Weve been with Nationwide for a very long time and when we moved from Texas to NWA 19 years ago(2001) we were reassigned to the Adams Agency. We live and built a home in another city and the Adams Agency is some distance from us. I had planned on eventually switching our home and auto insurance to another company closer-by but the initial transition went so smooth and they have been so helpful and easy to work with that we have never left. I’ve never been to their office and only interact with the Agency over the phone, email, or via mail. Over the years we’ve made policy coverage changes and had coverage reviews and have worked with several agency employees and they have all been very helpful and easy to interact with. Recently we made some changes that inadvertently caused a coverage and billing issue and with the help of Karen Lloyd it was straightened out. She spent a few days researching the issue and figuring out what had happened. When she called me back she had all the answers and helped me make a decision to resolve the problem. Thank you Karen! So if youre looking for insurance I highly recommend you should consider their agency.

I have been with this agency for 25+ years and have always been extremely happy with their service. They are super responsive and always helpful with anything I ever need. I dont even bother to shop around for other insurance because saving a little money isnt worth what I might lose in customer service here.
