Been coming here for years, finally writing a review. Always satisfied with my haircuts here. Never had a bad cut, they range from satisfactory to (mostly) very good. Look folks, stylists are human beings, not robots. That said everyone who works here is professional but also friendly and fun to talk to. Good selection of hair care products as well. Ill continue to come here to get my hurrcutz.

I had my hair cut here for the first time during a workshop, they did a great job

I got my haircut by the Manger Tara! She was kind and very knowledgeable. I just moved here and it’s was always hard to find a good stylist in a new place! Location was clean and organized. But over all get your hair done by Tara!

They really need to have more than one employee working at a time on the weekends. We waited an hour and a half while the stylist only did 3 haircuts (on guys) and this is the case every time we go. At this point, its worth spending more money to go somewhere that takes appointments and has staff scheduled appropriately.

Came in and Sherri cut my hair. The night before I had my friend cut it for me, I went from waist length hair to above-the-shoulder so I was nervous. Went in to see if she could make my shape look less square and bulky. She was very professional and pleasant to talk to! And she really did an amazing job, made it look very similar like the photo I showed her.

Jolleen was awesome, very friendly and professional. Im very happy with my cut, and Ill definitely go back.

I will not be returning. I dont want to be mean towards the person who did my cut publicly, but the experience and cut were not great to say the least.. If management would like to know my experience, feel free to comment/ reach out. I promise that this stylist will continue to lose you business.

Sherri was absolutely AMAZING. Hadn’t cut my hair in over a year, and she gave me the best haircut I have ever had! Amazing and friendly.

This place is really hit or miss. Sometimes the cuts are good but I went there today and my normal 15 minute haircut turned into a 35 minute haircut. The barber should not be cutting hair. After my cut I got home and realized how blotchy it was and uneven. She knicked a little bald spot in my hair and didn’t blend my hair. So now it looks like I have a bowl cut.

Love my new cut ! Sherri is amazing! Thank you soo very much.8 inches of heavy dead hair gone ! I feel soo much better and can feel the cool air in my hair again. We will be back Thursday for you to do Tays hair. you Rock Sherri !

I visit supercuts every month for my hair spa and it is amazing. Amber is really good at her work and she recommendes really good spas according to the hair type. I really recommend her.

It was a good haircut. She gave me a good side fade. But if you want a badass fade go to 5 star shop. Her fade was still pretty good though. give it a try you wont be disappointed

Worst haircut Ive ever gotten, had to go somewhere else and pay again to get it fixed.

If you are going to get a fade do not get Sherri. It took her an hour and my hair has different levels now.

Overall the haircut doesn’t look terrible, but the hairstylist didn’t pay any attention to detail. She rushed it and had the cut done in under 5 minutes. I know that if I went back again, that a stylist rushing that fast would surely butcher my hair. Plus she didn’t line up my sideburns and she shaved only the back of my neck and left the sides of my neck hairy. Not worth $20 in any conceivable universe.

Mia is the best. She cut my hair perfectly as I told her. It was my first time to have my hair cut in this country. She listened to me and cut better than anyone in my life. She is amazing. I am very happy to visit here.

It was wonderful. Michelle was incredibly helpful, as was her manager. They were very informative and up front about what it would take to get the results I wanted and how much it would cost. The cut and colour are great. I had my first eyebrow wax ever and it came out perfectly.

Fast, quick, and well priced

Kaitlyn (not sure on spelling- sorry!) did a great job on my eyebrows and was very friendly! I will definitely go back.

Really good people and very attentive to minute details, with very good sense of style. I had the best cut here in a while. They also have very reasonable price compared to the 5-star service they offer. 10/10 would recommend this !!

The hair stylist was very nice and worked very fast. She cut my moms hair very quickly and she did a great job. Only down side was it was a little bit dirty inside the salon. The product wall had hair all over it and the product bottles did too. Parking was easy and it is easy to see from the road. Right by planet fitness, Walmart and Dickeys BBQ.

In my opinion, the staff at this Supercuts are much friendlier than the one on Mall Avenue. They also give a consistent, well done haircut.

My thick curly hair is sometimes a challenge for stylists but over the last few months of going here, I dont even try to request a particular stylist because every last one of them has done a great job. They also listen to the customer! Im not always right (there or anywhere else) but I have definitely always gotten what I came in wanting.

I am always terrified of having my hair cut but Maddie did the best job! I will always go to her from now on. How she even had time to do such an amazing job I’ll never know. There was so many people and she handled it like a Wizard as the male stylist handled one guys hair cut the entire time I was there. It was crazy to see her in the hour I was there cut 3 people’s hair plus mine.

Nikki was great and helped me find the right color and style. Supercuts by Old Navy in Fayetteville.

Tried to make an appointment as suggested by their own website. They told me they dont accept appointments, then I was told to wait 20+ minutes, which clearly the minimum time as only one person was working there while several people were waiting. Lost my business permanently.

Dont let Amber wax your eyebrows took four times going back in To get it right Oh she scratched me with her Fingernail too shes a joke

Just let Austin cut my hair, and Ive been sobbing ever since. I didnt even want to ask for a refund because I knew Id burst into tears if I opened my mouth. I regret not asking. $17 for a whole year of growing my hair out ruined in a moment. I cant even fix it without shaving most of it off. It looks absolutely awful, and not even slightly close to the picture or any of the instruction I gave. Im not looking forward to the half a year of being made fun ahead of me.

Went in for a trim for my long curly hair. Ryan is an awesome dude who got me a whole new style. Short and spiked, and even told me the product I would need to keep the curls under control so I could keep spiking. He also showed me another style suggestion before cutting down short which I am highly considering for when I get into a much more serious organization on the college campus.

Maddie is AH-Mazing! She did such a good job with both of my kiddos!

Great place with great people and a killer price. Wont take any offense to any feedback you give and they encourage you to correct them. I had Ryan, and he set me right in no time.

People were great. Sometimes understaffed meaning longer wait. Felt like I got a very average cut for an average price. About $20.Several local barbers you can get cleaned up at for less than that. Not planning to go back anytime soon.

I have afro hair. I wanted a short fade. Maddie did a great job. Of course it wasnt the perfection you get from an afro barbershop, but if you need a quick cut dont hesitate to drop by.

Ryan did a fantastic job giving me exactly the haircut I wanted and telling me how to maintain it.

Laid back, well trained staff.
