There are other agents and you should go to them. I ended up having to request documents or updates to my policy multiple times. When adding a car, they were so unresponsive(7 days later, they sent me a follow up, WELL after I had gotten everything done) that I had to call in through the automated system and get someone else to do their job for them. I had to ask the same person 3 times to send an updated binder out to my apartment. They don’t seem to care about their clients or the clients business, so I filed a complaint and have requested that my account be transferred to a new agent. As I said at the beginning, State Farm has been fantastic so far, but in no way whatsoever can that be attributed to this agency. There are other agents, go to them so you can get what you pay for. The majority of their reviews are fake, you can even see the first one was done by the agent himself and the next CLEARLY by a family member. He had one of his employees parent leave one. Never trust a place who pads their stats.

Tim and his staff as super friendly. They assist when you are having financial issues and need a little time. They dont hound you and make the experience horrible. Quite the contrary they dont mind answering all your questions and they make the experience pleasant. I am glad I do business with them.
