My husband and I both go there and love the whole team. You are greeted with such a warm welcome from Jen. She helps answer all your questions and even goes above and beyond to look up insurance stuff if you have questions. Then Jill is the best hygienist there honestly. She not only is great at what she does but likes to get to know you as well (which we like). Overall, they both make you feel like you are welcomed and not just another client coming in and out.Dr Lichtsinn is wonderful, he explains everything very clearly and makes sure you are comfortable at all times. He makes it a point to come stop by and say hi even if he isnt doing work on us.Overall, the whole crew there we would definitely recommend to go see to anyone.

This is by far the best dentist I have ever been too. Getting a tooth pulled is never fun, but I felt no pain, Dr. Lichtsinn and Leslie made sure I was doing okay the whole procedure. They put my mind at ease for the whole process!! Phenomenal job!!

Emergency Dental with no worriesHaving dental pain for a few days now and decided it was time to have Dr Lichtsinn take a look. I was able to get in for an appointment quickly and my concerns were addressed and resolution explained so that I could understand clearly. I couldnt imagine calling any other dental office my dental home. From the moment you walk in the door you are treated like a very cared about person not just another number in a chart. Honestly I have had such a negative experience with previous dentists (and a bad case of dental anxiety) that I was hesitant to give them a try. But I am SO glad I did. The staff is amazing, always friendly always willing to make you as comfortable as possible. Dr. Lichtsinn is fantastic and always explains even the most complicated procedures in simple, easy to understand language. He never pushes you to do things you arent ready for and always listens.I feel like there is hope for my teeth yet! I honestly couldnt recommend Southpointe enough!

I had my teeth cleaned and I had a painful canker sore. They gave me medication to numb my mouth so my canker sore wouldnt hurt during the cleaning. It was very helpful to get through it without pain. The staff are very kind and care about their patients well being.

This is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to! I have extreme anxiety, especially when it comes to the dentist. I hadn’t been to the dentist in about 5 years, and was having some pain by one of my wisdom teeth. I called them and was able to get in that day. Dr. Lichtsinn and his staff were so friendly and caring, they made me feel comfortable and safe. They were very informative about what was going on, and were able to fix the problem that day. I highly recommend Southpointe Dental and am actually looking forward to going back for a cleaning!

Beyond impressed with the whole team at Southpointe dental. I called with an infected tooth that needed to be immediately extracted due to the severe pain and unable to medicate at 21 weeks pregnant. They fit me in that afternoon, I was so thankful as my primary dentist couldnt fit me in for weeks. Everyone was so friendly and comforting. I have dental visit anxiety for sure but was at ease during my visit the whole time here. Dr. Lichtsinn even called me from home that evening to make sure I was doing well after the procedure. Im making a permanent switch to southpointe dental after one visit; Id highly recommend them to everyone!

If you have an intense fear of going to the dentist, then you should really check this place out. The people are very calming and friendly and will make accomodations for your anxiety. This includes letting you come in several times before actually getting any work done to familiarize yourself with the settings. Many places say it will be fine, but I feel like these guys actually understand. And at the end you can get a balloon animal! Nobody is too old for baloon animals.The receptionist is seriously so sweet and helpful. She worked very hard to get every penny out of insurance before asking us for a dime.I got a TMJ night splint from here and I can not express to you how much of a difference it has made for me. Until you have your TMJ treated, you really dont understand how much it messes with your life. My neck and shoulders have never been so relaxed. I am astonished at how big of a difference such a simple device has made.They also did a apnea sleep guard for my husband. It is great. I highly reccomend checking out this option. No wires, no hoses, no noise, no batteries. We can now sleep in the same bed again. And snuggle too! We dont have to worry about trying to find power while camping, or worry about getting respirtory infections from the machine. I really hate those apnea machines, and if you do too, you dont have to suffer. They aslo got our medical insurance to cover it.Great place, highly reccomend.

