Will works with you and tells the honest truth about what to do and doesnt sell you something that wouldnt work with you. Wills service is the best!

I usually dont use Dealers for Service, but I have to say they did a great job. Scheduled service and drop off was a breeze. Done quickly and had a text when ready for pick-up. They were courteous and price was in line with what Id pay at any number of private services. Plus they washed car when they returned to me. Well done Holzer Ford.

Fiance had a nail in her tire on her mustang, noticed she had flat tire in our driveway next day. Removed the tire from the vehicle and drove up to the dealer to have the tire replaced. Dealer refused to replace the tire unless it was attached to the vehicle, so we had to put the tire back on the vehicle and drive it back up to the dealership to get it replaced. Tech was impolite to my fiance. Patched the tire instead of replacing, and a few days later had to return back to the dealer again to get the tire fully replaced. Only saving grace was the second tech provided much better customer service. Fiance asked for the General Manager and was told that he/she was too busy at the moment and gave her a business card and said that he/she would call. Still waiting to receive the call.*Update*Service Manager did not call. My Fiance called the service manager, regarding a separate issue related to a non-functional portion of the bezel. Plastic cracked, looked like a manufacturing issue, was told wouldnt be covered by warranty. Was told that she needs to go back to original purchase dealer or call Ford directly. Would not recommend this dealer for service. We will be driving to another dealership for future service needs.

Took my 2019 F150 in for recall warranty service!Also decided to go ahead and have all my fluids change transmission coolant and differential!During the service they found that there was a seal leak at the point where they were changing fluids quite a coincidence! Add $300 to the service! Biggest issue now though is my truck shakes as if it’s running very hard! As soon as I started up at idle I could feel it kind of running rough giving me that shaking the steering wheel and under my seat that I hadn’t felt before! And now when I hit the gas it gives me hesitation as if somethings wrong! I’d be leery of taking my vehicles here again for service! And I’d recommend going somewhere else myself after the experience I’ve had to this point! Disappointing that I just moved to this area and was looking for a new Ford dealership to call home and I have to deal with this!

I went out of my way to go to this dealership because it was open on Saturday. I am so happy I did. Derrick Young was amazing to say the least. I’ve been to other dealerships and have never had an experience like I did there. It didn’t feel rushed like he just wanted to get to the next sale. He took his time and actually made connections with me. Not to mention the dealership itself was very clean and flowed nicely. It would be nice to get something more personalized instead of the Standard group email. We just bought out of the lease so this should be old news. However, a review of the process is: Im disappointed that, even though I had an appointment, there was no paperwork prepared, I was sitting at the desk for 1 1/2 hours, no explanation other that they had to rework all the figures, that comes from the attempt to change the trade-in value - when I was at the dealership to get an appraisal before I turned it in, I got a price with an explanation of why they came up with that offer, I accepted and moved forward with my loan based on those figures. Going over paperwork when I was turning the ca in, they came back and changed the appraisal giving the same reasons as before, I obviously did not accept this. Bad business practice. Looking at this experience, my next purchase, which is pending, may not be at Holzer.

I had to have a door latch replaced on my E150. Two days later I realized I had a coupon that would have saved me $25. Called to inquire about an adjustment. No was the answer. I get most repairs done at non dealership locations. They all credit a coupon automaticlly if one is available. I have had to use Tom Holzer a few times due to the repair or recall. Everytime I do, I leave annoyed. I thought this time was different but no.

Never had a problem with the mechanics, they do excellent work. The problem at Tom Holzer is the service reps. Always make you feel as if youre an inconvenience and are extremely slow at approaching you and asking if you need any help. Be careful if youve purchased a maintenance plan when you bought your vehicle. I did and yet the last 2 times Ive taken my car in for regular maintenance theyve tried to charge me for services which are covered in my plan, over $700! Once is possibly a mistake, twice is a habit. Very disappointing.

