out they breeched contract claimed there was extensive work they did not know existed charged a extra $1300 and couldnt even do whole bathroom anymore (minus tub) could only do floor and subfloor now, they didnt do the extensive work they claimed they had to do besides just sliding a joist under tub.. They did a terrible job installing my vinyl planks, i couldve did a better job than what they did . My new subfloor is nowhere near leveled, they tried to pay my plumber that was here to finish the floor because they were tired they did not set my toilet right, they didnt cover my toilet pipe when demoing out old floor which a bunch of debris went into the pipes while installing the subfloor so had to pay a plumber to fix that and to set my toilet correctly.

Fihers Encapsulation is the real deal! I recently had a issue with water coming into my Crawsplace. After wasting money on a smooth talking sales man from SouthEasten Foundation, I had to find someone to do the job again. Fisher Encapsulaation Services came highly recommended. Mr. Fisher came by and spent extensive time going over and explaining a solution to my water problem. He was very knowledgable in many feilds of the Contruction Business. Fisher and Marx are very professional when conducting business. Work always gets done on time and is very thorough.

I had them come out to my house for an estimate, never received a quote, no mention of an engineer for structural oversight to see where my load bearing walls are.

I had them (Fisher Encapsulation) replace the vapor barrier in our crawlspace because the previous vapor barrier was laid poorly. They also laid our vinyl flooring for us. The vapor barrier is laid almost as sloppy as the one they replaced. There are parts of the ground exposed. The floors are cut too short in some spots and in many areas the planks arent even touching. He bundled it all together to include demo of the old flooring, demo of the old insulation, and installation and cost of new insulation. Once they began the job they said it wasnt going to be necessary to demo the old floors so they laid the new planks over the old ones. They also said the old insulation was good and we didnt need to replace it. When I attempted to contact the owner about a refund on the parts and labor I was charged for that didnt end up happening I got no reply. Be careful, this company will not follow through with what they offer, theyre just looking for an easy buck.
