First appointment, got there 15 minutes early as instructed, my appointment was at 3, didnt get in until almost 3:30. Person doing xrays didnt care if it was painful or even placed correctly. So many different people coming in and out. All were friendly, but told me something different. Never been to a dentist that has the office workers come into the appointment WITH the dentist, then lead back and told you need things (that in the last 6 months from a different dentist was never told about any of it.. like needing braces!) that are VERY expensive and conveniently not covered by your insurance. When I refused the service the guy seemed pretty unhappy about it. Not at ALL what I expected. Very Disappointed and a waste of my time. All I wanted was a simple check up and a cleaning.
Best complete and competent exam Ive ever had. They got me in immediately As first patient and all employees experienced and kind. Truly my best experience at the dentist and have been to many at 63.I highly recommend! Professionally from start to finish.
They are one of the few dental offices open on Fridays, which is one of the only days I can go in. They work with your situation and walk you through all treatment options and offer payment plans. Ive had nothing but good experiences at this office despite having let my dental care slack to the point of needing gingivitis treatment. All of the staff are friendly and do their best to work with you and schedule appointments that work best around your life.If the treatment needed is beyond what they can offer, they contact the best places on your behalf so that they can contact you directly (I went to Face and Jaw Surgery Center for my wisdom teeth removal on their recommendation).
Went in for some work. Planning was fine well. Options were gone over and reasonable. Im not yet completely done healing, but so far Im comfortable, look good (er than before anyway), and Ive no doubt that the high praise they get from my personal acquaintances is well deserved.

It may be affected by a schedule change with extremely short notice. Very positive experience. Staff were easy to talk to and always listened to my concerns. Everything is completed right there onsite, and can be adjusted throughout the process. Im very happy with my dentures and everything from start to finish.

I wanted to rate 4.5 but it wouldn’t let me. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the place seemed pretty clean. Only reason for not rating 5 stars was the wait time. I had an appointment scheduled and arrived about 10 minutes early but had to wait about 20 additional minutes past my appointment time before I was seen. As I understand things happen, I will be keeping them as my dentist.

I had to wait for almost a half an hour before being seen for my appointment...twice. I was misled about costs, and Ive never had such high dental bills in my life. Products are forced on you without being asked if you want to purchase them. The service is slow and mediocre. This place seems like a scam. I highly dont recommend. I will definitely be looking into better dentists.
Went in for a counsel and x rays. After they saw how bad my teeth were, they went to work and got a plan in place. Started the procedures the same day and saved me an 80 mile return trip. I have crooked, broken teeth and they said no problem. Invisalign will fix it. Excited to see before and after pictures.
Had a front tooth get broken off over the weekend and Aspen Dental of Fargo Got me in right away on Monday morning to get it corrected. Super happy with the result.
People were very nice there and I had a tooth pulled and I I hardly felt it So I am gonna get all my work done there.
I went this place they charge me for dental cleaning 1000 and they told me i have to do it otherwise i will lose all my teeth. For another tooth need fillings they said my tooth cant be fill and I need root canal and crown which is another 5 thousand. I took my papers and visit another dental clinic in south fargo. Doctor fixed everything for 4 hundred and she told me my tooth does not need root canal. So that tells everything and what kind of scam is going on in aspen dental. Before going this place look other options.
Went here for Invisalign and it was the worst experience. They did not care about straightening my teeth and were very rude when I told them I wasn’t happy with my teeth. They said they would refer me to someone else but I never got any calls or follow ups. I spent thousands of dollars and still have crooked teeth. Save your time and money and please avoid this place.

I was there almost 3 hours and only had x-rays and a hygienist to measure something..I waited in two different rooms each time 20 to 25 mins alone..just waiting..I only wanted 1 thing fixed and they wouldnt..they are the only place that takes outer insurance and even with insurance I would have to take a second mortgage to fix my teeth..my teeth arent perfect by any means but no where near 11000!