My Wife & I needed another vehicle quickly as we had major issues with our daily drivers. We looked at 5 different dealerships which were all low on stock due to the chip problem, so we had asked the Salesman at Tom Holzer Ford (Will Kent) to tag a vehicle that they had on order for a few months hoping it would come in. None of the other Dealerships even touched base with us, but Will e-mailed me a status update weekly, and then called me the day 2 similarly equipped vehicles hit their lot, and we got one of them!!! We were very glad to get a new dependable Edge, we love the quiet ride, and the great features, in contrast to our older Escape & Fusion. This would never have happened without the effort of Will Kent & Tom Holzer Ford. I cant tell you how impressed I was with Wills work, and I am not a person that gives out many compliments. Great Job Will, people would be foolish not to consider Tom Holzer (and Will Kent specifically) in their New & Used car search, they had more stock than any of the other folks we looked at in the Metro Area. I was pleasantly surprised! :)

Went into the dealership on a Saturday to browse my options and get some pricing. I worked with Blake to run some quick number on several vehicles for me. Blake was great through the whole process. He wrote out the pricing on 3 different vehicles for me and helped to decide the best one for me. Not once did I feel pressured to make a purchase and I really appreciated the sincere effort made by Blake. Im in my late 50s and have bought/sold many, many vehicles over the years from dealers in Canada and the U.S. Holzer is by far the best dealer Ive dealt with. I purchased a slightly used F150 for a great price. It had 2 minor issues a week or so later and Holzer took care of both issues with zero inconvenience or cost to me. No discussion, no back-and-forth about cost.... they just fixed it quickly and provided (without me having to ask) a loaner for the day it was in the shop. Best experience Ive had with a car dealer.

The drivers side inside door handle broke making it necessary to reach out the window and open the door from the outside in order to exit the vehicle. While it was in for this repair, they also replaced the drivers side air bag which was under recall. I appreciated their attention to both details. Our experience with Tom Holzer was fantastic, we were greeted right away by Mike Wegehaupt and he is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He found out our needs and showed us several options. Once we narrowed it down we drove the Titanium Escape and the Bronco Sport, he explained all the features and what to expect what the car can offer. Then once we decided on the Titanium Escape he found so many rebates and discounts we were so amazed there was no way we were going to pass up this awesome deal. We luckily had a relative that shared the A plan and also received an amazing offer for our 2011 Lincoln MKZ trade in. We have been coming there for years for service and have bought several cars. This place is the worst.Have my transit van in for repairs.They tell me I need new tires.One of the tires was a month old..what a lie.they had to jump my van when i picked it up.report said battery was good.I had battery tested again and battery need to be replaced.Thats fine but they lost a sale cause nobody is watching what they are doing.They have a bad team in place.Go elsewhere.

Mixed bag experience at this dealership. Ill start with the highlights. Firas was a very polite, patient and zero-pressure salesperson. I very much enjoyed my experience with him. He took the time to walk me through options, explained the details of various features of the Bronco Sport, and was straightforward in his pricing options. I appreciated his approach. If youre in the area, and want to stop by Tom Holzer, hes a salesman I would recommend asking for.The troublesome portion of my experience came in the trade-in appraisal. I used Tom Holzer Fords website-based trade-in appraisal tool to calculate my vehicles worth. I was given a very thorough and (what I thought) complete valuation of my vehicle. I scheduled an appointment promptly to close the deal, and purchase a new Bronco Sport. Upon arrival, my vehicle was valued at approximantely $7,000 less than the initial quote that THEIR system provided. This was an incredibly frustrating experience. During this exchange, I was told by the manager Sean that, and I quote here: those online appraisal tools are just for advertising, theyre not what we use here for valuation. We use NADA and Black Book to assess values. I was told, point-blank, that the online appraisal tool that THEY provide on the website as a means to calculate a trade-in value is NOT what they actually use at the dealership. How incredibly silly and pointless is that? Why bother with a website trade-in valuation feature thats not at all accurate or useful to the actual dealership staff? A $7,000 swing in trade-in valuation was enough for me to walk away, and buy my Bronco Sport elsewhere, which I was able to do yesterday at a competitor. I felt very much bait-and-switched by this experience, but am giving three stars to the dealership anyway because of how positive my experience was with the salesman Firas. I truly feel sorry for him in this instance, because the trade-in valuation experience essentially cost him the sale. Its also important to note that Sean, the Manager, was polite and respectful. He was not in any way rude or dismissive. My complaint is about the general attitude of their own online valuation tools, and how clearly useless they actually are for the customer, not the treatment, per se, of either individual.To the dealership - if you read these, Id encourage you to either utilize a more accurate valuation tool on your website, or stick by your tools online valuation amounts when a customer acts on the offer and decides to visit the dealership.

