Do not use JESSICA!!!I took my two sons here for a cut. Only giving 2 stars because Natalie did great. Jessica on the other hand... she took twice as long and she styled his hair poorly. So with it styled we really couldn’t tell how bad the cut was until we got home. Once we got home he washed his hair and she messed his hair up big time. The front is 2inch longer on one side and the fade is really bad. Do not use JESSICA!!!

I had a good experience here. The staff is friendly and listens to what you want done. The cost of my haircut was discounted from a mail coupon. It would have been worth the full price. I plan on going back for my next haircut.

She was outstanding, she was very friendly, gave me an awesome haircut, and made sure I was completely comfortable the entire time. When I come back, I’ll definitely be requesting for her again. So I use to be a customer of SportClips before the online check-in thing came about. I switched to a mom-and-pop barbershop due to price and distance from my house. My barbershop was undergoing renovations and I had no choice but to use SportClips. I had no knowledge of the Online Check-In and that they were prioritized over walk-ins.I literally sat in the waiting area for an hour and a half if not longer while I was passed over for people who literally checked in on their phones a minute before they walked into the store. Customers should be seen in the order they arrive to the store. Period. Never coming back to another sport clips again.

If I could rate it one half star I would set the appointment up online abd waited 30 minutes while watching other hair dressers walk around the store would not recommend to anyone in the area

If youre looking for a good cut, I highly recommend Natalie. She is legit, respectful and she is good at her job 🤙🏽👍🏽

My husband was telling me about his experience today at sport clips. The service was great and his haircut came out just how he wanted. The only problem was the lack of respect from the stylists with two ponytails. Flirting with a married man and telling him how she’d be available for him is disrespectful to say the least. Flirting and offering yourself to a married man? Purely DISGUSTING

Angela did a great job with my son’s hair cut. We will definitely be going back to sports clips haircuts. The only thing I didn’t like is that people that signed in online are ahead of the ones that signed in the salon. I had to wait about 35.00 minutes. When we arrived after I sign in the machine gave us a 15 minutes wait. But we got push back because of the people that sign in online. You should arrange your salon and online sign in’s better. Overall is a great place for haircuts.

This was the last chance I gave sports clips. About a month ago Nyela gave me a low fade that resulted in short patches all over the side of my head. This visit resulted in the same short patches and a neck line that was cut too far in and crooked. There is no fix to this botched haircut other than to shave my whole head. Never going to this sports clip again

I normally see Angela (Im pretty sure thats her name) and when she does my hair it looks great. I went today and got a hair cut from Ryanne and it did not turn out at all how I wanted. I get a medium fade and this time when I asked for it she cut way to high and left a very uneven line diagonal on my head on one side. Its higher on the back of my head than the sides, making it look even more uneven. There isnt any fixing it with out shaving my whole head.

Service was terrible. Made an online appointment and waited almost 35 minutes after I arrived, and a walk in off the street was taken before me. Im in the high risk group and really dont need to be sitting in a store for extended times. Im Done with Sport Clips. If anyone can recommend a good barber shop let me know.

Ive been getting my haircut at this location for a few years. Employees are always welcoming and always seem to be in a great mood. Although I trust every stylist there, (I watch all the haircuts just in case my stylist leaves 😂) Morgan is my personal choice! Her cuts/fades are always on point. She is always in a great mood and just fun to talk to. I really enjoy the MVP package with the Tea Tree shampoo. Definitely worth the extra few bucks!!

WELL I WAITED FOR OVER 30 MINUTES AND NOTHING. I WALKED UP TO THE DESK AND ASKED WHAT WAS GOING ON AND THE GIRL SAID YOUR NAME POPPED OFF THE BOARD. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AND A WALK IN WAS TAKEN AHEAD OF ME. THE GIRL ASKED ME TO TAKE A SEAT AGAIN IT WILL BE A FEW MINUTES. HELL NO!IM DONE WITH SPORT CLIPS FOR GOOD. SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. I AM IN THE HIGH RISK GROUP AND REALLY DIDNT NEED TO SIT IN A STORE WAITING FOR OVER A HALF HOUR TO BE TOLD TO WAIT SOME MORE.

