I am an anxious dental patient, but Jesse has done wonders with my care and that has helped me manage my visits. While I dont look forward to the dental work, I do genuinely look forward to seeing her (10 years now!) and know that my cleaning will be gentle (but thorough). Fear of Dental Treatment - My daughter has had massive anxiety over going to the dentist ever since her first visit where we had found out she had to go under for major dental work due to enamel issues on her baby teeth that had come in that way. From then forward through her younger years it was a challenge to get her there calmly and to stay back there for her cleanings. As she got older the anxiety was still there, and the dread of going to a cleaning or to hear you have a cavity we need to fill. She has switched over to Designer Smiles and had her first cleaning to find out she had a cavity to be filled. I remember the conversation as it always is I HATE the dentist and why does this always happen. Well on August 20th I received the best call after her filling appointment. Instead of being upset I heard relief in her voice, Mom this was thee absolute best experience Ive ever had! They made me feel so at ease, comfortable, and most of all kept my mind off what was being done. Alexis was awesome!! Dr. Jeff and Alexis made this such a great experience I want them to see me for all my dental work.So from a mom .. Everything went great. In and out, hardly knew I had work done. Front staff is excellent especially with helping on the insurance side.

In July of 2020 I came to Designer Smiles in search of a company that could help me with 4 veneers. I had gone to 3 other dentists offices previously only to find expensive services, rude staff and unclean surfaces. This was NOT the case with Designer Smiles. As soon as you walk in they greet you with a friendly smile and a hello, they are reasonably prices and are willing to make special accommodations such as staying late or coming in early. Dr. Jeff was always kind and gentle. He was sensitive to my needs and wishes. He was never persuasive but always gave his opinion when asked. I could not have asked for a better experience and if you want the same, head to Designer Smiles!Also, ask for Alexis to assist. Very friendly and remembers little details about you. What more could a person want!

From the moment that I called and talked to Dr. Jeff after hours on a Sunday morning and he reassured me everything was going to be ok, it’s been top notch service. They also took the time to help me get my dental insurance squared away so I wasn’t having to worry about that. Also, the precautions they took with Covid were A+. Thanks to them sneaking me in early this week I am pain free and back to eating again. They’re a great team!

Listen, I hate going to the dentist....more than you....more than your gramma....more than Beetlejuice. That being said, Dr. Jeff and the staff are so positive, upbeat and personable that it really took my anxiety down a few notches. Look, they had a straight up party inside my mouth today doing multiple fillings, but I was comfortable and pain free the whole time. So, do I still hate going to dentist? Went to this location last year for a broken tooth and again this year to get back on track for my dental health. The assistant, hygienist, dentist, and the insurance expert were very helpful, kind and friendly. The entire 2 hours flowed by effortlessly and every person I spoke too was very professional. Their COVID19 precautions helped me feel safe and they even introduced me to the Care Credit option which I did not know about. Making medical appointments can be intimidating for many and dental appointments can sometimes be more scary, but the Designer Smiles team made it that much easier.They explained my options and helped me schedule followup appointments to fit my dental goals. I woild recommend them 100%. A very lovely group of people.

Two years ago I started going to Designer Smiles for my dental care. I moved from out-of-state and had not been to a dentist in years. I kept delaying care because I was so scared to go into a dental office! Once I was in the office for my first appointment, I knew I would never be afraid to go back. Dr. Jeff and his entire team have a way of making any patient - new or old - feel comfortable from the start.I have had cleanings, cavities filled, and treatment for early-stage gum disease. Since going to Designer Smiles, Steph has been my hygienist and has gone through every procedure with me. Had a great experience at Designer Smiles this week! First, I was very impressed by all the staff and their careful execution of the safety measures in place for COVID-19. It’s obvious the team has worked hard to keep their patients and each other safe.I came in for a filling, which is never fun, but compared to my other experience at a different dental office, this was quick and truly painless. Dr. Jeff also shaped up my two front teeth. My two front teeth have been slightly chipped for years, not noticeable to many, but so bothersome to me! In just a few minutes he smoothed them and shaped them up and I am so pleased with the result! In just a few quick and painless minutes he fixed something about my smile that’s bothered me for years. Can’t recommend Dr. Harrie and his friendly and capable staff highly enough!

Very pleased with crowns I have had done. Check the reference book in waiting area to read about any dental procedure that you may have questions about. Very thorough read. Am going to recommend to rest of my family members to switch over to Dr. Jeff. I feel that I am able to get appointments in a timely manner, and any issues I have had have been quickly addressed. Would definitely recommend this office to friends.

Dr Hetland is a Good person, and Dentist. You have a problem with some staff..., after getting the run around from office personnel for 3 months after last visit. to send over payment back ($1600)... I called 3 times, complaining, I live out of town. I told them I was contacting the Better Business Bureau. THEN.. I became important. over payment was then mailed.. complaint was sent to BBB. Designer Smiles received the complaint From BBB after payment was mailed. They claimed I never asked. Wrong. My phone record can prove that.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hetland and his team for several years. As a Sleep Apnea sufferer I formerly used a CPAP machine every night, but after a period of time I simply couldnt take it anymore. I know many users have the same issue. I had read about the oral appliance as an alternative to the CPAP machine and consulted with Dr Hetland. He fitted me with the appliance (much like an athletic mouth guard) and Ive never looked back. Its been years and I sleep perfectly and couldnt be happier. My sleep doctor is very supportive of the appliance too.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this appliance as an excellent solution if you cant deal with the CPAP machine. More importantly, I highly recommend Dr. Hetland and his team. They make the process a breeze, they are great communicators during the set-up process and they are always there to make adjustments to make the appliance such a great nightly experience. top suffering with your CPAP machine and call Designer Smiles!
