I LOVE that Wellnest uses green, natural products. Im a very health conscious person and as part of my health journey I found it increasingly difficult to use many products I had used all my life as I discovered they were rather toxic and some even outright harmful. In my search for healthy and safe products, as I read labels I soon found many products that claim to be healthy, simply arent. Something that brought a big sense of relief for me was that Wellnest doesnt just claim to be natural, they actually list their products and ingredients on their site, proving it. I really appreciate that extra step, because it made me comfortable with them immediately, since I use many of the same products myself.

We have used wellnest for a few months now- originally it was just every once in a while and we loved it so much and saw a difference we now do it every two weeks. They come in and even pet our dog as soon as they walk in the door. She loves them and is comfortable around them. They let her sleep In her normal spot on the couch during the cleaning. I trust them completely and they have done a great job from keeping the couches dust and let hair free to keeping any bit of mold out of our bathrooms so ours kids are safe. We couldn’t ask for anything else.

After using 4 different cleaning services I think I have finally found the one. They came on time and scheduling was easy and hassle free. They did and amazing job cleaning. They moved things around and picked up things that the other companies (all four) had missed. So far they are my favorite and that is saying a lot as i am incredibly picky!

You can judge the company by how their employees are behaving when nobody is watching. The maids are very inconsiderate when it comes to their behavior upon arrival. Lack of professional conduct is striking. They stand around their parked cars, shout to each other, laugh, play loud music and enjoy themselves without any consideration for the neighbors. I’ve asked the management to instruct their employees to be more discreet and considerate of the neighbors to no avail.

Phenomenal service. To be totally honest, we were hesitant to use them at first bc the price was more than what we were used to paying - but it’s so true you get what you pay for and we are SO happy we decided to pay a little extra for WellNest!! I love knowing they use all EWG rated safe cleaning supplies, and they seriously do a fantastic job (like actually moving tables out to get behind them, etc).We also had an issue recently with a set of blinds breaking during a window cleaning service. Phil, the owner, was incredibly responsive with getting a handyman out to replace it right away. These things can happen no matter what cleaning service you use, so it was great to know how seriously they take making sure their customer service was top notch when an issue arose.Hands down recommend WellNest over and over!!

This is one of the first cleaning companies that actually knows what customer service really is as well as being honest! The cleaning is amazing and detailed and really use natural solutions not dollar tree soap.