I cant remember the young lady that cut my hair but she did a great job. The receptionist was kind and very helpful. I had never been to a sports clips before so I got a free hot towel, shampoo, and shoulder massage! It was well worth it and I will definitely be returning for my next cut, and my kids as well! We just moved into the area and it’s hard to find a great stylist especially for little boys. This wasn’t my first choice to go to, but we just said let’s try it and this should have been my first stop. Staff is always so nice and great with kids. Knew exactly what we wanted. My go to is Morgan of course! Everyone is just as great. Thanks again sport clips! So happy we found a place to cut our boys hair.

Went in today for a cut. Mellisa was my stylist. She did a fantastic job. I came in with long hair(Shoulder length) and was looking to chop it down to a nice business length. I showed her a picture of how I wanted it. She really took her time and did it right. I was impressed with the care that she put into making sure that it looked good all the way around. This was during the COVID-19 precautions, so we all were required to have masks on. She even handled that well. Professional and friendly service. Thanks again.

Jess is amazing. Have been getting the GI 123 for the past 6 months since moving to Fayetteville and never even got the same 1. My hair is easy to cut but no one in Fayetteville wants to cut it the way the customer wants. At least not in my experience. I took a chance at sport clips after previously being butchered at one in Georgia and Ill be darned if I didnt find the one. Jess will be getting my business from here on and I fully recommend her. Checked in online at 3:40pm for a 4:40pm appt. At 5pm finally seen and at 5pm still waiting for her to finish the cut.Should have gone to any real barber shop around the post for half the price and only 1/4th of the time.

Typically get Morgan as my stylist and she always delivers fantastic results. This particular visit I got Jessica, she did great and was pleased with the haircut. The wash and scalp massage is the way to go. I could probably sit there for an hour with just that part.

First, time going to a sport clips. Definitely, was nervous if they knew what they were doing but I needed my haircut right then. So I decided to try it out. They were fast, friendly and knew exactly what I needed and it turned out great. The stylist I had was Natalie, I would definitely go back.

Well, first off, this was by far the best haircut experience I have had in a long time. I was taken within five minutes of my arrival, given that I used the app to let them know I was on my way. My barber (barbress... hair cutter...?) was Jessica 2.0, not to be confused with Jessica 1.0. She was very friendly and greatly attributed to the success of my haircut experience. She held good conversation and maintained a positive attitude throughout the duration of my visit. 11/10 would recommend. Definitely will be going here again. Thanks!

Nyela Vaughn is so awesome! Friendly, confident, and did such a wonderful job with my haircut! I will most definitely be going back! If I was her manager she would totally be given a raise, with increased levels of responsibility because this girl was cutting, talking, directing, everything. Honestly hadn’t I known better I might have thought she owned the place.

Angela was great with my 3 year old son. He was comfortable and she did a great job. Past visits have been “fine”, but typically lack interaction and customer service towards my son. Angela took the time to speak with him and value his presence as a customer and not a baby.

Walked in after another barber from fort Bragg messed me up,signed in at the kiosk and was seen in seconds. Ms. Jamie informed me of my hair type and what I can and should not do with my hair. Long story short... You cant fix ugly but this place came pretty damn close. I am thankful for their service.

Hard to rate the whole place when the hair dressers are so drastically different in skill. As a whole, the hiring needs to be more strict because some of the hairdressers are aweful. The three stars this place even gets is because Morgan is good. So ask for Morgan and dont do like I did and try someone new for the sake of time. Wait for Morgan.

I walked in at around 5 pm with 3 boys who needed a cut as well as myself... they sat all 4 of us down and did amazing jobs. Each hairdresser did such a great job (sometimes when i go other places theres only 1 or 2 in there that you can just trust to do their thang on you with little idea of what you want)... but here it seemed every single employee had skill. They were professional and kind with the kids, my stylist gave me tips for my hair and showed me a new condition product I am planning to purchase next check. My 14 yr old son was truly happy and said he never received a head massage and shampoo with a cut. All around was an amazing experience and we will continue to return. Thank you ladies!!!

