Exceptional staff. I rented a car hauler, and the project took a day longer than Id anticipated. Without any fuss or complication, they made arrangements for me to suit my needs and the transaction went as smooth as silk. Reasonable rates and theyre quite accommodating. Great service. I rented an insulation vacuum from them for a week. On the 3rd day of the rental the rewind on the machine broke and I notified them. They stopped the rental clock and started working on a solution immediately. They were able to get a replacement machine and I was back on the project in 2 days. They extended my rental and I was able to finish my project. Things can happen with even the best maintained equipment and when it does the service makes all the difference. Rick, Bill and the staff were very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely rent from them again.

Public Safety Notice: Contractors: I manage a local contracting service and we have recently done some business with Rental at multiple locations. STAY AWAY. This company is very unsafe and most likely not in DOT COMPLIENCE on some of there units. We have rented a towable 50ft lift on 2 different occasions. -control box covered in paint you will not be able to read your controls, this last weekend the wire harness on the side of the boom appeared to be missing its bracket so when you extend the unit the hydrolic hoses would hang off the side of the boom about 4ft, then for the bigger problems, when my guy fully extended the boom the machine froze up and popped a code 002 control panel so we had stuck up in the air with no control to get down from ground or air and they never let me an emergency contact to call. Upon returning this nightmere they also made the claim on return that apparently a guard blew off it in transport and Im liable for all this. They also refused to refund us or give us a new machine. Im going to file a FED. DOT. safety accident complaint and OSHA 202 this afternoon to get there machines looked over but i would recommend if your in the market to rent a lift steer clear of RENTALL FARGO until the safety inspectors give this a green light. Very scary and the lack of customer service was a real class act.
