Let me just say that I NEVER had issue until now. I was with them for a while. OKAY so an underwrite notice was sent to place I lease my car from. Which in turn cause them to time out my car because the insurance was no longer what they required. I spoke to someone LAST monday, she DID NOT TELL ME IT WAS A TIME SENSITVE ISSUE, she just needed my spouses updated license. she was worried about telling me thank you for calling me back i can never get people to call back, we joked and laughed. I did tell her I would email it do her just never told her WHEN. When my car company notified me of the change i called the office and they were closed & state farm customer care even called the office and was able to get a hold of MR BILLY KING and he told them he just stepped into the office for a moment but for me to call back on monday. HE FAILED TO EVEN THINK MAYBE THIS IS SOMETHING WORTH LOOKING INTO. TODAY3/8/21 she says to me that she ASSUMED it would be same day & apologized, which okay now we understand where the miscommunication occurred. Before speaking to the original person about issue Mary was the one to answer the phone & she was so rude. She persisted to cut me off & tell me that I was not going to talk to her any kind of way when she was trying to help me. issue was that she in fact DID NOT understand the issue because she wasnt letting me speak for her to understand the issue. She told me that she was not going to let me keep fussing at her when she has other people to help, mean while i was fussing for her to just let finish my sentences so we can figure this out. she then placed me on hold, and when i asked to speak to Billy King she was yelling while on the phone IS MR KING IN THERE?! he isnt even here so you can call back or ill tell him to call you back. & she hung up on me ! RUDE ! I recommend state farm BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENT. IF YOU GET THEM PLEASE CHANGE TOU AGENT & SPARE YOURSELF
