I showed the barber an exact pic on my phone of the cut I wanted and they still cut it way too low...it was a simple trim too and I still came out looking like a different person. This is the last time I am coming here

Heff is by far one of the best barbers in the area, a true style artisan. He is highly skilled, can cut a series of designs, race/gender notwithstanding. He is brilliant with the clippers... I highly recommend him.

It’s 2020 who still give patches to their customers I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! If you’re looking for a good haircut go somewhere else! The environment and staff was cool but the cut was not platinum at all !!! There’s many other barbers in this shop and all of them may not be bad but this one haircut from this one barber ruined it for me! Will not be returning! TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK ⚠️

Poor service, 5 males present and none were willing to take my daughter who needed an edge up. They all looked at each other in disarray but said hello. Another male client came in and was seated before I was. No one was polite, and they looked at one another scrabbling as if they didnt take female clients. I have another child that was coming in tomorrow but no, this is the worse service EVER!!! They dont do well with female clients.

Walked in, no one spoke to me....sat there almost a hour to be ignored...and skipped over like I wasn’t there. If they didn’t want to cut my hair.....They could’ve just said that, instead of wasting my time. I gladly took my $20 somewhere else.

I went in with high expectations. Left feeling so angry. Day was ruined because I didn’t get anything remotely close to what I asked for. I was gonna go to work with one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever received and then just ended up getting all my hair cut off. Still looks terrible. I got cut pretty bad when the barber did my line up on my forehead. Didn’t clean the blood didn’t put alcohol on it. Worse barber shop I’ve ever been to

Best prices and best cuts in town. Manny has been cutting my hair for almost 10 years. I would have a very difficult time finding another barber. I bring my kids to him to cut. They always look forward to it. This is the barber shop to go to. Although Ive been going to Manny, all of the barbers here are great, they do amazing work.

Very friendly customer service. My son and husband have been getting their haircuts here for a while and Im always satisfied with the outcome. As a woman I dont usually like sitting in the barber shop, but I did not feel uncomfortable or unwelcomed. Conversation was kid friendly, and theyre able to cater to all hair types.

I traveled 3.5hrs Just to get my hair cut by a barber I use to take my son to 1yr ago...He tells me I have 2 people ahead of you.. So I patiently wait and allow another Barber cut my Spouse and Sons hair.. The barber I was waiting on then takes another guy before me...Like that was so wrong beyond measure...He didnt even tell me Maam he had someone else But no that didnt happened...I guess being a woman and going into This Barbershop you dont get treated the same...And I wont put the Barbers name out there because his work is great thats why I drove from a different state...Being treated this way is a terrible feeling

I took my son who is 4 to get a haircut by the guy with the window chair...UNPROFESSIONAL my son asked him when he was finished he told him you know Im finished when Im done then my son said Im itching he says its hair youre gonna itch he is 4 so he wasnt still he says bruh, u gotta sit back bruh? Really? Then he looks at me and says lil mama u gonna tell him to sit back or something the cut was uneven because he was aggravated with my 4 year old the cut was 10.00 I paid him 20 that was the VERY last time he cuts my sons hair he talked about my son while he was sitting there to 1 of his buddies playing chess NEVER AGAIN!

Cut was ok but cut too low

Wasnt happy with my cut. Wasnt happy with the boss yelling at people in the parking lot for parking near the store... Yeah, make sense of that because I couldnt...Might want to change the name to Platinum Kuntz...

It took forever for my brother was able to get an edge up, we were in there for 3 hours it was already closing, my brother left with cuts on his head
