I don’t write reviews but I will make this one exception: Alex Baldwin and all of his agents and customer care interns are the best in in town. I highly recommend you call them for insurance and financial planning. The ladies were very sweet and treated me like family. They are also very knowledgeable and took the time to explain coverage – Clearly, they care about what they do and for whom they do it.

Great place to get all your insurance needs

Alex and his team have been my auto and home insurance agents for several years. We bought a new home in March and quickly had a tree down on the house after a big storm. Alex bent over backwards to make sure it was taken care of and repaired ASAP with great recommendations of local vendors. They are also always fast to respond with any issue. I highly recommend Alex and his team.

We had wind and hail damage on our roof. Alexs staff were great about getting an appraiser out quickly and determining the roof needed to be replaced. There was no attempt to cut corners. The claim was paid quickly to cover the costs of the roofing company we chose. We thought this was going to be a nightmare. The Baldwin and State Farm team made it very easy. We are moving but will stay with State Farm and will recommend Alexs office.

Despite that, they havent really bothered me about payments and have been pretty understanding. Finally Alex helped me take care of approving me to move my car loan into my name, and being approved for a Student Visa via State Farm Bank to help me build my credit score. They are amazing men and are a fantastic choice for anyone who needs insurance for any reason.
