Dr Goodman is hands down the BEST dentist in Farmington Hills, understands all your concerns and will address each one! Her expertise, knowledge, and skill is exceptional. Shauna, Jane, and Irene are all very gentle and caring Hygienists! The entire staff is professional, courteous, and always so welcoming. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Clean, quiet, relaxing atmosphere. I had a gentle, thorough cleaning by Irene who did a beautiful job and Dr. Goodman was lovely. The front desk staff was attentive and when I had a question they didnt know the answer to they found someone who did immediately. Great all around.

As a dentally challenged patient, Ive had a lot of experience with dental care. MayFair Dental Associates gives incredible care. The hygienists are highly skilled, great instructors on self-care, and personable. And Dr. Linda Goodman is amazing providing pain-free care, pride in her dental work, and a relaxed setting. Its almost fun to go to the dentist!

I love them forever and a day they make my children feel absolutely comfortable and I am forever grateful for that because my son was very Leary about the dentist office but now he loves going get his teethe cleaned etc.

Dr. Isler was very professional, encouraging and described in detail what was involved in the procedure every step of the way. The experience and after care as well as the 2 week post-op following were far more manageable than expected. I am grateful for Dr Goodman who has been monitoring my challenges for many years and providing excellent care. The staff has been wonderful as well and very caring during all procedures.

I made an appointment to have a crown recemented, Before any work was done, all of my teeth were x-rayed, including a full mouth panoramic x-ray. After my crown was cemented, I inquired about having 4 bottom teeth capped that were chipped. I was given a quote and an estimate of my co-pay under my Blue Cross dental plan. I was also told that the matter was going to be submitted to Blue Cross for approval. I then paid my estimated co-pay for the visit.A few days later I received a notice from Blue Cross that the request was approved. I then called the office for an appointment and was told by the girl I spoke with (whose name I am not mentioning) that she would have to call me back. I gave her my home and cell phone numbers. After waiting 21/2 weeks I called the same girl back on a Saturday, who told me she would call me back, for sure, on Monday. It has now been another month and I have never heard from her. I did however, receive a bill stating Balance Due $154.75 with no other explanation. I then sent a short letter to Dr. Goodman requesting what the bill was for.A few days later, I received my Blue Cross monthly statement that showed that some of the items billed were denied and what my co-pay costs should be under the Plan. It showed that my co-pay costs were less than what was billed. A call to Blue Cross confirmed that I was over billed. I am planning to pay the full amount billed.For health reasons, I am upset that I received x-rays I did not need; never received any promised return calls; did not receive a requested explanation of my bill; and was billed more then the amount shown as my responsibility under my Blue Cross Plan.

Great dental experience, pointed out my deficiencies, took usual X-rays, but also used a machine to expose initial stages of periodontal issues that I can correct with flossing and changing my toothbrush on a more frequent basis. Loved the professionalism and office decorum and felt at ease.

I moved so so so many times and it made it difficult to have an established regular routine with my dentist. It’s honestly kind of embarrassing and I have had many not so kind dentist experiences. I need a lot of work done, but this office is BEYOND kind. They are so accommodating of my schedule and are so positive about how to move on from here. I cannot recommend this place enough. Everyone is so nice. They let me do things on my time table and what I can afford financially. So glad I stumbled upon this office. If you have anxiety about dentists, please check this office out. You will not regret it.

Very nice place to get your needed dental work done in a refreshingly calm environment with a staff of friendly folks. And the complimentary coffee & hot chocolate was not bad either. Keep up the great work. These visits in June were just as nice with the friendly staff as the prior ones and I cant wait for the return of the complimentary customer beverages in the waiting area.

Never EVER going back to these people again. I had an infection in my jaw due to an abscessed root. I was denied, I repeat DENIED, a prescription for antibiotics. I was not going to get an antibiotic prescription until I had actually signed up with an appointment with their traveling oral surgeon which required a multi hundreds of dollars deposit. I went within a couple days later to another dentist who was recommended and was given immediate service and was informed it would be unethical for me to walk out of their office without a script for antibiotics, which they suggested I fill immediately. I dwelled upon filing a MI LARA complaint against Mayfair, I really did. The research I did showed it to be a long and drawn out process so I declined. I can post a review and tell any and all, stay the hell away from these people. They overcharge, make you pay immediately, when insurance charges less than they billed you, they keep the surplus in an account under your name but will not tell you its there (3 years in that account, its considered abandoned property and they will take it!) They only recommend the most expensive and most invasive procedures. They charge extra for routine procedures my new dentist offers simply as an optional procedure, no extra charge. Stay away from Mayfair, stay far away. There are plenty of really good dentists out there and these people are not them.

Something has changed as far as scheduling appointments with your office. I had scheduled an appointment for August 22nd and cancelled my husbands appointment and they still had my husbands appointment on the books but didnt have my scheduled appointment on the books. Then I got a text message telling me I had a reminder for my appointment on August 22nd, I spoke with Mitzi and she said I wasnt scheduled so I said to make sure it was canceled and that there was something wrong with their scheduling procedures at this point in time. Ive been seeing dr. Linda Goodman for quite some time and shes a great dentist but the front desk staff for scheduling and rescheduling has changed to the point that we have decided we may not return due to incompetent scheduling.

Dr. Goodman is awesome and their hygienists and dental assistants are fantastic. I was a patient of Dr. Dorfmans for over 25 years, so I was nervous about switching to this new business, but I have been pleased with the service they have provided. Shauna (Shawna) is definitely one of the best hygienists I have ever worked with. She is efficient, friendly and she explains everything that she is going to do before she does it, which puts my mind at ease.One of the things that they have done to set themselves apart from other dentist offices is they utilize technology. I receive text messages and emails to remind of my appointment and the text messages give me the opportunity to reply with a confirmation.

Dr. Meadows is the best and Irene cleans teeth like nobodys business! Ann can work wonders with the schedule...My entire family goes to these wonderful women and we are happy at every visit. My 3 year old son loves going in because they make it comfortable and fun for him (including a treasure chest at the end!). Dr Meadows has been my dentist for 15 years and will be for life.

I can truthfully report having my teeth cleaned for over 60 years. During that time, I have never experienced as thorough a cleaning as was performed yesterday by a Mayfair Registered Dental Hygienist, Shauna. After 30 minutes of having my teeth scraped and my gums renewed, I asked her what was going on and she reminded me I hadnt had a cleaning for 6 months due to a neck injury that prevented a visit. She impressed me with her knowledge as she told me about working to remove not only plaque, but also bacteria and infection in the gum line. I made a joke out of it when I said, Shaauna takes no prisoners when it comes to bacteria and plaque. She did a superb job. In the future, I only want Shauna as my hygienist.

Office looked nice but dr was rude and insistent not honoring my wishes of not poking my other teeth also kept referring to everything she was doing was to keep her license in tact but I have been to other dentist that didnt force me on taking 30 xrays of my mouth when they knew I wasnt coming back wont go back again!!