We initially met with him a few months ago and he let us know there were better deals on vehicles on the horizon. Got a quote for a vehicle. Verified the quote and agreed to it. Paid off my current lease early and turned it in, started changing over insurance, filled out the paperwork, only to be notified a day before picking the vehicle up that a mistake was made and the monthly payment was over $140 higher than originally quoted.UPDATE: The dealership did reach out to me and help make it right. I believe this was a simple mistake. The dealership could have easily just told me sorry, but the salesman, Brian Holiday worked with me and got me into a vehicle at a price I couldnt beat anywhere. They were very polite, helpful and got me into the car I wanted. I will go back to Tom Holzer Ford and recommend the dealership and the salesman in the future.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!My ex took her Mustang in for a blown radiator hose and Service Dept quoted $520 to replace it!?!?!She called me and asked if that price sounded right and i told her no. I said $520 HAS to include replacing the radiator. She called back to clarify and Tim Holzer Ford Service Dept told her that price was right and included ONLY replacing hose and antifreeze (radiator was NOT included).She took her car elsewhere and it cost her $65 to replace hose and fluid!!!!! Moved back to the USA and needed a car. Wanted to buy American. Went to dealership and got a price on a Ford Escort. Couldnt buy that day, but came back the day afterwards. I was told I couldnt have the car Id been quoted on, apparently Id been misquoted several thousand dollars too low. What would they have done if I would have bought on first day? Asked for the money back?Ended up with a Honda Civic. And Im SO glad I have my car. Could have been a Ford but Holzer Ford either was dishonest or inept.

I leased from Tom Holzer for 6 yrs and had two experiences which would make me recommend you to stay far away.The first involved a fiesta whose transmission went out. Not a huge deal, it was the whole line. But as I waited for it to be repaired (which took a fair amount of time since all the fiestas needed their transmissions replaced) the dealership and the company refused to provide me with a rental period.My second lease I turned in 2 mos early. I had been in contact with a salesperson at the dealership who assured me that the only costs would be my two remaining months. However, when I returned the car, they added an additional $400 fee (this was before the inspection and everything. This was just for turning it in early). I was confused, as this was not what I had been told, and emailed the salesperson about this discrepancy. I have yet to receive a reply a month later.

We would like to give high praise to MIKE W. our sales person. Mike was extremely attentive, a gentleman and true professional. Since we didnt lease a car for many years we were apprehensive to start the process. Mike was so attentive to our needs and his approach is quite relaxed with no pressure. Mike is very knowledgeable and educated us on the various vehicles and took the time to really listen to our specific requests and went above and beyond locating a vehicle with all the features we insisted on having. He was wonderful to work with, always available to answer our questions and accommodating to our schedules. My experience buying a new car at Tom Holzer was completely positive. My salesman, Will Kent, was very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. He explained all the features of the different models of my car so I could make an informed decision. He was not pushy at all. Their tech specialist, Dave, who showed me how to use all the features on my car, was also excellent. After driving my new car for a few days, I had additional questions, so I went back to the dealership and asked to speak to Dave again. He answered all my questions. Overall a surprisingly easy experience!

Went in to test drive a Ford Escape was considering buying it after the test drive I had to leave and come back another day to purchase. And the guy was super rude telling us that’s not cool you test drive the car and leave after without buying it. Oh sorry didn’t know if you had to test drive a car means you have to buy it right there on the spot. Never coming back

Not pleased, had a collision work done at their Body Shop which led to additional work through the service department. Two issues were documented before the collision work which I assumed would be addressed via the Body Shop. Picked up vehicle today, January 8 and concerns are still present. Left vehicle with Carlo the Manager, really GREAT guy, to review with techs on Monday. Hopefully concerns will be resolved without any further financial hardship.

Have worked with Holzer Ford for years for multiple vehicles, and they have always treated me like one of their best friends. I just started the lease on a new vehicle, and discovered a problem: it was fixed the next day.
