RUN! They charge an arm and a leg for coverage but dont cover anything. We have full coverage on all of our cars. Yet, when we needed a tow we got nothing. We needed a tire and we couldnt get a change. We got into a accident they didnt cover it...... nope take your money and run.

Supposedly did an investigation on my driving without talking to me at all. Been with them over 20 years yet had no conversation at all prior to making a decision about my coverage and driving. This month I forgot to call and get my auto pay started and went back to the office today. Not only did she post my payment but she ensured I was back on auto pay before I left the office.
