I followed Pacman from another shop. Dude does great haircuts and has a great memory if you come more than once. Affordable. Very solid with health and safety regulations.

I took my 8-year-old son there for his first real haircut and Pac Man was AMAZING! He eased all my sons fears and worked well with him. We will be returning for sure!
