If like lazy people who take their sweet time and can never be on time, then youll love this place.

Too few barbers to be worthwhile.

I sat there 10 min waiting on the barbers to stop playing their video game before I left.Sane thing happened on my previous visit.The visit before that I was turned away from the empty barber shop because the barber said he had an appointment.My first visit was great. Great haircut, I left a $40 cash tip and got the barbers card. What happened???

I called yesterday 6/8/2020 around 11:30 am asking if I could make an appointment for either that day or the next for my 8 year old. The guy that answered the phone told me that I should come in around 4-4:30 because their would be more barbers in around that time and someone would be able to take me. I showed up at 4 pm the shop was CLOSED. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called the next morning 6/9/2020 to make an appointment for the same day, no preference on the barber. A guy answered and told me I should come around 1-1:30 and they would be able to take care of him. We get there at 1 and the other barbers don’t know who answered the phone and are oblivious as to who the appointment would be with. Two days in a row I wasted my time calling and going here and my son still doesn’t have a haircut. We definitely WILL NOT be back.

Tim the Barber is never on time even when you have a appointment. I see being late sometimes, but everytime? Thats not professional at all. Dont get me wrong he cuts hair really good but just not punctual.

Everyone should have gone to that place. They are really good with haircut beard/mustache goatee trimmed even eyebrows have professional design on hairs. I love my barber/beautician Summertime so much I always ask for her when I come to that place.

It was hard for me to find a good Barber until I was recommended to this Barber shop. From the first time I went I have never gone to another barbershop. Tim is a great Barber, Sky as well the staff there is very courteous 👍

The reason is why I go to Barber Xpress because of Summer who always do my hair. She is the best

I booked an appointment 12/20/2019 with Dyce at 4:30pm-5:00pm. I showed up and there was a gentleman ahead of me. The barber told me I was next I went and sat down. Another customer walks in Dyce calls me up to get in the chair, as I get up to walk towards him. He says can I get you next. Mind you he told me I was next. He took the customer who came in after me. Worst customer service ever.

Walked in to get my white son (important in a second) a haircut and one barber was busy, no big deal as there was another barber just cleaning up. So we sat and waited. Ole boy that was cleaning up looked at my son tried saying in an under tone to the other barber that he won’t cut a white boys hair and said “see ya later.” This is the third time this has happened in as many barber shops since I moved back to Fayetteville last August. S**** ridiculous.

My sons first visit there, all the barbers were very friendly as well as professional.We will definitely be going back. Thanks to his new barber Marcus.

I requested an appointment with the barber named Tim on the app booksy. He confirmed the appointments and did not show up at all. Very unprofessional. If you cant make it to early appointments why even make them available to potential customers. No wonder this shop has 3 stars.

So I came for 9:20am, they supposedly open for 9:00am, I literally came back and left and they were still not opened yet! 🤦🏽‍♀️ I feel as if that is unprofessional but that’s ok, I took my money elsewhere!

Go to junior he is the best there!

WHATEVER YOU DO, do not go to Dyce!