I was ushered into the office on time and in a safe manner regarding COVID-19. This was my first visit to Aspen Dental in Fargo and the dental assistant and dental hygienist were lovely and very thorough. Dr. Johnson, the dentist, was professional, inspired confidence, and had a genuine warm approach towards me. She explained everything clearly and in depth making for an enjoyable visit. Such an amazing staff and experience, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Aspen Dental in Fargo.

They set my wife up with a dental plan that included things she didn’t want done. We don’t have insurance and she needed teeth pulled. We paid for the teeth pulling, she had that done and quickly rushed her through signing papers. She didn’t do about 650 worth of work they wanted her to do, but we got billed for it anyway. Couldn’t resolve it with them, said we signed the papers and it didn’t matter if she didn’t get the work done. Been harassed by debt collectors who also don’t care that the work didn’t get done. They want us to pay hundreds of dollars for services NOT Rendered. Ruined her credit report as well. Great thing to do to people who struggle financially. Will they respond and say, “oh so sorry you can contact us to discuss it further”. Why so you can tell us there is nothing we can do? I even paid them some of that money once, and offered to pay the credit collectors about 600 twice, but they wanted more so they could make a profit. It’s a disgrace and the inhuman, especially in these economic hard times.

Even though we are in the midst of the Covid-19 crisis, Aspen Dental accepted me as a new patient. I desperately need and want new dentures. So far the experience has been wonderful. No accusing questions, no patronizing attitudes. Ive been treated kindly and with respect. They have explained everything that is going to happen so I have no questions. I have never been treated so well in a dentists office. Over all, I am very satisfied and would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. Their prices seem quite reasonable too.
Stay away. They are unwilling to do anything with insurance. They do not want to send referrals, you literally have to force them to do it. Pretty sure they are getting kickbacks for referring people to certain other practices (even when they know the other practice wont take your insurance). This is why they wont help you find someone else and why they snivel when you ask them to send a referral somewhere. Make you pay an insane amount down just to schedule an appt. STAY AWAY

Thanks to Dr.Miller and her awesome team. I had terrible toothaches and my dentist didnt have any immediate openings. I scheduled my walkin appointment online with Aspen and was seen the next day which was a Friday. Was prescribed antibiotics due to my tooth being infected and was rescheduled for Monday to have the extraction done.Went in on Monday morning and I had the best extraction ever! Fast, minimum pain and very gentle. She talked me through the procedure making sure I felt little or no pain with minimum anesthesia cusI was 26 weeks pregnant at the time.I will definitely be returning for the rest of my dental issues. Thank you Dr.Miller and team. Everyones welcoming and friendly.
Very very veerrry bad waited for almost 2 hour and after 2 hour for my grandma getting false teeth and went home very late and it passed our bedtime so we hope not do that again or we will not come back again..
Depends what your looking for. The staff is friendly and personable. They take lots of xrays. Treatment seems typical of non-personalized medicine and dentists that want you to have a perfect smile. I wasnt impressed with that but I also only go to the dentist when something hurts.

I had the best experience. I was treated very well. All the girls took time and genuinely good care of me and my interests. I felt 0 pain on an extraction i had done today. They layed out a plan for me to get my teeth back on track it made sense and i have hope for my teeth again.

Went in for an extraction of an infected molar. Ended up being a double extraction as there were two teeth next to each other that needed to be removed. Some people such as me arent made comfortable by a dentist with a bad attitude. I would expect a place who prides themselves on making patients comfortable to offer laughing gas for those of us who are extra anxious because of bad experiences with dentists in the past. Instead my concerns were laughed off and I was told I had the best dentist in the office for extractions. I cried in pain through the whole procedure. NOT THE BEST DENTIST!Then to top it off you pulled an INFECTED tooth. No antibiotics were given pre or post extraction. Today I went to a walk-in clinic because after a week of suffering and a phone call to Aspen dental where I was told they CANNOT prescribe antibiotics (why?) and that I should continue taking dosages of pain meds that my MD told me were dangerous I couldnt do it anymore. I thankfully now have antibiotics no thanks to aspen dental. Hopefully by tomorrow I will be feeling better because I havent slept more than 2 hours a night for the last week. Hopefully my liver will survive the abuse I put it through trying to manage infection pain.Now I have a monthly bill for the next 18 months for this poor service. Shame on you aspen dental