Dr. Lichtsinn was very detailed in explaining treatment plans and providing treatment options. He is a compassionate dentist. Leslie, the dental assistant that was helping, was very friendly and kept in mind of patient comfort. Brandi, the dental hygienist, was good at explaining procedures and instruments. Over the years I have had many procedures completed, including cleanings, cavity fillings, crowns, and a splint for teeth grinding. My most recent visit was for a chipped tooth rebuild. As always, the staff was so welcoming. The procedure began on time and took the estimated length of time. Dr. Lichtsinn and staff explained the procedure and answered my questions as they arose. I received a discount for cash or check payment and the cost was as expected. When I have asked for estimates in the past Southpointe was happy to provide them quickly and accurately. I have had on and off jaw pain for the last month and headaches for years that were sometimes kept at bay with a mouthguard. I knew something wasn’t right, as it hurt to talk for extended periods of time and to eat. My regular dentist only recommended a new mouthguard, which didn’t help. Finally, enough was enough, as the pain was impeding my work.When I met with Dr. Lichtsinn, he took the time to listen to me first! If I am being honest, I talked to him more than I talked to my regular dentist- who I have seen for 15 years! He did a thorough exam to diagnose the problem and explained my options in easy to understand language. I am so ecstatic to start treatment!Also, a big shout out to all the support staff. You all made me feel welcome and heard. You are making a huge difference!

I have been seeing Dr. Lichtsinn and his staff for many years now. He and his staff are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. They always do their best to politely answer my numerous questions, and if they cant, they always have an answer waiting for me at my next visit (occasionally, even a phone call)! I started seeing them in high school, and after several job changes, and with that, insurance changes, I have never once had an issue with them not accepting my plans. They go above and beyond for their patients. The office is immaculate, yet warm and inviting! Of course Id still see them in a dingy basement, because the customer service is perfection. Ive never left without a smile on face, which is pretty good considering Dr. Lichtsinn is a dentist. :)

I have been a patient with Dr. Lichtsinn office since 2007, I was the only one going to him until my kids were old enough to see a dentist,I really loved working with Dr Lichtsinn office and didnt want to go anywhere else for my families dental care. I was afraid that I might have to find a pediatric dentist because my boys were old enough to visit the dentist. Dr. Lichtsinn suggested to see the boys and see how they reacted and if he would have to refer them to a pediatric dentist, he was so nice and playful with the kids they boys just loved him.I was so relieved to find out we didnt need to look for a pediatric dentist and could have my whole family dental care with his office. This was my first time seeing Dr Lichtsinn at Southpointe Dental. I was having some pretty bad tooth pain but my regular dentist is 100 miles away. Dr Lichtsinn’s staff was able to get me in right away when I told them my situation. He was able to relieve my pain with a short appointment (my regular dentist proposed a full root canal) I’m so glad that Dr Lichtsinn decided to adjust my bite before jumping into a root canal because my pain is now like night and day...so much better! I would recommend Southpointe to anyone looking for an office that listens to you and actually hears your concerns. The whole staff from the front office to the girls in the back were so caring and made me feel right at home!

Quality of care is never a concern here. Making sure your mouth, smile and teeth are tended to is a something of very high importance to the staff. Now, dont go thinking that what they tell you is what youll want to hear. Weve all been the kid who didnt want to brush our teeth, followed by the teen who didnt care about flossing, followed by the adult who is just too busy to put that much effort in.Regardless of your situation, youll get a straight answer and a clear road to good oral health. Dont kid yourself into thinking this isnt what you want; you can avoid a lot of pain and suffering by getting on the best path to a healthy mouth.Ive had two fillings redone by Dr. Lichtsinn because they quite honestly were sub-par, and I could feel it. Things like floss sticking to some jagged edge or an abnormal gap in my teeth werent much trouble for Dr. L to pick up on. And considering I asked myself for a couple years Was this really done right? Is it supposed to feel this way? I was relieved to finally get a filling fixed to feel like normal again.This is also the office that recommended the Sonicare toothbrush to me. Certainly not a cheap appliance, but I can promise the results speak for themselves and make caring for your teeth a much shorter process than normal.Ive always had top-notch experiences here and for that, Im thankful. Not every place puts that kind of effort in and doesnt really much care to remember your face, much less your mouth, to continue quality care. You wont regret having your dental worries put to bed here.
