Very fast, professional and friendly, unfortunately there are not many such services

It was awesome I came to get a part ordered and was assisted very quickly!

Time and time again this place has let me down. Either out of stock parts or no one available to work on equipment. It’s always two or three days to get in. Always some excuse. Especially if you are local it seems. Expensive as hell here too. Been coming here for years and they were prompt and reasonable a long time ago. I’ve just given up on them at this point. Waste of time to walk through the door. I’m sorry RDO, nothing personal, but you’ve lost my business. Hell I even bought my first truck off you.

Drivers since I have been here my check engine light has come on!Seem nice not too quick-I dont like to rush anyone fixing my Rig! But now I need to find a better place for truck issues!!

In and out, ladies hate it but I love it. Good service. But I was in there for cheap parts. Sent my driver in and service tech walked out and helped him. Dont see to much of that anymore

The service center is the best I have ever dealt with. They pulled my truck in immediately and finished repairs quickly. The drivers lounge area is comfortable and clean, they even have showers. I slept the majority time waiting for my truck repairs to be done, because the recliners are so comfortable! I definitely recommend them and am so grateful I was able to be towed there.

I had my truck fixed at this place and as a Canadian o/o I was blown away with the level of courtesy and professionalism I have experienced here. They were able to get my truck in right away and within 2hrs I had a diagnostic in my hand. I decided to continue to get the work done here even though I couldve limped home back to Ontario. The final bill was very close to the estimate which in my experience is a rarity. I was very happy with work done on my truck. All I can say thank you BJorn and Daniel and all the guys behind them that worked on my truck. Great job!Highly recommend this Volvo dealership for any truck work.

What a true pleasure it was to spend time here. The staff treated me with exceptional service. From diagnostic to repair. For drivers the lounge is very comfortable with showers.I am highly recommending RDO for your truck repairs.

Very unhappy! Brought the truck in yesterday for an oil change & all they did was add oil to the old oil! The oil is jet black & over filled! When I came back today they said the oil color is normal. He also said it wasn’t over filled but then took it in back & drained 1 quart because it was too full... The work was NOT done & was not fixed, the guy I talked to was very rude & they still charged for the “work” they say they did. Will not be doing business with them again! MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE WORK THEY SAY THEY DID!!!

Where should I start, I blow a break canister and so I call my normal service center that I use on a regular basis. They cant fit it in with the work load they have tonight.... so I call around to different shops, most of them say we cannot handle that tonight. Im sorry try so and so. Finally get to RDO truck center. I call them and ask them, can they swap out a brake canister real quick. They said they should be able to if I can get there by 11.... I get there at 1050, wait in the service desk area with no one around for over 10 minutes. I even went out to the truck, grabbed my cell phone walked back inside and called them to see if they would come up front to answer the phone. Nothing. Wait around some more and finally at 1105 someone finally walks into the service desk area.. I told them i had been waiting here and that Im the one that called in earlier about the brake chamber that needs to be swapped.... the guy said well if everything goes perfectly we could get it done but I dont know if I want to tear into it tonight, I think Im going to have to turn you away.... really... ok, I walk out and will NEVER return there again, if this is how they treat their customers Ill take my fleet somewhere else for normal maintenance issues, and emergency calls.. I guess a simple brake chamber job that took me 25 minutes to swap out wasnt worth their time.Like I said before, its their loss not mine. Ill take my fleet of trucks and trailers elsewhere. No skin off my back, I wont even go to the sales team as I am afraid of how ill be treated there as well.

Honestly, this guys are amazing. Very professional and customer oriented place. Best dealership i have ever been to!!

I tried to work a deal on a truck here which required me to trade a vehicle in to make the deal happen...they offered me over $12,000 less than my truck is worth and when I told them that the number was ridiculous, never heard from them again. I guess shame on me for trying to trade being that EVERY dealer of pretty much any vehicle will rip you off on trades, but this was an extreme case. Never again with this dealer.

Solved ongoing issue with low flow exhaust fault. Sent out EGR cooler for cleaning saving some cash. Service staff explained whole exhaust gas system when I inquired.Billiards hall close by has quality equipment (Gabriels and Diamond tables).