Very nice and patient. I have problems with the xray machine because of gag reflexes and the lady was very patient and friendly trying to find different methods to make it work!
Originally my experience wasnt so bad, but later things changed. First they didnt gave me the proper orientation about my treatment, in addition they adjusted what I was supposed to pay. I ended paying more than $7,000 and almost 1 year later they sent me to a collection agency for an additional amount. When I tried to find what happened, I received multiple explanations about what happened, but nothing made sense. Now I have to find more money to pay for something that I already paid. In addition, they were supposed to call me for another appointment, but thank God they never called.
I Am a over the road truck driver I was in Fargo ND when I came down with a tooth infection I searched for a dentist that had took walk in’sAspen Dental is what I found. I was there first thing in the morning. I was greeted by a very nice lady who told me they would get me in as soon as possible. After a lady by the name Kaitlin took me back and did x rays and had the hygienist come in Dr Johnson came in and walked me through what needed to be done. At no time was anyone in hurry or just trying to get me in and out. They all took GREAT care of me. I would HIGHLY recommend this office for your dental needs. And I hate going to dentist duty I will be making a special trip back for all my needs.

I wanted to keep this short....but.I payed more then quoted.They switched doctors on me after two visits.The hygienist didnt know the names of the tools.They asked for the full amount at the door.They didnt do the work they made me pay for.My teeth look and feel fine now, but wow...This is why I hate going to the dentist.
Raising 6 children, their needs came first. It had been 25 years since I had seen a dentist, so you can imagine the embarrassment and anxiety!! They were absolutely the BEST!! I was treated with compassion, dignity and understanding. They took care of all the paperwork and payment issues, with grace and professionalism!! My dentist was courteous and kind. They are absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend them for all your dental needs. They also shared inexpensive insurance to cover cost. My exam and xrays, as a new patient was provided at no charge!! It was very clean and the girls that checked me in for my appointment were very nice and they helped me with any questions I had. All the staff was so accommodating and helpful with any questions I had. They made me feel comfortable even though going to the dentist is very anxiety provoking for me. They had me laughing and relaxed in no time despite the amount of work I have to have done.
At 56 years old, Ive seen 10+ dentists over the years. ATTENTION ALL PEOPLE THAT ARE AFRAID OF NEEDLES! This is the only place where I DID NOT feel the needle poke me or inject in my whole life. Dr. Johnson has hands of gold. She injected me in two different places and aside from her hands in my mouth, I didnt even know that she had done it. I have never had the kind of care I received at Aspen. The entire staff from the front desk to the dentist were absolutely amazing. Dr. Johnson, while she looks young, has the most steady and precise hands ever. Its almost as if her arms are robotic. I l looked up her school, and it turns out that it is one of the more modern dental schools in the country. She is well educated and as up to date on the most modern dental practices as a dentist can possibly be. Shes also extremely kind, non-judgmental, very calming, and fun to be around. Pricing is great, staff is excellent, office is clean and modern, it could not have been a better experience. I will shout to the high heavens to every person I know to give Aspen a shot, as far as dental offices go, its that good!!
They did an unessary procedure. They charged almost 800$ wouldnt give me a refund. Didnt tell me any after care follow up. My teeth shifted, itll cost me extra to fix my chipped tooth from the shift. Corporate dentistry is in the business of making money not making teeth look good. I highly recommend family dentistry where the the patient needs comes first, not the dentist wallet. Some of the five star reviews seem fake unless. Do your research.
