The staff was really good and nice with making sure that my big baby girl was comfortable; she had to get her teeth pulled fir the first time without her parents so they took care of my baby and kept checking in on her. They are always sweet and gentle with all procedures!! I give them thumbs up all the way around!!

Gabby the hygienist is one of the best!! She’s so gentle and thorough with the cleanings and you can tell she really cares about her patients! 10/10 recommend!

The dental central is a great place because of the service they provide. The front desk team was very diligent with follow up calls about the scheduled appointments. Me and my wife both got treated here in a span of one month and our hygienist Gabi was wonderful. She was very calm, friendly, and made sure were comfortable throughout the process. She discussed the need for the treatment, and also the care we need to take.

I finally found a Dental office that I really like! The staff is very helpful and nice. I call it the hidden gem! And its close to me.. Its so important to like and be comfortable with the Dentist Office you choose. They have been nothing short of very good to me!

It’s a really great place, the front desk team was very good in responding to our queries and their follow ups for the upcoming sessions was nice and there was no wait time as they started the treatment exactly at my appointment time. The hygienist Gabby, she made me so comfortable throughout the process and patiently cleared all my doubts.

Ive used Great Expressions for a number of years, but just transferred to the Farmington Hills (OL) location as it is more convenient for me. I was there for the first time yesterday for a check-up and a cleaning. The staff is very friendly and professional and the appointments run on time. No waiting!! On time, and good work, has always been my experience at GE. So, I am happy with the change of office other than its going to the dentist... which no one likes to do. They make that pain a little easier! ;-)

Excellent professional Staff.

First time patent came in for evaluation on Thursday. 8 a.m. apt. scheduled for cleaning the following Saturday. I arrived to the office 7:45 and waited until 8:00 a.m. At 8:00 a.m. (time of my appointment) the office was still CLOSED. The temporary hygienist they hired was there on time. They then call MY HUSBANDS cell at 8:01 a.m. asking where I was despite giving them all MY information on Thursday. I have called multiple times Saturday morning to discuss my appointment and the weekend closed message goes off and I have to leave a message. Nobody answers. Office supposed to be open. I have completely lost confidence in this office. Very unprofessional.

Excellent service. I have always been completely satisfied and would recommend this to anyone looking for an excellent dental service. Also, the dental hygienist, Gaby, has always exceeded my expectations and does a tremendous job every visit. She is a very caring person and always gives tips to make our trip even better every time.

Ive been going to Great Expressions Dental in Farmington Hills for nearly 13 years. The staff is great, and always ready to answer any questions we may have. Gabby is the staff member who has done my cleaning for the past few years, and she is amazing! My two children, ages 8 and 4, also are patients at this office. Gabby is very patient with both of them during their cleanings, taking the time to explain what she is doing exact step along the way to ease any fears or anxiety they may have. Two thumbs up!

My family and I have been going to this location for at least 4 years or more. The front staff is always nice and welcoming. My dental hygienist is always pleasant and usually gives great recommendations on oral care. I love the new technology each time I visit the site. I like the education provided about the varies tooth brushes. The appointments are usually convenience and they can see us all at the same time. And we are usually in and out.

I had a very nice experience at my appointment yesterday. All the people I interacted with were friendly and helpful. This included my dentist, hygienist, receptionist and office manager. All of them gave me the feeling that they were happy to be there and happy to make me feel valuable as a person and as their client. It is refreshing to be able to express these sentiments.

I’m 11 and I have braces. I enjoy coming here because they clean my braces very well and I’m always not there for a long time. The staff here are all very nice and make everything easy. I was late to my appointment one day and they fit me and my 2 sisters in. I didn’t even have to wait that long. I would recommend coming here!

Awesome first time visit to Great Expressions Dental. Extremely friendly staff, and nice office environment. The doctor was very patient and took the time to check on me as a patient and explained the procedure thoroughly. The hygienist periodontal probe exam was pain free. I came for an emergency appt. for tooth pain, the doc filled a cavity, and everything went so well. I made another appointment for additional work before leaving. I would highly recommend you make an appointment with them for your dental needs. No need to fear going to the dentist with them. They are pleasant, professional, and more importantly PAIN FREE!

