DO NOT see Linda for color, she gets tint all over your eye brows, forehead, and ears. I never had any problems with any other personnel, I was a faithful customer until today! One personnel should not ruin customer service and experience. I attempted to return and have black tint removed, Linda said there was nothing perhaps get glasses and improve your service. Denise (manager) I will change score if you decide to rectify my experience, I left my name and number.

I went in to get a long overdue haircut. Which I received from Alicia... While she was not rude, she wasnt friendly either. She made no attempt at conversation but frankly, all of that is fine with me. However, my complaint comes from that I paid $32 + tax for services and received nothing close to what I had asked for... I have extremely curly hair and ask simply, for long layers. Even showing her a photo... Of course she would have known this if she had took the time to listen to me...her customer and hadnt cut me off from what I was telling her to chime in and assume she already knew exactly what I wanted. As I said, I have really curly hair, so it wasnt until I got home and to straighten it..only to find not a single layer. Not a smidgen of what I asked (and paid) for... So, on top of the $5 tip I gave her, I now get to pay, AGAIN, for another haircut.

Went in earlier before I got my cut. ASKED If the price includes a shampoo and conditioner. ? Was told yes on the shampoo but conditioner would be a bit extra even with a regular conditioner. The lady who gave me my cut didnt even shampoo or ask if I would want the shampoo and conditioner. Just wet my hair with a spray bottle and cut. Paid $17.76 for a plain cut, no layers or nothing. Just a quick cut and let go.

I came in and was asked if I wanted my hair conditioned for $5 more. I told the stylist no thanks, and she tells me she is washing my hair again and conditioned my hair after I told her no. She tried to charge me for a service I didnt want, I can buy a bottle of conditioner for $5... and when I asked why I was being charged extra for something I didnt want, she blamed it on my hair being damaged and told me rudely that maybe I should speak up. She was very rude, and seemed like she could care less about her clients.

The ladies told me it would be an hour wait, it ended being an 1 hr and 45 min wait. When the stylist called my name, another stylist said I had to wait because there was a young boy who was before me. Even though the stylist who called me didnt call his name. And if u want to be seen right away you better know one of the stylists or else youre going to wait.

I was surprised by this place. It is actually very good and awesome staff. Would recommend

This place gave me and my siblings excellent hair cuts and the hair stylist were very polite and precise with our hair styles.

How is this place still open with their horrible service and rude employees. If your in the mall for a haircut go to Jcpenney... their A LOT nicer and do a better job.To the lazy stylist who didnt want to cut my nephews hair. .you just missed out on a $30tip.I would give this place zero stars if I could.

Im sorry but I would not have even a star but so I went n wanted all over highlight but idk what I got my hair was the same color like I didnt get Ney highlites n I paid 159.00 agh all the styles said was was it a couple of times n u well see. Ur see highlight.. so Im not a mean person so went home n everyone was saying thought u were getting highlight I said I did but they told Id should go BK n get my money or have the fix itso I come BK Denise Ishe says Im only gonna put 7. N n thats it .I said well I paid for all over not 7 foils she. Says she can do 14 thats it.. Im so upset told her Ill jis get my money back n get it done somewhere else I swear never did this happen to me I need the coorpate # help

Denise is my stylist. She is great and supersweet. If ur unsure about which stylist to choose....ask for Denise first. Shes the only one there that touches my hair. She does a great job and she has been there for well over 10 years. Much love Denise!

The gal cutting my hair was not sure how to layer my hair so another coworker had to help her on how to do it. Was scary if my hair was gonna be shopped the way I did not intend it to have it. Whew!!! Came out alright. Next time I want someone that knows what theyre doing to do my hair. 💇
