We got a slushy machine for my sons birthday party. We went to pick up the machine and they helped load the machine in the back of our truck. On our way home one of the lids flew off and we could not find it. Yes we realize losing the lid was indeed our fault. You would think they would have told us that the lids dont latch well and could fall off. We have never had this machine before. I was called after taking it back to let me know they had good news and bad news. They said the good news is that they are not charging me 600 dollars for the lid but it will cost 350. If you are ever using this company be very cautious and make sure you know everything about the machines you are renting.

Would NOT recommend! We were billed higher than posted rental rates with the excuse that the website rates hadnt been updated. We got 25 black folding chairs, they were FILTHY so we had to scrub them (not what wed planned to do a couple of hours before our event) and 1 of them was broken, so it couldnt be used. No response from management. There are other suppliers who have to do a better job!

Very friendly and hard working staff!! They have many items to rent and reasonably priced. Get there early! I waited over an hour to drop off my rentals. Would suggest they use one garage door for picking up rentals and the other for dropping off.

This fall I was in a wedding and the morning of received a call from the groom panicked due to another company being booked for an 8am drop off and set up to arrive at the venue with nothing being dropped off as of almost two hours later and no answers or callbacks from the other company. We made ONE phone call and within an hour had all the tables and chairs at the location and Paul even personally delivered linens for everything we needed!!! Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service!!!!! Will always book with Tents and Events and highly recommend to any one looking for rentals, Paul will make sure you are taken care of!! Thank you again for saving the day!!!!!!

Fargo Tents and Events is a lifesaver. Had previous plans for chairs and tables rental that fell though on the day we needed them from another company. All it took was one call and Paul at Fargo Tents and Events got everything set up for us instantly. On the same day our other rental company failed us, Fargo Tents and Events had our backs and saved the day. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!
