Delivery person was rude and unprofessional. Not timely service and was told I lied to him, however I just told him what the dispatcher told me.

Ive been unable to pay past charges due to my business coming to a screeching halt for 3 months now due to the pandemic. No one offered a payment plan, no one has tried to figure out anything with us and we are an account that otherwise does $50k a month for them. Instead I received a letter today threatening to triple the amount due if I couldnt satisfy the payment due in full in the next 20 days. I still have no business, well be lucky to get things started up again in July and this is how our previously preferred vendor has responded to the economic crisis and our once valuable relationship. WOW

A pleasure doing business with them. Jolie, Jerry, and Chris were very accommodating even when I couldnt pickup my freight for a couple of days. Would recommends them to anyone for shipping large items.
