Absolutely terrible follow through. I cant believe how little they did for me after being hit by an 18 wheeler. I called them from my ER bed to get things rolling asap. Unfortunately, I had to constantly call in to get them to do anything and consistently was put on hold by their call center instead of having my local agent do anything for me. It took months to get things started. Then they continued to send me bills after my car was totalled by them.

I honestly wish I could give this agency and State Farm 0 stars but it wont let me... This has been the worst insurance experience of my life. This office never answers the phone, and when they do, the person I need is always busy. When I had to make a claim for an accident that was deemed No Fault on my part, They practically did nothing to help. I had to collect the police report myself because they told me it could take 6 weeks. I literally went and picked it up 3 days later... Sent me to a body shop but never notified the body shop that my car was coming. (The body shop Country Club Auto Body was wonderful and helped more than State Farm did). I had to beg for a rental car. Then they reported my accident as At Fault and dropped my insurance during renewal. I would like to thank the local Geico office for helping me and clearing my name. I also got a cheaper rate and better service through them anyway. Avoid State Farm at all cost. Like a good neighbor.. Yeah right....

The other poor reviews about this branch are your most trustworthy to look at. Having state farm as my insurance has been the worst. Every time Ive tried to get in touch with Larry Bittle, Ive been unsuccessful. They close their offices for nonsense holidays.State farm also towed my car to the incorrect location, clear across town, to an address that did not match In the slightest to what I gave in the towing report. When trying to get a second tow, I have now literally waited a full day, and still have not received the towing service, the the customer services Reps just play a game of hot potato. Find a different insurance agency than this. I know Im about to.

Haley was excellent to work with with the auto policies and homeowners. She had several suggestions that saved us time and money converting the polices to AR.

They raised our rates saying they gave us a COVID discount. How can it be a discount if you take it back. 40 years we have been with them. Poor loyalty reward.

Had this company for 35 yrs had a wheel fall off and did what I was supposed to called them the first guy said 30 minutes for a tow 30 minutes later still waiting called again all lines were busy for 10 minutes called again and again finally another person who said she saw where I had called before she to said shed send a wrecker another 30 minutes called again this time the computer said my account had been put on hold tried another 2 or 3 times to get someone by then we had been stranded 2 hrs a highway patrol man said they had a list of wreckers I said send them it took 200$ cash luckily I had that or Id still be there state farm towing phones are completely worthless Update :Stare Farm called about my post said it looked like I didnt get paid back YES they paid me back but I also asked if anything had changed in there towing phone service NOPE

This agency is great! Franchelle has been my agent for many years now and if there is ever a question or something I need help with, I can make a quick phone call to her and she has it handled right away! I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat! She’s the best!

I have been apart of the State Farm family since i was in High School. Now married with my own family, we are glad to have Larry Bittle State Farm covering our life. Our State Farm agent, Franchelle Youngers, has helped us with car, home and life insurance for years now. She is always professional and personal. Franchelle is always helpful and quick in her assistance; whether it is an emergency or just everyday Costumer Service. So glad we have her in our corner.

Larry Bittle has been my Insurance provider as long as I have been driving. My Mother has always used them and so when I started driving, she set me up with them as well. But it has been Franchelle that has made me want to stay with Larry Bittle. It has been amazing to basically grown up with Franchelle as my Agent. When I was a new driver, she took in my report cards to give me the good student discounts and when I got married, she congratulated me and helped me get my new policy set up with my husband. My husband was so pleased with her service and friendliness, he told his parents and they switched their polices to Franchelle as well. I have already decided she will be my agent for as long as she is with State Farm. She has always gone the extra mile to help me and my family. Even if she doesnt have the answer right away, she always calls me back asap with an answer. I feel comfortable calling her and asking any question. She has been my agent through my hard years and my amazing years. Like a good neighbor to the core.

After I found better pricing, I sent a cancellation of Home policy - this office staff instead cancelled *ALL* my policies. Whats worse, is that they didnt even tell me they had cancelled my auto policy - I was driving around without Auto insurance for almost a month! Once I discovered it (by getting a refund in the mail) they agreed to reinstate it - but nothing happened for four days. I found this staff to be vindictive and unhelpful. Thank goodness I havent had to deal with a claim with them. Ive since changed companies altogether.

Great coverage friendly office staff

I have been with Larry and State Farm for over 20 years, through multiple vehicles, houses, accidents and storm damage. Larrys team is always very responsive and they have never failed to deliver unbeatable service.

This office claims to know what theyre talking about but they have no idea. Franchelle Youngers said one thing and was totally wrong and basically lied. Then she had Larry cover up for her because hes probably afraid of a lawsuit. Which he should be. Their mistake is costing me $$$. Thanks again: ) I will keep spreading the truth about your lack of professionalism.

Very disappointed with this SF office. They made a huge mistake and wont own up to it and act like its our fault. Now its costing me thousands. Tempted to file an E&O claim.
