Sales Manager was very rude and unprofessional.We waited for 30mins and finally one sales person came to help us. Regardless, I loved the car. So, I waited for my sales person to get back with a quote. During this time, I accidentally unlocked the car with the key which was over the counter. So I locked the car back. During this time, the manager rushed to us and said not to do it. I apologized for that. He went back and came right away asking to give the key back, which was already on the counter.The body language and the way he react got me mad. I told him this is not the way, how to treat the customer. He came so close as if he was about to go for a fight. I asked to see the manager. He said he was the manager. I asked him for his name and he asked to leave the property.This is very bad customer experience that I ever had in any car show room ever.I really wish his manger knew how the employees here treat the customers.This dealership got good cars but worst employees. I was about to buy XC60 and because of the way I was treated me, I’m deciding to go with Benz.