I really enjoy bringing my 3 daughters here. The staff is friendly and they make sure I’m able to schedule all 3 girls appointments back to back! Even when I was running late, they still saw us! I would highly recommend coming to this office.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Gabby, the hygienist, is smart, caring, and thorough-but-gentle.Dr Dorman spent the time needed for me to thoroughly understand what was needed to get my teeth back to health.My only wish is that there hadn’t been a dirty sink in my exam room. It looked like someone had dumped excess dental materials in there, so it wasn’t like gross body fluids or anything. Everythingelse looked clean and I was comfortable.

Painless tooth cleaning tool uses water pressure I think and not scraping. The scraping used to drive me insane.2. You can get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. Im so happy with my experience. The entire office staff was so happy to help with anything i needed from appointments to questions about insurance to questions about my own oral health. The office was a happy place lots of fun, they made me feel like I was family. They made me feel like they were looking forward to seeming my face at my next appointment in 6 months.

I was very impressed with the staff at Great Expressions. Kala the secretary was so efficient and knowledgeable about my insurance. I contacted Great Expressions in an emergency situation after hearing such great things about the staff from my best friend. The staff more than exceeded my expectations, they were excellent from the phone consultation all the way through my procedure. I am definitely a patient for life.

I had a loose cap which was later diagnosed with a cracked root. They took me the same day and explained my option: implant. The staff quickly took impressions and referred me to the oral surgeon and set up the consult. They have expedited all procedures. Thanks.

What a strange business in the medical industry. When I have an appointment at 4pm, they take me in at 4pm. The staff is well trained and attentive. The service is spectacular. Not what I am used to in most doctors offices. I suppose that is why I keep going back for more.

I had a great experience at the Farmington Hills office. I had a sore tooth, got me in for a check up the next day and then after Dr. Ali Beydoun diagnosed the problem and he got me into his schedule the next morning to perform a root canal. The procedure was done carefully and skillfully with no pain during or after. Highly recommended!

Went today for a cleaning after not having one for a few years due to a bad dental experience prior. And Im the type of person who fears anything medical whether thats the doctors or dentist, and i must say they did amazing. My father went as well and we both had a great experience. Painless and easy cleaning with very friendly staff (receptionists, hygenist, the xray technician, and doctor were all fabulous) if youre someone who puts off going to the dentist due to fear like i was this is the place for you. I let them know i was nervous and they were super helpful and gentle the whole way through. Proud to say at 23 i still have never had any cavities! Come to this dentist you wont be dissapointed!!

I am very pleased with my experience at Great Expressions in Farmington Hills. The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. They are very understanding as was Dr. Beydoun with my extreme fear of dentists. I was so anxious before my appointment for my front tooth root canal, core and cavities to be filled in adjacent teeth that I was unable to sleep the night before. The front staff reassured me and Dr. Beydoun was very gentle and soothing through the entire procedure. I have several more procedures to have done but will be able to continue my treatment without being so anxious or fearful as I was prior to my first encounter here. I highly recommend this office for anyone, especially those with an insane fear of dental work. I am so glad I found them.

I had a good experience for my cleaning. Additionally they dont try to give you unecessary treatments.I only wish they gave out free toothbrushes after cleanings. Even if only children got them, that would be great!**Update**Great Expressions now gives out free toothbrushes. Although they have a high turn-over rate for staff, everyone they hire has wonderful personalities and are friendly. But Gabby is the main factor. She’s the only one who has been there the whole time. The office has been through 3-4 dentist and countless front desk staff in a matter of less than 5 years. Knowing that Gabby is there when I show up puts me at ease. I still highly recommend Great Expressions Dental, Farmington location.

Cannot say enough good things about Great Expressions in Farmington Hills. My first visit 2 weeks ago was for a crack in a crown. After my short visit, Dr. Beydoun and Collette let me pretty much interview them for 15 minutes. I was so impressed I went back last week and met with Gabby, the hygienist, and started the process for invisalign with Dr. Beydoun. Today, I went for a cleaning. Gabby did a wonderful job! I truly have not felt so comfortable getting a cleaning ever. The friendliest office I have ever walked into. Kayla H. and Kayla W. always have a smile on their face and are very eager to help in any way. If Dr. Beydoun was the person to hire this staff, I give him 10 stars! It is refreshing from start to finish having all your questions answered and feel like you are their most favorite client. You will not be disappointed! Excited to go back!
