4 stars for scraping teeth, -4 stars for compassionWent to Laurich for several years, for routine work. Not an issue. Today, after having a confirmed non-covid cold for a week or so, I find I have a lot of swelling and pain in my gums. Might be a related infection, so I call them up, tell them my issue, and make an appointment. On my way I answer their COVID questionnaire honestly. Big mistake. I arrive at the office and get a call telling me to pound sand. This medical professionals office does not see sick patients. I explained that I had just had a negative COVID test, that I had proof, that I had been fully vaccinated, and that the issue was painful and might be related to the problems. Nope, leave immediately, take Tylenol until you arent sick anymore. Office policy. Cant even talk to the doctor, just get out.They shattered the trust I had in them, that they would turn away a long time patient in need for the fear of catching the sniffles. I hadnt even considered the possibility that they would turn me away, since that would be such a grossly unprofessional thing to do. But here we are.

I have recommended Laurich Dentistry to perfect strangers on your Neighborhood! Only because I am totally happy with the level of service, and the total commitment they all show to the oral and general health of their patients!!

Dr. Matt and his staff were awesome. It feels like family when you are there. I would rate 10 stars if I could. Everyone was so friendly and you felt that from the moment you walked in to their office. Not only that, but he really knows his stuff! Ive had some sensitivity in my mouth from receding gums for as long as I can remember and dentists have always told me that it has to do with brushing too hard (but its definitely not cause Im a nerd who has one of those brushes that tells you when you do brush too hard). Dr. Matt immediately looked at my bite and said thats probably why because my teeth put pressure on in different ways. I know thats a weird and personal example, but all that to say - he knows his stuff. He takes the time to ask questions and understand everything going on in a very non judgmental way (look, none of us floss). By far the best dentist and team out there!!!

Dr. Mark is a very excellent dentist. His chair side Manor is excellent and his skills are excellent also. He always makes me feel very comfortable and assured of his capabilities. I never have any pain or discomfort while getting any type of procedure done with him. Make sure you do something

Weve been going to Laurich Dentistry for about 4 years now. The staff is super friendly and the office is very clean. My son has had baby and adult teeth removed here, and he has great experiences on every occasion.

I like the way they communicate with me via text messages to remind me of my upcoming appointment. Check in at the appointment is electronic and smooth. I only had to wait a couple of minutes. I was at the Farmington Hills office and it was nicely laid out. The hygienist and dentist were friendly and professional. They answered all my questions. They seem to have the latest technology for dental equipment.

Laurich have dentistry has been good since we switched about five years ago. I am satisfied with them.

Everyone there is such a delight. Never a bad experience, I appreciate Tara and Dr Molly for being no sweet and kind to me, making sure every step of the way I knew what they were doing and what I needed to do to keep my beautiful smile. The receptionist at check out is also a delight to speak with as well. Overall great dental office atmosphere.

Based on the reviews I visited the office for my bridge treatment. Most of the reviews here are regarding logistics how they are facilitating you and give you warm welcome which is not a big deal. Well I think the big plus must be the the treatment that they provide. Issue diagnostics and resolution is the key here. I think thats what matter the most, not how they welcome you and offer you a chair to set. I personally had not a good experience for my treatment the problem still exist the same but I have received the bill for the un-resolved issue promptly after my visit. If thats what Laurich rated 5 star that is unfair. I will give them 1 star.

I absolutely love this place! EVERYONE is so kind, considerate, and so sweet. That goes for the doctors and all the staff. It is always so clean and welcoming. They take extreme precautions and make you feel safe. I have really bad anxiety at the dentist, and they make me feel comfortable and heard.

I had a tooth pulled and it turned out to be a very long procedure. Dr John and his assistant were very kind and checked in with me often to see if I was ok I have seen other dentists at this location also and they’ve all been great

Shawn is great! She makes sitting in “the chair” fun and easy. Had some very good laughs with her! Dr. Molly did a great job prepping a crown and was very attentive to my anxiety and lack of pain tolerance!

Shawn and Dr. Molly were both so amazing. Two cavities filled in so quickly, I didn’t even finish my episode of Hometown lol (they have TVs to keep you occupied during your procedure). The entire office is so knowledgeable and welcoming, I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Even my 10 year old was relaxed and comfortable during his extractions. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.

To say that Im afraid of the dentist is a very big understatement....but my experience here was great from start to finish. Dr. John, Marie and LaShawn were fantastic. They talked to me the whole way through my crowns (yes plural) and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I was even able to get in earlier than my scheduled date for my permanent crowns. Im happy to say I found a new dentist.

Went to the Livonia office originally where they referred me to the Farmington Hills office for a tooth removal. Dr Molly and Ms Shauna took great care of me, very fast and efficient, extremely aware and accommodating with my pain level. Tooth out, cleaned up, bone graft in and stitched up in under an hour.

We just moved to the area. Great practice. Nice people. They work well with kids and let you know all costs up front. Highly recommend them!

Very flexible with a appointments. I got my veneers done there and they are amazing. Very professional and great level of service all around.

After 20 years with a DDS in Livingston County, it was time to make a change. Laurich Dentistry is the first DDS I’ve been to on this side of town. They are very patient-oriented. My first visit was to get a temporary crown, and they were extremely accommodating....kept me comfortable and at ease. Very positive environment!