I have very bad experience with them. They told me at first the cost and then after I was in the middle of proses they gave me a different price which is doesn’t make any sense to me. Also in my last appointment they suppose to clean my teeth they didn’t do that either, so disappointed.they are not professional in their job for sure.
One of the worst experiences of my life!! The surgeon broke lots of bone out of my jaw and left pieces of tooth and bone in my gums because he was in such a hurry to get someone else in the chair. Finally go to get my permanent dentures and they screwed up the bite and I was stuck for weeks waiting for final delivery. They never fit right from the time I picked them up and when they finally popped out, after and extended stay in Nevada and Utah where there are no Aspen Dentals and were entombed in concrete they told me if I need another bottom made it was going to cost $1300. So much for a 100% guarantee. And finally, after paying for full anesthesia and having to undergo the procedure awake they never refunded the difference. I would rate my experience with Aspen Dental a zero if I could!! My ordeal started in Florida and ends in Fargo. I advise everybody to look for an alternative to Aspen Dental!!
There process is different but very efficient. I was a little late getting in but I understand that sometimes things take time and events outside of the control of others can create delays. Therefore I wont hold it against them. I will recommend Aspen to friends and family members.
The staff here are EXCELLENT. Equipment is of the latest, most modern technology and makes your old painful dentist visit a mere memory. I would recommend everyone to try them out. The Aspen dental company asked how my experience was yesterday. This is what I wrote.The secretaries are pleasant and efficient. The hygienist are pleasant and professional. I assumed the dentist is good at her job as is the insurance employee.The Dr. came in said her name to me. She went directly to my x-rays then went to check my teeth. As she left the room the Dr. said the insurance person (a lady) will take care of me.The insurance person told me what my problems are, printed out the report, told me what the cost is and asked me when I want to make the next appointment and how I was going to pay.I came in to your company because of insurance changes not because I wanted to leave my dentist of 25 years.Other than the tech. person asking my name they didnt ask who I am. The Dr. did not ask for my name, did not ask who I was as a person, did not explain what concerns she has for my teeth, dismissed me as a nobody and passed me on the assembly line to the insurance person.I asked the insurance person why she was explaining to me what issues I have and not the dentist. She became nervous and said she didnt know why. I didnt believe her.I came in to register and get my free check up. You have a management style that moved me through a system and did not treat me as a person. Your staff are professional on work but their bedside manners are not to my expectation.When I had to two separate blood clot episodes the staff and doctors treated my symptoms and cared for me as a human being. They knew I was a veteran, an adventurer, and a retired teacher and principal. Your staff does not have any idea who I am.I will be going back to my regular doctor and in fact saw them right after I left your company. They know me and my family besides knowing what I need for dental care. Goodbye.
Staff was very friendly. Had to reschedule because I showed up 15 minutes late, even after I had let them know. However, they were able to get me in the next day. Joselyn, the hygienist that cleaned my teeth, was absolutely fantastic! She truly made the experience wonderful!

Manners were good, friendly staff. Just didnt like that I was lied to about getting a prescription for antibiotics. Told them I didnt have insurance but was willing to pay and the financial lady said they will still call in the prescription. I waited 2 hours and went to pick it up. The pharmacy never got the prescription. Never heard from the place. I called aspen to figure it out they hung up on me. I just needed help and after learning I didnt have insurance they didnt care what pain I was in. Wont be my main place for dentistry services.

Felt like they were trying to sell me things I didnt need. Price of service quoted at time I booked the appointment was $400 less than price quoted at appointment and they said they couldnt honor the price I was quoted. Only positive was 18 month no interest financing.

