Stood out side the barber shop like there sign said to help keep a covid free environment, but no body came to welcome me or said anything. While other people just walked right in and took a seat in side.

The owner and his staff are patient when cutting children’s hair all while delivering a precision cut. I am happy to say I have been bringing my son to get his haircut there for many years. I learned this morning that my usual barber had been unceremoniously removed from the shop on Thursday. She gave the best cuts and shaves in town. Always friendly, professional, and most of all, timely; contrasting the male barbers who hardly spoke when you walked in and talked on the phone a lot while giving cuts. What was the cause for removal? With a steady flow of customers, she obviously had a good rep with her customers and their friends.

Update: Just found out from a friend that my favorite barber was unprofessionally “removed” from the shop. I’ve never had an issue with her, great customer service, and great cuts.Don’t be fooled by the reviews. None of the people they are talking about are in there anymore.

My father and brother have been getting cuts from B for over 10 years (5 years when he lived in New York, and then on visits when we came to Fayetteville). Now that we live in Georgia they frequent his barbershop. My dad has visited some of the best barbershops on the East Coast and he considers B one of the top five barbers he has visited in his lifetime. This shop was a good shop to go toWhen they had good barbers available, my friendly female barber was let go out of shear jealousy in the form of implicit bias. Bad for business now we have to find another shop, the males wasnt all that friendly or welcoming. Try at your own risk.. I have been too many barbershops all across the world and this is by far not just one that always has talented barbers but is the most family oriented and professional I have ever found . I drive a hour and half for the head barber and I haven’t ever had a issue with me or my two year olds haircut . Not too many barbers can keep a two year old calm and halftime has been able to since my sons first haircut .

I love this barber shop. Very clean and very professional. With three boys, getting haircut can be kind of hectic. At times having all 3 of my boys in a chair. (Rich, Ant and Bernard) All did a great job with my boys and their haircuts. Even my 2 year old. I would recommend Halftime.

This is the second or third time I have taken my son for a haircut and had a negative experience. There is something about watching 4 barbers all find reasons to slow down, or leave, or go get food, or take the mama that brought 3 kids but came after you, ahead of you. And when you get up to leave no one attempts to stop you, apologize, or demonstrate any customer service. As such, I will not go there again or recommend their shop to anyone.

I went to Halftime Barbershop with my son yesterday and arrived around 7:20 pm . There were 2 barbers cutting hair who greeted us. The open sign was lit up there was a sign that said walk ins and appointments welcomed and the door was opened . We sat there to wait for the next available barber. When the next available barber finished cutting his customers hair 15 minutes after Ive been waiting he asked me who I was waiting for. I said the next available barber. He asked the other barber if he was going to cut our hairs. The other barber said no he had to leave. So they turned to me and said we close at 7 p.m. were closed we cant cut your hair. That was very unprofessional, they couldve said something to me when I first walked in and as a paying customer who couldve been a regular thats not how you do business. Neither of them apologized, they just dismissed me. Safe to say they wont be returning to that shop again.

After losing my barber who was so AWESOME and POLITE not to mention his CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS was on point, but hes gone on to better endeavors he DESERVES it, they probably ran him off I cant blame him. My favourite barber left! Too much turnover. Decided to find another shop.

Ive been bringing my two boys to this barber shop for a while now. Ive never had a bad experience until the day before Thanksgiving. The barber that usually cuts my boys hair was not in that day so I agreed to give someone else a try, Justin. I had a 3:30pm appointment with him that was scheduled early that morning. We had a lot going on that day so I wanted to come in and get out. Justin was not there for our appointment. I waited there 30 mins before someone asked if I had an appointment and still no one knew of his whereabouts. No one wanted to take my two sons due to them having appointments of there own (understandable). One of the barbers finally said he would take my children at 5:30 if our barber still hadnt arrived. Im frustrated and so are my two young boys at this point. Weve had a very long day, neither one had eaten dinner or taken a nap. 5:30 finally comes and Justin finally walks through the door with an attitude and doesnt even know who to take first. It took another barber to tell him no you need to take your 3:30 appointment shes been here all day! So my son finally gets in his chair and like I said hes a hungry, frustrated, and tired 3 year old! Hes not very happy about having to wait two hours for a haircut! Hes moving and putting his hand in the way but instead of trying to help calm him down hes holding his head so tight that its hurting him and then proceeded to tell me that he needs to get out of his chair and wait for another customer to get finished! Someone that was getting their dreads cut off and came after us. I was livid so I walked out with my son having a half cut head and no one stopped us to apologize. I had to find another shop to finish the job. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning or suggesting anyone to come here.

I went into Halftime today, and there were 2 barbers in. Each had a customer and there was one person ahead of me. I ended up waiting more than hour to be asked if I was waiting on anyone and one of the barbers would repeatedly leave the shop. Also, I am not against talking to customers however it does become an issue when the barbers stop what they are doing to talk to each other. Also, I feel it is the duty of the owner to keep the prices of the cuts updated and fair. The sign says a Line-Up is $7.00. However when you go to pay it will cost you $13.00, this is just purely unprofessional especially since when paying by card you dont learn how much it cost until after your card has been swiped. Sadly to say I will not be returning to this shop anymore.