Fast and super friendly staff. They did an excellent job and made me feel like a regular even though this was my first time there. Fives stars all the way for my stylist, I believe her name is Morgan, she was fantastic. The free candy and popcorn while you wait was also a nice touch. I really like this place for my son because they keep in the system the haircut that he got last time so I dont have to remember anything. However, I dont like that they style my sons hair because the next morning when he is not wearing a bunch of hair gel, his haircut is not as even. My son will not style his hair in the morning. Since then, I have requested that they just cut his hair and do not style it. That way I know what Im getting. You can get in pretty quickly and everyones really Lively. Its a really good place for a guy to get a cut or for a mom to bring her son.

Awesome group of ladies that give a great haircut and probably know more about sports than you. Haircuts are a little expensive but that free neck trim helps keep the haircut looking good for an extra week or two. Been going to Angela for almost a year now and my hair has never looked better, but if Angela’s out I know the other girls can do just as good. All around great place that just extended their ours!

I was waiting for my boyfriend to get a haircut and they asked me to wait outside of the shop while multiple hair dresses just sat in the waiting room. I had a mask on and dont see why I would have to wait outside of the shop. Pretty rude and unprofessional to me. Maybe get more chairs .

I had a great experience. Initially greeted with class and a smile, the service followed. The warm towel and massage chair was not needed, but nice. I would have settled for the clean cut. I stopped into the shop on a road trip. Thats like rolling the dice while blindfolded.Being a Sunday afternoon there were a lot of customers. I ended up waiting quite a bit longer than the text alert set my expectations. After waiting about 45 minutes, I was finally taken care of by Ryanne. She was very attentive and did a nice job with cutting my hair. She is a five star rockstar.I just wish the waiting time was more clearly established as the estimate was initially 25 minutes tops, then at a 10 minute text I still waited 35 more minutes.Overall an acceptable experience.

I got a haircut at the Ramsey Commons location at their closing hours and ended up unsatisfied with the quality. I am in the military so professional appearance is everything. I found myself hiding my hair as much as possible to avoid embarrassment. I knew there wasn’t much that could be done but I took a gamble and visited this location two days later. I was not only blown away by how much better the service and workmanship were, but was also able to have my hair fixed free of charge. I will be a regular here from now on.

I got in fast and got the cut I wanted. I received a free MVP treatment, which was a nice bonus, although the vibrating shampoo chair and handheld neck massager were kind of a lame touch. Will be back for regular trims, but probably won’t spend the extra for MVP.

My 5 year old son and I went in for a haircut and were immediately greeted. I checked in and after a short wait were both taken back and were able to complete out haircuts at the same time. Made for a quick and easy visit. The Sports Clips website made it easy to see what the wait time was going to be, which was accurate.

First time to a Sport Clips. Walked in and waited less than 5 minutes before Allie called me back. She cut my hair quickly and it looks great! Allie and her coworkers were friendly and it was obvious that they enjoy working there. Next time I’m in town I will return!

Great place to go for haircuts, staff is very friendly and professional. And a big plus is being able to make reservations on your phone so once you get there your able to to skip the wait and also pick your stylist ahead of time.

I have had my hair cut at several places throughout Fayetteville and I have to say, this Sport Clips is by far the best. Morgan is incredible. Very friendly, holds good conversation, and can cut a perfect Mohawk. Spot on work! I wont be going anywhere else.

Took my son her yesterday out of the blue. The lady was super nice and sweet with him. He is Autistic and ADHD so he kept jumping out of the chair. She looked nerves at first but got comfortable and did a great job. I know cutting a child hair like his is not easy. She did a great job and would come back again if he ever decides to get his hair cut again.

Service was very good. Beer selection was good. Brisket was meh, and coleslaw was flavorless, but I would recommend the ribs.