A litle disappointed, went in with pain around my tooth, and was sent to my Periodontist. Waste of time I had to take off work, for impromptu visit. They did see me the same day I called which was nice. Was not impressed with the dentist that checked my tooth.
So I came in early because they said 6:45 and they didnt open till 7:30 it took my blood pressure it was a little high according to their cuff. so they refused to see me the dentist came out and I wont say any names and I told her it will probably have high blood pressure because Im in a lot of pain and she then said she cant give me any pain medication I told her I dont want pain medication. I want a crown on my tooth. then I went to the doctor and the blood pressure was a little high but wasnt as high as they said.
This was my first time coming here..the associates were very friendly and made you feel like you have been there before..overall it was a good experience..😂 glad I was sitting down when I was told about my next two costly visits 🤣...good review tho..

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR PARTIAL DENTURE REPAIR. I made an appointment through Aspen Dental (call center apparently) to fix my partial denture. I explained that the teeth were loose and needed to be re-glued to the metal clasp part of the partial. The person assured me they could help. I had the appointment today at Aspen Dental in Fargo, and after long wait times, full x-rays that I did not want or need, and assurances that they could not help me without full x-rays, I am told they are not willing to fix my partial denture because they didnt make it and dont know how it was made. So frustrating. If you dont fix existing partial dentures then say so. Waste of time.
I am a three time combat veteran with an 80% Service related disability. I went to ASPEN Dental in Fargo. They X-rayed my teeth and told me I need in-plants because of my broken teeth costing around $30-40,000. No way I could ever afford that ever. No payment plan, no nothing so I was forced to go to a community dentist i and paid the amount based on my income, a mere 45 bucks because this dentist is for the poor, the Immigrants, and the combat veterans (NO...the VA does not cover any dental unless you have 100% Service related disability. Your commercials are lies. You DO NOT help veterans and if ever one needed help with teeth I did. Thanks for your false advertising, liars.
I was not impressed with Aspen Dental. I had to wait 35 minutes for the technician to call me to get started. When I asked if they were always late, her response was vague, at best. The four stars are for the hygienist and the dentist. Both were prompt and thorough in discussing my case.
My family and I have been going here for a few months now. I think the staff is awesome. All are friendly and answer questions. I love that with our insurance we get a nice discount from going to Aspen. As a child, I had a bad experience with a dentist that traumatized me for a long time. It´s nice to know that my children all like this place and dental care is not something they need to be anxious about. I would recommend this dentist office to all my friends.
Went to have a tooth pulled but they said my blood pressure was to high got a waver from my doctor; had to make a special trip. asked if they would do it then if my pressure was a little high and was assured that they would pull it the next day. then after a full exam I was told my blood pressure was to high!!!!! many trips for nothing...... but they did refer me to and oral surgeon who did pull it the next day.. what a runaround and extra expense,,, but I did finally get relief
Showed up 15 mins early liked asked, waited 45 mins... was told the xray machine was in use.... For 45mins!?!? Then when I ask why its taking so long, they have to clean the xray machine. WHAT A JOKE!!! Zero stars if I could.....
Hygienist was awesome and helpful. Gave me time to go numb, and double checked each time to ensure I was comfortable. Quick easy and painless.
Can you really rate a dentist 5 stars? This dentist, Dr. Krista Johnson, you can absolutely do just that! she is an incredibly personable dentist, she takes the time to talk to you as though she cares, in which, I’m pretty sure she really does care about your wellbeing. The staff was very professional even though they were struggling with a brand-new computer program and some minor staffing challenges, that didn’t interfere with the care I received. I would certainly recommend Dr. Krista Johnson to anyone who needs to see a dentist for any reason: Cleaning, repair, extraction or even dentures. I had even expressed to her that I didn’t really trust Aspen Dental because I’ve never been a fan of large corporate dentist offices, I’ve always gone to hometown dentists, but Dr. Johnson made me a believer in Aspen (so much so, that my wife had made the switch from her dentist and scheduled an appointment at Aspen, it’s my hope that she’ll get to see Dr. Johnson as well) if I had anything negative to say, I would say it about a hygienist, I wasn’t impressed with her brashness towards me, I understand that is just some peoples demeanor, however, when you’re in a customer service field, you should be slightly more friendly than that. Overall, an amazing dentist!
