Great service Jovani best barber NOCAP

There is a larger older barber near the front of the store. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR OR BEARD CUT BY HIM. He is either using damaged clippers or does not clean then properly. Got my beard trimmed and shaped up by him and ended up getting the worst razor bumps of my life. I always take the precautions to prevent them, but he is the only barber in years that have got severe bumps after going too.

It has a very nice atmosphere that’s family friendly!! It also has outstanding barbers with Abram being one of the BEST with top customer service skills!! Abram always cuts perfectly; his work ethic definitely contributes to the talent of the atmosphere within the shop.

Came through and got a fade by Vonyae. The barber is cold with the clippers man!! The shop itself is a dope vibe good music, good people. Definitely 5 star barbershop that I’d recommend.

Took my dad here to get his hair cut and the shop itself had a very good vibe and it was very clean but we were VERY impressed with Vonyae. He did an amazing job with my dads hair and he said this is BY FAR one of the best cuts he has ever had. We live in Birmingham, AL and my dad said it is worth the 2 hr drive to get another one. I would highly recommend Vonyae to anybody looking for a good barber! My dad said he will definitely be back!

If I could give him more stars I definitely would!! My little brother had a school dance and his barber cancelled on us at the last minute (and when I say last minute I mean 2 hours before the dance!!). I went to Custom Cuts because we were in the area, and met a barber named Vonyae. He immediately approached us and greeted us. He had a great attitude and was very professional! I told him about our dilemma and he hopped right on it. At this point, my only concern was timing because we still had more preparation to do, but Vonyae told me he would work quick and efficient and that’s exactly what he did. My brother loved with his cut, and Vonyae. Vonyae made our experience amazing and the timing couldn’t have been more perfect! My little brother is still begging to go back. Thanks Vonyae, you’re an awesome barber. Keep up the good work!

I came here to get my son’s haircut and mine as well (a small undercut). It’s already difficult as a single mother of two to get out and wait with a 2yr old to get a haircut. We were never greeted or asked if “we were waiting on a barber”. We sat for an hour and barbers finished and just sat and talked with one another and STILL no one asked if I needed help. I left after I watched a guy come AFTER me if he was waiting on a barber and then proceeded to be serviced. I just needed a cut, I was so disappointed.
