Please be warn, do not come to this place to get work done on your truck.The lady at the front desk is very rude and incompetent.I was charged $680 for 1 hour and 30 minutes to replace a wheel seal.I told the lady it only took 1 hour and 30 minutes to replace the wheel seal. The lady had the audacity to tell me no matter what, they charge by the book and not how long it took for the mechanic to get the work done. This is ridiculous.I was charged 4 hours for the wheel seal even though the mechanic finished the job in 1 hour and 30 minutes because I was watching and keeping time.I also got charged $580 for normal oil change.This is an honest review. These people are overcharging for a simple job.

I had a starter issue just after getting fuel, walked in to the shop and spoke to the gentleman at the counter, he promptly sent a mechanic to check it out and the mechanic himself figured out the issue and resolved it within a short period of time. I really liked the service and the help provided.

Had a main power switch, on the batteries, lose its mind at the border. Volvo action sent out a tow truck who got the truck running and diagnosed the problem! Volvo Action sent us here, to Bosselman Boss Shop, in Fargo. The shop had about 20 minutes notice I was coming. They pulled is in when we got here, tech had the old switch off before the manager, Clarence, was back from getting the new part!! We were in and out in less than 45 minutes!! Everyone was friendly and I was very appreciative of the service!!

I was looking for a location that offered nitrogen to air up my truck tires and boss shop came up on my Google search. When I call they said they did not offer it there but the gentleman looked up a local place that did. Very helpful.

Car wouldnt start needed my battery charged helped me out when I needed it theyre good people.

Got told I had a 1.5-2 hr wait for a tire change. Didnt matter, had a shredded trailer tire. Got me in the bay 30 mins later and started shortly after. Didnt take long to get the new tire mounted and mud flap installed. Friendly staff.

Just starting out on a long drive to Alaska, the battery light came on in our Sprinter campervan just outside of Fargo. We suspected the alternator, but all the service centers were closed for the night. We went to Boss Shop first thing the next morning and were given excellent service. They saw us right away and made every effort to get us on our way quickly. They diagnosed the alternator and even drove out to get the part for us. Service couldnt have been better and we went on to complete a 9,000 mile road trip with no further issues.

Very expensive oil. Basic oil change $420.I always paid around $324 at the Petro TA but this place is expensive. First time and last time doing oil change here.

Got there on a busy day. They got me in in about fifteen minutes to replace a trailer light. It took much longer just for my company to generate a comchek.

Bankers hours! A super busy place and no mechanics? Boss shop owner here must be either independently wealthy? Or does not pay his mechanics! Money is running out of this place like a faucet left on! Dont come here if you need work done! Nobodys home!

Horrible customer service, young mechanic basically pushing you right back out the door with smarta** remarks and non employees laughing at what there saying. Will not recommend to any and all people.

Dont choose those guys, and dont think to have them event come. You have other better choices by the area. They are thieves. Charged us 700$ for nothing been done.

Absolutely horrible service. They sent a non mechanic out to a road service and he didnt know how to work the equipment, He was a complete idiot, I seriously dont know how he ties his shoes. After I refused to pay because his equipment failed or he was too dumb operate it and the fact he was not a mechanic he called the police. they made me pay. Even the cop said he wouldnt want to pay, but it was the law he had to enforce it.At one point the dummy even said the he wouldnt charge me because of his equipment failure. When I asked him if he said that in front of the officer he said no. I called him a f-ing liar several times in front of the officer. Dont use these people. So to sum it up, a non mechanic comes to a road service, hes too dumb to operate his own equipment, he told me it was no charge then changed his mind, then called the cops and lied about that, had to pay for a road service he didnt perform any service because he was too dumb to operate his equipment. When I told the insurance company what happened they told me to send them the receipt and they wold reimburse me for an idiotic non mechanic.

Have tridt many times to to get a service and they could get me in. At times I have been therr in the morning and waited all day only to be told they are closing and I have to come back. They should just close the doors and let a local business take over.

This shop is on it. The staff is sharp and they work hard. They are very understaffed some waiting can be long. Also - This place doesnt take appointments, first come first serve! I will return and keep returning!

Got charged $680 for a 5 mile tow by Northland to Boss. Northland billed $150.Pay the bill and don’t let this Boss shop add it on!

I had out of service at weigh station ( ND, west bound ) air leak .Boss Shop took care of it .Thank you guys !Good customer service, good price, good mechanic .

They charged me for a flat tire and the check up for all the tires and didnt fix it up

Horribly slow....One mechanic working, 3 hours for a DOT inspection. I thought the TA was slow, this shop so far is the slowest ever!!! They pulled us in the shop, after an hour of sitting in the truck roasting, went to see how much longer, was told an hour...lol NOT!!!

Needed a water pump replaced on a Sunday.. They found me one in town, replaced it and charged me the 2 hrs it took, when the book said it takes 5.5 hrs.
