Had a reservation for a month and we show up the place is locked up, noone around. Screwed me so hard. I hope they choke on their own teeth. Im supposed to move 3 states tomorrow.

BEING BLACK AND/OR SPEAKING A LANGUAGE OTHER THAN ENGLISH WILL MAKE YOU A CRIME SUSPECT IF YOU COME TO THIS PLACE. STAY AWAY....Unfortunately google does not provide a 0 star option so I have to give 1 star. The lady that works at this facility is inhuman. I do not know how any modern workplace could hire her. My friends and I had a budget truck reservation and when we went there to pick up the truck up, she was taking care of another customer so we sat in the back having a conversation among us in French. The lady got irritated and asked us to only speak English. We thought she was kidding at first but she stopped what she was doing and said it is her right as an American to require English in her store. We told her that we are also allowed to speak any language we can speak. She then called the police saying that there are 3 thugs in her store and needed help. Few minutes later 2 police officers arrived at the location. After hearing the facts they apologized and told us to never do business with her again because she is the weirdest person they had never seen and does not deserve our business. I AM NOT SURE WHY BUDGET HIRED THIS RACIST TO REPRESENT THEM BUT THIS IS SAD THAT IN 2018 WE STILL EXPERIENCE THINGS LIKE THIS!!!!
