Ive never had a problem with them They always seem pretty nice to work with or talk to. Prices seem pretty fair as compared to any other places in town. Blaine is good to work with, financing is outrageous.

They were very good to set up the appointment and then take our vehicles in and get them taken care of as quickly as possible so we can you get back on the road again.

Limped my 2018 579 in May 3rd just before noon with de rate & check engine light . By 1pm they diagnosed a faulty def sensor/ filter, possible poor quality def, and was done same day by 630 pm. Fast friendly service, great experience start to finish.

Great place to get work done. They got me in and out quickly. Service is excellent. Mechanic did a thorough job inspecting my truck, servicing and repairing the minor issues found. I recommend this shop for all your truck work to be done. I will be coming back.

I bought a truck here 0 miles on a platinum overhaul payed BIG money. I learned today from caterpillar I have NO warranty they had a aftermarket 475hp file in it before I even purchased it. I called them to explain and they said sorry we arent going to do anything for you. Thanks Allstate Peterbilt Fargo. You will never sell me another truck. Be very careful there very sneaky. Dont trust there word on a complete platinum rebuild.

This business is a joke.Paid near $40,000 for a new engine a year ago and needed and overhaul a year to the date later because they are negligent and the engine sucked in dirt for a year... brought the semi to a different shop and contacted Peterbilt of fargo to try and resolve the issue. But nothing. You think a business would stand behind their work.. but they did not. Tried to compromise to even get some of the labor covered under warranty from them since it was THEIR mistake but they did nothing. So another $20,000 spent on an issue that Peterbilt caused. I would give zero stars if it was an option.Word to the wise... TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ANYWHERE BUT PETERBILT IN FARGO!!!

Have done business with this facility for over 20 years. They treat drivers like professionals. They stay busy so wait times can be long. Labor rates are pretty standard.

The truck went into service on 03/15/17 said it would be done. In just a couple of days at the latest. Ended up no one could work on it during the weekend. So the truck sat till Monday making it not done until Monday 20th taking 5 days. They charged 2059.00 in labor and parts of of 1271.00 equalling with a misc fee of 3591.55 total rip off if you ask me but what was worse I asked for a simple ride back. And they said they could not do that from 4 blocks away because I had sprained my ankle and could not walk with my bag back down to the place. Very upset with the service and time it took then when charge 3591.00 for the work couldnt even offer a ride or Shuttle back to the place from the hotel. Worst service I have seen in a company. Oh did I mentioned they said I could get a ride and then on the day it was supposed be done said they should be able to send someone down for me. Well I will never be using them again. Any one across the country if I can help it .

Left here a happy camper!! Had a fuel line that was a pain in the butt to get to and had the part the next day from St. Cloud. Diagnosis was along with the Courtesy check of everything on the truck, free by the way. Since I have a big house truck they let me park plugged in as shore power since my generator was on the fritz, for the time being. Saved me having to get a hotel room, and possible spoiled food. The guys here are great and I will be back if I need anything done, and in the area!! A Very Satisfied Customer!!!!

Most of the mechanics are petty knowledgeable, good attitudes and fairly quick to get you in.

If using service dept.be ready to get totally taken for a serious ride! They try to sell parts you dont need and if they cant the techs break stuff to force you to by parts and pay crazy labor costs. In my opinion total crooks they should be ashamed! Go elseware if you have an option!

Went to fargo nd peterbilt for an issue with smart air apu they got me in very quickly did troubleshooting and told me that all fuses and relays were good and it was a wiring harness issue possibility.also that if I could the next day let day shift look at it. So I left with the same issue no apu. Well mechanic did a courtesy inspection also which I didnt know about until I saw report on my dash.they did everything except check the batteries seeing how its an electric apu.i dont like talking bad about people but dont you think that would have been the first thing that they checked? Well guess what I took batteries out myself and had them checked and 4 new batteries later I now have apu working. Thanks peterbilt
